Just ok, communication could be better
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When spending close to 15k for appliances I would assume there would be more of a detailed or tailored service. While the consultation was cool the guys was really polite. I was sent a package without a understand of what the features are etc. for 1 week I have been trying to iron out the issues or concerns I have but he has been off or busy. maybe in the future when you have people buying over 15k in appliances etc there should be a follow up call to discuss the details of the recommendations. I should not have to run anyone down to take my money or .i will be going to another store. I even called to try to get them to swap out some things in my package so I can just buy and he was told I could not. exhausting experience

Run around

Rich, my home consultation person was kind and knowledgeable. He returned my many calls and e-mails, and tried to help as much as possible with the delivery and install in VT. Our delivery and install process was a nightmare! Multiple times Best Buy confirmed appointments, then never arrived. Phone calls to customer service was time consuming and frustrating. Our dryer was ordered in October and finally was installed in February after I made a contract with a supervisor in customer service. Chris was wonderful and worked on the issue for 2 months!! Our install team was great.
