Fair, and would not go down this path again.

What should have taken days has been months and getting them to return is the same. The installation itself was fair and could have been much better. They had to return a few times and still have not completed the project fully. Although they offer 'free' installation when buying their equipment, I would rather pay for better service. Best Buy has good prices on equipment. Steffan seemed to make an effort as our home consultant, and perhaps the problem is the management of the Magnolia division. Yet, his answer was always it's beyond my control when asked why an appointment is a month out to finish a job started 3 months ago. I find that answer and result to be disappointing. And we are VIP status!

Demand for one-day acceptance & no follow-up after

But I was surprised that the proposal with an offer was sent without forewarning on Saturday night and indicated it had to be accepted the next day or all the prices would change. Even more surprised that there was no response at all to any of my subsequent emails to the home advisor who emailed me the proposal.
