The in home install was excellent. Very helpful and on time

In Home Advisor and Geek Squad installation were outstanding.

For starters, the Consultant was late without calling for the appointment. He did not think it was necessary to apologize. The Consultant listened carefully to my thoughts without comment as we walked around the house. I pointed out that I had already purchased a projector for the media room from BB and his comment was that I should return it because he would recommend a different unit. In previous consultations, the Consultant after the walk around has documented some ideas and then discussed them with my bride and I at the time of the consultation. In this case, the Consultant informed me that he would email me a proposal. The only comment he had made was that the Optoma projector was not recommended. We waited for a week for the proposal to arrive. I expected a follow up call to discuss it, but after several days none had been forthcoming. I then went to the Cuyahoga Falls location and worked with your on-site salesperson, Morgan, who was very knowledgeable, helpful and laughed at my bad jokes. After about a month, the in-home consultant did finally follow up with an email. That is just too little, too late. Bottom line, it is beyond me how the in-home Consultant remains employed. He was absolutely non-communicative, exhibited no knowledge or enthusiasm. I was clearly an inconvenience. If this had been my first experience with BB in-home consultancy, you may well have lost my business. However I remain very loyal thanks to Morgan and his expertise.

Mo developed an excellent plan that met my needs and budget

I have been looking for projectors for newly completed theater room. The in-home service was very informative, but the follow up has not been great. Lack of responsive replies. I am still waiting for a new proposal. I can understand being busy, but I'd like to get the install going sooner rather than later.
