Weak Follow up
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I initially got served well by the in-home theater consultant, but I have since called, texted and have gotten very little response. I ended up going to the store and buying more stuff and still no response from the consultant. Very disappointed. There are alot of other vendors that can help and respond.

Bad rewards program
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.They helped with a refrigerator, grill and a portable a/c unit and convinced us to get a Best Buy credit card for the rewards but the rewards DO NOT WORK as they say they would so cancelled the credit card

Consultation was laborious and complicated.

Questions were not answered clearly. His suggestion to purchase a membership, however, was helpful as it saved us installation and other costs.
