I recently purchased and had installed new smart systems in my home and everything worked out great. Kudos to Gabriel Dow who explained everything i needed to upgrade to the smart products and to Melvin who installed everything. They were both great to work with and did an outstanding job. I'm not a tech person so they explained everything in layman's terms for me. I cant say enough good about these 2 guys except Thank you for making this purchase/installation easy for me. I definitely will continue to upgrade my home with smart products because of my experience.

With the technology changing so rapidly, I needed assistance to update my home theater and stereo systems. The Best Buy expert analyzed what I aimed to achieve together with the layout of my home and provided a few options explaining their advantages and disadvantages. Upon my selection the expert took care of ordering the components and set an installation date. The products arrived on time and installation team did a great job installing the new speakers and components. A thorough briefing on how to use the new integrated system completed the favorable experience. An added bonus, both home experts provided their telephone numbers to call with any follow-up questions -- an offer that I've taken them up on.

Ethan was fantastic to work with. He was very knowledgeable, always flexible, followed through, and stayed positive and respectful. We had him design a while-house AV solution and it is fabulous. Throughout the design and install process whenever we contacted him with questions or issues he responded very quickly, and resolved all issues to our complete satisfaction. It always felt like we were his only clients, even though we know he has many. I will recommend Ethan to all of my friends, and anyone who asks for a referral for AV design. We are grateful for Ethan - he's a gem!

Heather Wilson responded to my needs in a very professional and warm manner. She assisted me in selecting all kitchen appliances. During her home visit she addressed all my questions and advised me in selecting the TV. She promptly set appointments for delivery and set up. I really appreciate her professionalism in responding to my needs. I also want to express my gratitude for a great service to the delivery guys, who brought the appliances, to Geek Quad Guys who mounted the TV, they even made an instructional video for me, and to the Geek Squad guy, who set up the printer. All of them behaved professional and helpful.

Jesse was great. He came into the space where our home theater system was going, and provided practical feedback on what would work best for that specific room. I had done some of my own research, and he knowledgably answered my questions, and helped point out things I hadn't considered. Once we agreed on what was needed, he was able to place the order and schedule deliver all while still on-site. This was a very positive experience, and I highly recommend this wonderful free service from Best Buy!

As a customer, I am challenged to make a consistent set of complementary good choices of AV components to form a home theater that will consistently delight me and my guests. I had the good fortune to have Nate Daniels as my IHA. We have some history with prior purchases and relevant prior conversations. We had established trust and familiarity. He gave me time to consider my choices and change them based on our ongoing conversations, providing a light touch of guidance to enable me to own and arrive at what were a good set of choices for me and my home. We ended up with several TVs being wall-mounted, moved my AV components to the basement, which created space in my living room which will enable me to better host my guests. From the start, Josh was by my side explaining all the pros and cons with the equipment I needed for my audio visual project. He helped me decide what was best for my area, not what was most expensive. He explained everything in detail and was incredibly patient when I did not understand something. Further, I added on numerous items as the project went forward, he very expeditiously ensured my equipment was where it needed to be for installation. As to installation, I cannot be more grateful for the help from Matt, who has been to my home numerous times as I added more projects: from installation of TVs, to replacement of speakers and control knobs, all work has been done with professionalism and care. Matt was also very patient and worked with me so I fully understood how to operate all of the equipment and remotes. I do not hesitate to recommend Josh and Matt, and Best Buy!

We were shopping for a sound bar to use in our apartment now, but would sound great in the family room of our new home. Bezzle Ghent was extremely knowledgeable, provided options, but narrowed down that the Sono sound bar would provide the sound we enjoyed in a price range that was affordable! Bezzle informed us how speakers can be added as our needs in our new home are determined! Bezzle also recommended TVs, refrigerators, vacuums and other items we will need as the closing of our home gets closer. We are looking forward to continuing to work with Bezzle! We are greatly enjoying the Sono sound bar and and will be adding components when in our home. A very special “thank you” to Bezzle for his expert guidance!

