    The gentlemen would not listen to what I wanted done. They came up with this wonderful proposal when all I wanted to do was hang 2 tvs. I explained we did not have a huge budget, but when they were done the install was more than the tv.

    The store salesperson was great! But the Best Buy Geek Squad or tech support which coordinated the delivery and installation did a horrible job! We had cook top which needed modifications, had one company come out a day before and get the measurements. Next day different guy came in with the cook top but not knowing or prepared for the installation. So the rescheduling pushed the cook top installation a week further. That also took us numerous calls to Best Buy to explain them what is going on and to schedule something ASAP. We had to make arrangements to be home for the installation twice! The whole scheduling and installation process was disjointed and mismanaged. Not the ideal experience that was promised and expected from Best Buy!
