Top 10 service and tech expertise!

They were nothing short of remarkable. They did not get tired of answering my questions helping me to understand program things to my needs, I would only request the same Installer for my future buys from Best Buy. Fantastic men thank you.

Love Will and Ryan!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Will Szczerba has been fantastic in helping us with our audio video and WiFi systems. The in-home consultation was critical in helping Will understand our needs. (I’m not sure he’d ever seen so much equipment from the 1980s.) He totally understood what we hoped to accomplish and we love everything he suggested. Will also was immensely helpful with the installation of everything. When our scheduled installer canceled he scrambled and we ended up having our favorite tech person at BB come to our rescue- Ryan (Can’t remember his last name). Ryan did both of our installation sessions. He’s terrific. We couldn’t be happier with the service or BB products.

Excellent help and guidance

He helped me choose a TV and sound system. Then when my printer broke, he helped me choose a new one. As it turns out I want to change the size of the TV. Through all of these purchases and adjustments, Bryan has been excellent and I feel so lucky he was there to help me on my initial visit to Best Buy. He is a really valuable employee. Always clear in his explanations, always listens to questions, and efficient and pleasant to deal with. Thank you.

Outstanding Customer Service

My family room is open on 3 sides and it has vaulted ceilings. Jason D. came to my residence for an on-site inspection. Jason recommended some speakers that were on the high end and cost a little more then what I had allocated to this project. I explained that to Jason and advise him that I would need to think about whether or not I wanted to make the purchase. Two months later Jason informed me that they were on sale! I rushed to Best Buy to purchase the speaker! Jason was correct. The speakers sound great! I LOVE THOSE SPEAKERS! Thanks Jason D.

Our consultant and installers were outstanding!

She's professional, competent and most helpful. She was also available and assisted with minor adjustments as we prepared for the install. We highly recommend her!! Jason and 2 associates did a very good job with the install. Additionally, Jason made a second visit and was incredibly helpful in setting up additional equipment, explaining Ring settings and how the various programming options work. He’s a terrific representative also, very knowledgeable, and helpful!!

Excellent support while online ordering is CHAOS

I never had this problem with my purchases in 2022. Got two big TVs, receiver and I was totally able to get it done after my extensive research. 2023 - none of my online orders went straight. I wanted to upgrade few appliances by Jan and online ordering made it tougher and I am in end of February and waiting for the one last item to reach me. This made multiple trips to store, multiple chat sessions and call with customer care etc! Results are not consistent at all. At least some of the appliance experts available at store could help with issues and able to assist. Tim's service is amazing, expertise, patience and professionalism made me to stick with BestBuy and TotalTech membership.

Prevented from going somewhere else with a 23k pur

I walked out after waiting for over an hour. I was done with Best Buy! I was lloking for a new audio/video setup to replace the theater at my last home. I came across James at the St. Pete store a week later. He was professional, knowledgeable and very attentive. He gave me faith again in your company. Long story short, In the end I purchased 23k worthe of goods and servces

Excellent customer support by Arlington Best Buy

Arlington customer how to fix the stupid oversight by the in-home consultation guy Preston Finch, who forgot to include a frame with the frame TV you would think the main purpose of buying the frame TV is to put a frame around it, especially when Samsung has a special for these TVs. Preston finch went nonresponsive after the installation. Customer service rep in Arlington store saw the problem and fixed it without having to return the entire unit.

Professional, Competent, and Thorough

Just as we were planning the in home installation, Covid19 hit. Best Buy then stopped in home installations in the interest of safety. Fast forward to May 1: Our technician Shaun arrived (with PPE), scoped out the situation, made a minor adjustment to part of our purchase, and then worked steadily for over two hours to make sure eero was installed correctly and that all of our devices were functioning on the new mesh network. He answered all my questions. When he finished using my devices, he wiped them down with a disinfectant cloth. I really appreciated Shaun’s attention to detail and LOVE the WiFi coverage in my house. I was also glad I waited to use Best Buy to install the system. I like that they cared enough about their employees and customers to figure out a safe way to enter into people’s’ homes.

Outstanding Customer Service

He jumped a hurdle related to our WD NAS device and successfully completed our install. He listened patiently to all of my questions and answered each one of them. Couldn’t be more satisfied. Hopefully, we can get David to help us with a new MacBook Air laptop later this year!

The best tec consultant at BestBuy

It was an odd shape room and I wanted to fully utilize my new 8K 75” tv. I was not ready to spend thousands at one time and had no idea what was needed. The tec offered wide range of solutions in various price points and fully expanded the differences between them. I was virtually able design the system with his help, he explained the difference in eras I could really understand. The entire project took about a year and he remembered me and the products I had and what products I had purchased every step of the way. We are in the final steps with the installation of my 8k receiver next month. The last item required will be my front facing woofer early 2022.

He is so thorough, knowledgable, responsive, and completely dedicated to the customer he serves. I was confuse about refrigerator and beverage cooler I should purchase for my kitchen. Andy helped me decide on that. He has also helped me with several TVs and other electronic items along with their parts. I can’t recommend him highly enough!!!

He listens to what the customer would like and comes up with a realistic well thought out plan. It was absolutely wonderful to work with such a knowledgeable and competent consultant. ||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We had a sudden and largely unexpected move which resulted in the need to buy a number of appliances, TVs, cameras, etc...in a very short time. My nephew suggested the Total Tech package as a first step. After a brief discussion with the Total Tech team where they asked the right questions to assess our needs and desires, we were efficiently steered to products that were right for us. We were nervous about making so many decisions on expensive items so fast. But the Total Tech team's experience paid off and we've been pleased with all of the purchases.

He was exceedingly professional, helping me design home theatre solutions for both my living room and basement. I bought everything right from the comfort of my own home. A big shout out to the Geek Squad team of installers. They are second to none in setting up equipment and explaining how to use everything properly.

Consultation and Installation

Our primary consultant, Genesis was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The installers were all excellent and great at troubleshooting issues to get everything up and running. I would have no problem recommending Best Buy and the Geek Squad.

We recommend this service to everyone who need to experience a great home theater experience Robert was very distinguished in his experience and information and full of information in the art of modern technology. Robert advise us what the best devices that fit our home theater and explained to us why these devices fit and with high efficiency, and indeed after the completion of the installation of all the equipment, we now enjoy watching films on our own home theater with a great and high quality video and audio.