We visited Best Buy to purchase a TV after ours stopped working. Our sales rep kindly helped us with the TV purchase and told us about their Home Expert who could come to our home and help us with other needs. David, the Home Expert, called within a couple of days and set up an appointment. He helped us purchase a dishwasher, which we had needed to replace for five months. He listened carefully to what we wanted and NEVER once was the "pushy salesman" which we have all encountered at some point. He appeared to be genuinely interested in helping us find exactly what we needed. We will definitely contact him again for future needs.

The Best Buy team that supported us in purchasing and installing our home entertainment system were super. Kendall took the time to come to our home and counseled us in store to find the right equipment to fit our home. I can’t remember the guys name that installed but I was super impressed with his attention to detail to make sure everything was done correctly. I want to share my sincere gratitude to this team. I am very particular and this combined team worked together to make us happy. I was not thrilled with the time it took but that has nothing to do with this team. Thx again and we are so happy with the improvement to our home. And the friendliest and professional team. Again, I want to stress, I am hard to please but Kendall and the installer met all my expectations. I will always use them going forward.

I'm thankful Ben Apert came to my home to assess the space and my home entertainment needs, prior to my placing an order. He listened and helped me prioritize. Ben is very familiar with all the AV equipment, accessories and even media furniture. Through Ben I was able to place the BestBuy order and he arranged delivery and installation, too. It was helpful to be able to work with one individual. He is patient, organized, efficient, helpful, and knowledgeable. The team he sent to do the installation was also terrific.

I wanted to have my television placed on a wall mount upstairs and needed a new sound system. Ana came out to do a consultation and made a few suggestions that sounded reasonable and affordable. I went with her suggestions and when the Geek Squad came out to install everything they were incredibly helpful, very respectful, always kept me informed on how everything was going, how much longer it would take and they cleaned up after themselves. They even stayed longer to find out why my cable wasn't working and talked to the cable company for me. They taught me how to use the universal remote that I had purchased, which ended up being relatively easy to use. Just before they left they reminded me that if I needed help at any time they were just a phone call away and gave me their business cards in case I needed their help. I had a great experience with Best Buy and would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Had Scott from come to my house for a consultation for our basement theatre system that we wanted to install. He simply was awesome! I had know idea what I was getting myself into and he walked me through the entire process and made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend Scott to take care any of your theatre needs. I will definitely be using him in the future. Also the installers of our equipment were amazing as well. Very professional and explained the equipment so I could understand it as well.

We purchased a new refrigerator from Best Buy last fall with Hamid Hojreh's help and didn't hesitate to contact him again when our washer/dryer broke down and we needed new ones quickly. He responded immediately to my text asking for help (even though he wasn't even at work yet), came out that same day to take measurement to make sure any unit he recommended would fit and then followed up after it was installed to take care of an issue we had with the initial installation. I will definitely be using Hamid in the future for any other Best Buy purchases. He's the best.

Needed help to install 5 TVs onto wall mount in different rooms, ranging from 65 to 85 inch. Connect subsequent SONOS Play bars, ARC and in some rooms up to 2 Sonos Subs, and rear ( ONE Play) speakers. It was a mix of old and new equipment. The team did a fantastic job, inclusive nice cable management.

Terrell delivered our 1st refrigerator and did an excellent job (other than the doorway was scraped - but insurance called immediately). He also delivered our replacement refrigerator. The handle on the freezer wasn't connected correctly and he said he fixed. An hour or so later I tried to open the freezer and the handle came off. I called him immediately and he said he wasn't sure when we could get back on the schedule - wk to 10 days? I contacted the geek squad about on 8/26 to request help and they ordered a new door. All in all I would say our experience with Terrell was great! He is very capable and a great representative for Best Buy!

We greatly enjoyed working with Glen and his team to get a new surround sound for our Bonus room. It was a smooth ordering process with one glitch as the speaker poles were on back order. But once all was finished, we have been enjoying our new Bose system and feel good knowing Glen is ready to help with any and all issues that likely will not arise. We highly recommend the Best Buy in Prescott.
