I believe TJ, Robert and Tony tried to do their best, but I am dissatisfied with most of the tv installation. We have two tv locations not functioning like they were before. One TiVo box that now doesn't work after the installation. Another TiVo box that is now humming. We are not getting some channels that we were before. Wasn't told by seller rear speakers only work on some shows. Don't like the installation of the one mesh. They left a bunch of parts here that we don't know what they are for. (Picture below) Would like to have someone back to go over and fix.

Consultation was not fully aware of the products

We scheduled an appointment for the home expert to come and guide us with the process. Unfortunately, the home expert gave false information and after final review of the whole process I did not get my moneys worth.
