    Ray is the one I call

    Ray is terrific! I buy all my appliances from Best Buy and I call Ray, specifically. I can always depend on his sound advice. For example: I wanted to buy a different refrigerator, but Ray pointed out that, since it was going to be a garage refrigerator, There was another one that was specifically designed to be a garage refrigerator. I took Ray‘s advice and bought it and I couldn’t be any happier. Ray knows what he’s doing and clearly cares about his customers first. Ray should be promoted to train others on customer service.

    I needed help with designing my sound system for my family room. It was an odd shape room and I wanted to fully utilize my new 8K 75” tv. I was not ready to spend thousands at one time and had no idea what was needed. The tec offered wide range of solutions in various price points and fully expanded the differences between them. I was virtually able design the system with his help, he explained the difference in eras I could really understand. The entire project took about a year and he remembered me and the products I had and what products I had purchased every step of the way. We are in the final steps with the installation of my 8k receiver next month. The last item required will be my front facing woofer early 2022.

    needed the team to upgrade our home wifi (had 2 diff't networks going), and get a high-quality outdoor speaker setup going. and we had a pretty tight timeline. the team was super responsive, very focused, and were willing to iterate with me to make sure we got to the right setup and the right price point. all the work went great, the installers were excellent, the follow through and communication were great throughout - honestly, really awesome team and awesome work

    We purchased a new refrigerator from Best Buy last fall with Hamid Hojreh's help and didn't hesitate to contact him again when our washer/dryer broke down and we needed new ones quickly. He responded immediately to my text asking for help (even though he wasn't even at work yet), came out that same day to take measurement to make sure any unit he recommended would fit and then followed up after it was installed to take care of an issue we had with the initial installation. I will definitely be using Hamid in the future for any other Best Buy purchases. He's the best.

    I had the most amazing experience working with Rodney George's team for surrounding system upgrade throughout my house (speakers, new TV mounts, etc). I specifically would like to mention Aaron, Michael, and Jordan for delivering the best service and customer care. They were professional, knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and took the time to educate me on the new system. Overall a superb experience! I would highly recommend this team for your home theater needs and beyond! Andrea H

    We needed help with home theater. Robert Was very helpful, and we were so glad to have a single person to ask questions and has all the answers. We recommend this service to everyone who need to experience a great home theater experience Robert was very distinguished in his experience and information and full of information in the art of modern technology. Robert advise us what the best devices that fit our home theater and explained to us why these devices fit and with high efficiency, and indeed after the completion of the installation of all the equipment, we now enjoy watching films on our own home theater with a great and high quality video and audio.     Jason's help when I purchased my TV and refrigerator was extremely valuable. He has a wealth of experience and practical knowledge that guided me in making the right decisions for my space. He did a great job in making sure I got the best price for the TV and refrigerator I purchased at the time. When the TV I bought went on sale a few weeks later, he made sure I got the credit for the price decrease. I will definitely use him again for future major purchases.

    Matt (Matthew Baker) is the best. It has been an absolute blessing to have Matt assist me and my nonprofit agency for over two years, now. I am over 60 years old and being able to pick up the phone and talk to Matt is great. He has smoothed many heartburns and saved me so many headaches. He is an amazing person and deserves recognition. Please promote him as soon as possible and allow him to train others. Our youth needs to learn from representatives like Matt.

    I need help with determining the best speakers for my family room. My family room is open on 3 sides and it has vaulted ceilings. Jason D. came to my residence for an on-site inspection. Jason recommended some speakers that were on the high end and cost a little more then what I had allocated to this project. I explained that to Jason and advise him that I would need to think about whether or not I wanted to make the purchase. Two months later Jason informed me that they were on sale! I rushed to Best Buy to purchase the speaker! Jason was correct. The speakers sound great! I LOVE THOSE SPEAKERS! Thanks Jason D.

    Jesse was great. He came into the space where our home theater system was going, and provided practical feedback on what would work best for that specific room. I had done some of my own research, and he knowledgably answered my questions, and helped point out things I hadn't considered. Once we agreed on what was needed, he was able to place the order and schedule deliver all while still on-site. This was a very positive experience, and I highly recommend this wonderful free service from Best Buy!

    We started our search for all new appliances by starting at the big box stores like most people do. From there we went to smaller, more specific appliance centers. We NEVER walked in to a Best Buy. I saw an email regarding Best Buy's FREE in-home consultation and called immediately. Chris came out within days, measured our spaces and suggested things we had never thought of. We knew what we wanted having been shopping prior to his arrival but he pointed out so many critically important issues, even suggesting things we had not thought of. We ordered ALL appliances through him as we could see he would "own" the sale with follow through service. Chris stayed with us every step of the way, even calling to make sure the delivery went well. The delivery men were polite, clean and eager to please. We could NOT be more happy with your service, product and delivery. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! You made what could have been a stressful time easy and convenient!

