Lost confidence in best buy

The worse part of it all, is that I got several different opinions from those who work in the store to the consultant. I still am not sure what to do about a certain issue because of that.

Brett completely understood our needs!

He not only knows TVs and sound systems, he was able to answer questions about all kinds of tech products we threw at him. He's smart, friendly, polite, respectful and it was a pleasure working with him. We look forward to working with him again. We've just bought 3 new OLED TVs, sound, systems, wall mounts and accessories. Brett has converted a former PC Richard customer over to Best Buy from now on!

Not the right system for us

Consultation failure

The consultant called first and basically talked me out of buying the camera security system. He did not come to my house. So I am a bit frustrated and you lost a sale.
