Consultent not knowledgeable about our provider.

However he was not knowledgeable about Media-com and their lack of compatibility with third party vendors. Hence our purchases were non workable. He arranged for refunds, but we still have the same slow speed.

Water everywhere. Call 3 mgrs and salesman to this day no one returned my call. Call Best Buy to pick up. Poor poor service. Not the first time

Not great Install experience
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sales person was great and sold TV, soundbar, cabling and TV mount. Set up the install easy. Then day of install, two guys told me I didn't need the cables, nor the mount that I had purchased. Suggested I return to get my money back. Installed on existing mount, TV is not still straight and left. Later that day I received an email that the install crew would arrive at 3.45 (they had been gone since 11am) so I felt like they could be cheating the system on hours. Not happy with install. Reached back out to sales associate and he is suggesting a new crew to return.