    I'm thankful Ben Apert came to my home to assess the space and my home entertainment needs, prior to my placing an order. He listened and helped me prioritize. Ben is very familiar with all the AV equipment, accessories and even media furniture. Through Ben I was able to place the BestBuy order and he arranged delivery and installation, too. It was helpful to be able to work with one individual. He is patient, organized, efficient, helpful, and knowledgeable. The team he sent to do the installation was also terrific.

    I came to Best Buy in Santa Rosa in person several weeks ago and Bryan was the salesperson available to help me. He helped me choose a TV and sound system. Then when my printer broke, he helped me choose a new one. As it turns out I want to change the size of the TV. Through all of these purchases and adjustments, Bryan has been excellent and I feel so lucky he was there to help me on my initial visit to Best Buy. He is a really valuable employee. Always clear in his explanations, always listens to questions, and efficient and pleasant to deal with. Thank you.

    Had Scott from come to my house for a consultation for our basement theatre system that we wanted to install. He simply was awesome! I had know idea what I was getting myself into and he walked me through the entire process and made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend Scott to take care any of your theatre needs. I will definitely be using him in the future. Also the installers of our equipment were amazing as well. Very professional and explained the equipment so I could understand it as well.

    Consultation

    We needed expert help with some of our technology and needing to update, router and make sure that we had the best set up for our Apple products. Our consultant was very nice and when he left he assured us that we would get our recommendation very shortly. We really liked him, but after 10 days of not hearing from him, we contacted him. We had not been in a hurry, but I don't believe it should have taken that long. Then after we received the recommendation there wasn't any info that was given us so that we could compare what we might could do on the router for example. And we did not hear back from anyone to followup on our visit. Not sure how I would rate the service. A yes or a no? I will say yes, because I do no that Best Buy will work with their customers and the store manager is very helpful.

    Matt and his assistant were well versed in setting up and mounting HDTVs. We were initially concerned as Matt and his assistant were not members of the Geek Squad, but contractors working through Best Buy. Not to worry, as they stayed until the job was completely finished, and then asked if there was anything else they could do. If you are in Vegas, ask for Matt when purchasing through Best Buy.

    Excellent support while online ordering is CHAOS

    No matter what! Online vs. Store order should go seamless. I never had this problem with my purchases in 2022. Got two big TVs, receiver and I was totally able to get it done after my extensive research. 2023 - none of my online orders went straight. I wanted to upgrade few appliances by Jan and online ordering made it tougher and I am in end of February and waiting for the one last item to reach me. This made multiple trips to store, multiple chat sessions and call with customer care etc! Results are not consistent at all. At least some of the appliance experts available at store could help with issues and able to assist. Tim's service is amazing, expertise, patience and professionalism made me to stick with BestBuy and TotalTech membership.

    Grace was outstanding in assessing our needs and ordering our equipment. She's professional, competent and most helpful. She was also available and assisted with minor adjustments as we prepared for the install. We highly recommend her!! Jason and 2 associates did a very good job with the install. Additionally, Jason made a second visit and was incredibly helpful in setting up additional equipment, explaining Ring settings and how the various programming options work. He’s a terrific representative also, very knowledgeable, and helpful!!

    So awesome the expert that came into house for my home consultation was amazing he was very knowledgeable and professional he knew exactly what he was talking about he even went into my attic just to make sure he could run the speaker wire and then after he left not even a week later he already had a proposal for an amazing theater system that i am going to purchase and have installed i couldn't be more happy with how everything is going this is why i always go with Best Buy when it comes to TVs, home theater gear, computers anything electronic cause when they set you up with a professional they actually know what there talking about and doing another thing that i love is that he actually has a home theater system as well and i can not wait to get it installed.;

    Experience with Terrell

    Terrell delivered our 1st refrigerator and did an excellent job (other than the doorway was scraped - but insurance called immediately). He also delivered our replacement refrigerator. The handle on the freezer wasn't connected correctly and he said he fixed. An hour or so later I tried to open the freezer and the handle came off. I called him immediately and he said he wasn't sure when we could get back on the schedule - wk to 10 days? I contacted the geek squad about on 8/26 to request help and they ordered a new door. All in all I would say our experience with Terrell was great! He is very capable and a great representative for Best Buy!
