While they were both polite and professional, they did not possess an extensive knowledge of the system, which required the set-up to take longer than necessary. They also had to consult youtube to answer questions and a couple of times, provided inaccurate information.

Discouraged and Disappointed

Best Buy installed the TV and router and made connections with my 3 TVs. Within a week only one TV was streaming. I called Geek Squad and received an appointment one week later. I was furious and very disappointed. Chase is off Sundays and Mondays and didn’t respond to my voicemail nor email. The purchase was made in part to use the $300 in Rewards. It’s more than a month and a number of things he said would take place still have not taken place. Best Buy doesn’t have sufficient qualified employees to deal with problems. Their full tech support DOESN’T DELIVER. Very, very, disappointed, discouraged; I wish better luck, if you chose to do business with Best Buy.
