I was so impressed by the magnolia supervisor and the Best buy, Arlington location customer service. Arlington customer how to fix the stupid oversight by the in-home consultation guy Preston Finch, who forgot to include a frame with the frame TV you would think the main purpose of buying the frame TV is to put a frame around it, especially when Samsung has a special for these TVs. Preston finch went nonresponsive after the installation. Customer service rep in Arlington store saw the problem and fixed it without having to return the entire unit.

Ed was very helpful in reconfiguring my AV system. Very knowledgeable & pleasant to work with. He answered all my questions expertly.

I am love in BestBuy Store, due to the excellent service and experience we got from the Home Experts - Joe Westlake and Arthur Ramirez. Joe and Arthur provided us recommendations based on our requirements, and gave us transparent feedback of pros/cons for every decision we made in terms of buying. This made our buying experience so enriching in terms of knowledge gathering from the experts, and they won our hearts, and made us feel like a special customer. At first my journey started off in store looking for surround sound speakers. I had no clue what I was looking at because this was an unknown market for me. The sales rep recommended home consultation. This was a great way for a Best Buy consultant could come out to me house and see the room that I wanted my speakers to be in. I was set up with a meeting with Adam Colvin and he was awesome to work with. He communicated very well, was on time for the appointment, stayed later than expected and never acted like he was in a hurry. We went over my needs and wants such as brand, sound, style, and price range. We were able to figure out the best deal for me. To a customer this is very important. He even made the phone calls and ordering and I was able to pick up my product in store the same night. This was a great experience and I would definitely recommend home consultation to anyone. We had a sudden and largely unexpected move which resulted in the need to buy a number of appliances, TVs, cameras, etc...in a very short time. My nephew suggested the Total Tech package as a first step. After a brief discussion with the Total Tech team where they asked the right questions to assess our needs and desires, we were efficiently steered to products that were right for us. We were nervous about making so many decisions on expensive items so fast. But the Total Tech team's experience paid off and we've been pleased with all of the purchases.

Amanda was simply amazing! She was very knowledgeable about the process, extremely thorough, answered my million and one questions, and patiently, kindly and professionally offered solutions to my picky palette. Christian was eager to help us but also helped another salesperson we were speaking with to answer out questions. He also helped with the info we were receiving about time of delivery ( BB needs work on delivery info , we had 5 different times relayed to us by your service over a 24 hour period causing us to change plans several times - the website , emails , and phone calls ALL gave different times . Yr driver and Aris were terrific. It seems BB personnel know this poor data on delivery info so this was not an exception and therefore strange that its not better)

I went to the Brandon store last month and three times I asked for someone to meet me in the TV section. I walked out after waiting for over an hour. I was done with Best Buy! I was lloking for a new audio/video setup to replace the theater at my last home. I came across James at the St. Pete store a week later. He was professional, knowledgeable and very attentive. He gave me faith again in your company. Long story short, In the end I purchased 23k worthe of goods and servces

I was shopping for kitchen & laundry appliances by going to stores and comparing difference brands/models/features - which was great, but the one key element missing was making 100% sure they'd fit in my home, and that installers would easily be able to deliver/install them. Having the Best Buy Home Expert come out for the free consultation was a huge benefit just to know I wasn't about to spend a few thousand dollars and not have the stuff fit! Measurements were done quickly, and I even got some advice on future TV size/placement while he was here. Highly recommend having someone come out just to make sure any appliances you have in mind will work in your home - especially since there's a wide range of fridge sizes and kitchen layouts!

Kyle came to our home and helped us decide on the type of appliances we needed. We had to replace three defective appliances in our kitchen. He was great. A problem with Best Buy's computer system created a 4 week delay on installation of one of the appliances. It had nothing to do with Kyle, but he tried to help resolve it. When everything was finally installed, Kyle helped arrange a significant refund on part of the purchase price of the delayed appliance, because of the inconvience their system had caused. We appreciated all he did for us.

Charles was a delight to work with. I wanted to upgrade my sound system and tv and he guided me through different options and was very patient.

The service we received from Nathaniel Edgerton and his team was outstanding. Nathaniel came our house to assist us in selecting the right equipment to upgrade our existing home theatre system. The installation team from BB arrive on time and the installation was flawless. Our new system is great.

Two knowledgeable young men. After tv installation there were no questions unanswered Felt perfectly confident with their simple but complete operating instructions. With ease they connected to my speaker system. As a senior somewhat technologically challenged they were patient in assisting me til I was confident with everything. Knowledgeable, professional, extremely personable, and they worked seamlessly together as a team. All in all a pleasurable experience. The former owners of our house left parts of an old home theater system in the family room and we wanted to upgrade it and start using it. We weren’t sure what components we needed or if we could use the wiring that ran through the walls. We had a virtual home consultation with Lindsey and she was able to see everything in the room and make recommendations for equipment and all the cables that we needed. She recommended a special converter so we could use all the wiring. She also had me measure the distance from the projector to the screen and the size of the screen so she could determine the throw distance for the new projector. It was so good to have an expert opinion right in my own house. It would have been very difficult to figure everything out everything myself.

Our in-home advisor is someone we have used before, and he is one of the reasons we did not even look anywhere else for a new dishwasher. He helped us pick exactly what we needed, arranged for the delivery, and made the payment process a breeze. We feel very lucky to have discovered this service last year when we were building a little cottage on our property with two apartments, and needed all of the appliances. That experience was totally amazing as was this more recent one. Everyone needs to take advantage of this very cool service.

I built a new home and Austin assisted me through the entire process. We talked prior to the build to discuss specifics on wiring necessary for what I wanted in the home. He helped me with all of my appliances, TVs and routers. He was available by phone and email and was always very responsive to my calls/emails. He provided exceptional service and truly went above and beyond the usual customer service. He was very knowledgeable about all technology and appliances. I would highly recommend using Austin for any services you need through Best Buy. He is the best.

The home consultation is a great service that Best Buy offers. I wanted to put a 75 inch TV in my living room & wanted to make sure it wouldn't be too big for the room. I originally wanted to mount the TV on the wall but our consultant Patrick, went over the pros & cons of drilling into a plaster wall, so we went with a large TV stand instead. Patrick measured the room, checked the lighting & made recommendations for the TV, sound bar & TV stand. We're very pleased with everything. I highly recommend this service as well as our consultant Patrick.

We needed help on getting a tv for our living room. Christopher was great during the virtual appointment by giving advice. After the tv was ordered Christopher identified a problem within your ordering system that affected Best Buy’s fulfilling their commitment to their promised services. Christopher commenced an investigation in how the problem could be solved and even came to our residence to take pictures of the perspective location for the tv. Egg bff en after several days of research and emails with Best Buy associates, he was unable to correct the problem so we had to ask for a refund. We have to say Christopher was relentless in trying to get a resolution. He was always kind professional and responded immediately to my questions. He is a true asset to your organization.

It was my first time to have an in home consultation, it went very well and is a great experience. Sameer Mehra is very helpful (from the time I went to Best Buy store on 1960) and knowledgeable. He makes me and my family feel very comfortable with how he communicates, like he is an old friend. I did not feel any pressure at all but rather he answers my questions and concerns honestly. We are enjoying our Whirlpool refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. I will definitely recommend Sameer to my friends for their future projects. And of course, I will call him for my next home project. Thank you.
