Proposal Not Accepted

However, he did not offer solutions to my problem that were reasonable and worthwhile from a cost standpoint. He tended to choose products that were most expensive in their category, and the choices were not those favored by s store employee who also impressed me with his knowledge.

Recommendations Were Very Expensive
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The ability to have an in-home consultation is a good idea however, the consultant should find out what the buyer budget is and make recommendations accordingly. Or make 3 recommendations--ranging from basic to expensive--low, mid, high-end. I was disappointed with the written recommendation as it didn't address my needs.

Lacking Expertise
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The in home consultant was very nice and professional, however did not have any expertise (which he fully admitted) for the purpose he was here. He used readily available apps to determine wifi coverage, something I already knew, and told me places in my home where I did not have coverage, again something I already knew. Overall a waste of both his and my time.

Install was great, Geek Squad is a nightmare.

They delivered and installed my washer and dryer quickly and efficiently. The only reason I am not giving this 5 stars, is because my washing machine arrived dented, and my experience with Geek Squad trying to get it resolved has been a nightmare.
