The gentlemen would not listen to what I wanted done. They came up with this wonderful proposal when all I wanted to do was hang 2 tvs. I explained we did not have a huge budget, but when they were done the install was more than the tv.

The guy that came did a awesome job. He installed my cook top and fixed and issues on site.

Thanks for coming to my home to discuss my plans to have surround sound in my 1200 sq. ft ranch-style home. I did get advice to not spend money on a BB speaker system that will not be totally voice-activated. I am now stuck with Amazon Alexa for sound quality.

Easy, quick and stress free. Real professionals. I have 22 speakers in my home and I did not know whether I wanted a sound bar to save on cash and upgrade later. Best Buy home theater came by and tested my speakers and gave a me a great estimate that was well below my budget. Different ideas were thrown out and ultimately I could build up to a true Atmos surround sound by adding 2 speakers and purchasing a receiver in my living room. Very satisfied with there ideas. The only problem is that I never got an email detailing what we had talked about so I don't really know which reciever to purchase that can give me enough power to put out sound to all my speakers in my house. So my wife and I decided that we would just purchase a sound bar with rear speakers.

The expert was great accessing everything at our new house. New fridge, washer and dryer and several tvs. The only thing is that he didnt follow up with questions i had after the sale was complete. Customer service was missed after spending over 10k.....

My advisor was quite knowledgeable and offered some great advice. However, the scheduling posed some problems since it was not set up properly. Management offered some compensation and went out of its way to have the installation done. The work was not completed due to incorrect item recommended for my sound system. Another two week delay and I still don't have my surround sound.

Don't get me wrong, the guys was nice. We had out helping figure out what I can do to turn my house smart. Gave several recommendations and was timely when I emailed him with questions or if I wanted to order some stuff. But there was several KEY things he didn't state that I needed to know. Like how the lights switches he recommended need a hub that HAS to be connected to the WIFI by Either cable. Or that the garage opener only closes by voice if you say the right phrase. Or that the lock needs the sensor on the frame or door to be able to read if it is locked or not. With a note for the garage, he stated it can open if you're within a range of it. NOPE. Have him come and help figure ideas out. But then do your own research on which products to buy. That way you getting everything that is needed at once.

Then home Tech did an outstanding job explaining the System. She was truthful about all She said and told me.

Both individuals were very polite, knowledgeable and help establish an update of our home technology.
