Ist meeting ok but...

When I asked him for it, he said he sent it, but I never received it. Why did he not just send it again? I could never reach him by phone or email to ask questions. Agent did a good initial job but did not follow up as he said he would.

Home Expert

Couldn't get ahold of anyone at the store so I got on the Chat line and was able to get an appointment to speak to a Consultant. It's great for those who have time to wait for a product. Tremendous lapse of time in between conversations call backs etc. Not for me!

TotalTech installer was great
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We had a Totaltech expert come and install our new home theater and mesh Wi-Fi system and I was pleased with his knowledge and professionalism. He first inquired about our needs and then made recommendations based on that. He addressed all concerns and tested out all systems on the network to ensure that they were working properly. After going over the final paperwork he then cleaned up and discarded all unwanted materials. I was 100% pleased by the whole experience.

Best Buy Never Again

Support is somewhere out of the country and can barely understand anyone. Needless to say, not getting my issue fixed after 10 calls!
