Our consultation help us with our decision

Jason was able to answer all of our questions about the different sizes, models, brands. Most importantly he explained how each one created their picture, including positive and negative aspects. He was patient with our repeat questions and made sure our understanding was correct when we made our decision. Jason was always informative and pleasant to work with. We are very happy with our wall mounted TV. Jason was always there to help even after we left the store. He always called back if I needed to leave a voicemail.

Consult great - Tough he didn't get credit for it

I went into the store to purchase some of the items in the consultation, and asked multiple times if our rep Bill was going to receive credit. I found out a few weeks later by following up with Bill personally, he was never contacted, he was never made aware, and he did not get paid anything. I called and spoke with Customer service 2 times, the last time seemed like I was getting it squared away but then I was placed on "hold" or basically sat on the phone with no response for 14 minutes and hung up. I loved the consultation, the information, and I went ahead with several of the plans that we had discussed. I am happy with the process on my end, but was disappointed that Best Buy didn't take care of their own.

New Surround Sound

It was a smooth ordering process with one glitch as the speaker poles were on back order. But once all was finished, we have been enjoying our new Bose system and feel good knowing Glen is ready to help with any and all issues that likely will not arise. We highly recommend the Best Buy in Prescott.

Great consultation from Jesus Romero Urquiza

We were introduced to Jesus Romero Urquiza as someone who could help with our home theatre needs. He came to our house and analyzed our situation and came up with a plan forward. Jesus went to the next level to help us out in selecting, ordering, and getting installed the equipment necessary. He answered any questions we had, came up with options based upon our wants and needs. He was always very responsive whenever we had questions. We're extremely pleased with the results of our consultation with Jesus. The results are even better than expected. As an added plus, Jesus was always very friendly as well as helpful.

He listens to what the customer would like and comes up with a realistic well thought out plan. It was absolutely wonderful to work with such a knowledgeable and competent consultant. I will not hesitate a moment in the future to contact Dave for my next project. Thanks again.

In home consultation and actual installation!

He explained in detail how to deal with my situation. If anyone out there has an old fashioned TV niche, he explained very clearly their process of how to hang a TV over the niche using 2X10 birds to anchor the TV and cover the niche leaving room for the boxes that supply the service such as AT&T as well as Roku. That ugly niche bothered me for years. Best Buy has the solution! The actual folks who do the work are careful, respectful, and accurate doing the actual installation. I’m a very happy customer and so are several of my friends.

We are very pleased with the outcome and it was really great having one person to communicate with, that handled everything. From assistance with choosing the right equipments and devices, to scheduling and installation all the way through to completion, he made it a smooth process and the communication was A+. I definitely recommend Best Buy Tech support to my friends and family, and will always choose Best Buy for all my electronic needs.

Service From Randall!

One of ethos things was setting up our AV system. We are very particular and approached Best Buy. Denise and I have worked with Best Buy, living in several states and most recently Canada. Wow have always been happy with the service, especially the Geek Squad. Here in Kissimmee, we were pared up with Randall. What a great guy. Let me put is this way. Randall, went above and beyond, even our expectations. That you you Randall, and we look forward to working with you in the future!

Our consultantation was a huge success

Our Bose was bought in 1998 and was ready for replacement. Our consultant was very knowledgable describing all of the systems available recommending a Sonos sound bar and speakers. We purchased an entire system, Best Buy installed it and explained how to use it. The consultant left us his contact number and did indeed return our calls. We got a bit confused after the installation and called them to ask questions. They returned to our house and answered some more questions. We could not be happier with the consultation and installation, it is the best sounding system I have ever heard, and I'm 80% deaf. Thank you Best Buy!

Simply Amazing!

It’s a smart home that came with a high end internet system (Ruckus) I didn’t know how to set up or use. Xfinity couldn’t help either. Anthony came over and referred me to the magnolia department. Long story short, I was set up with professionals that understood my system and knew what I needed for it. I went back to Anthony for a washer and dryer. There were a few hiccups with the appliances but Anthony stayed the course with me. He made sure everything was taken care of. I highly recommend him! He’s professional, easily accessible, and provides excellent customer service. I plan on reaching out to him whenever I need electronics and appliances for my home! He’s awesome and the main reason I’ve been shopping at Best Buy.

Top 10 service and tech expertise!

They were nothing short of remarkable. They did not get tired of answering my questions helping me to understand program things to my needs, I would only request the same Installer for my future buys from Best Buy. He listen to my requirements and found the perfect products to meet my needs. I would definitely use him again and will recommend him to my friends. Also, he set up the Geek Squad to install and take away my old systems . The Geek Squad installer he used, Joseph Goldenberg was outstanding. He arrived on time, did the work efficiently, cleaned up, removed old systems and patiently instructed us on how to operate the new equipment. Overall, a great experience form start to finish.

Our consultation was great and now helping family

Philip Pickett has been providing great support from the in home consultation to continue to recommend speakers two years later. I do appreciate that he remembers me and what we’ve installed so far. He was also very helpful when my son started his home theater construction. It’s great to have a go to person by the name.

He is so thorough, knowledgable, responsive, and completely dedicated to the customer he serves. I was confuse about refrigerator and beverage cooler I should purchase for my kitchen. Andy helped me decide on that. He has also helped me with several TVs and other electronic items along with their parts. I can’t recommend him highly enough!!!

Service that exceeded expectations

Our experience with Danny and the rest of the team exceeded expectations by a couple orders of magnitude. Danny listened to our goals and then created a home cinema solution with automation that fit our budget, and yielded an amazing audio-visual experience. Throughout the process from ordering through installation Danny remained in contact to provide order status and to coordinate installation. The installation team was just as professional and easy to work with. We could not be happier with either our home theater or the customer service experience.

Our Installation Was Enjoyable and Pleasing
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Our Best Buy / Greek Squad installation had to be handled in two appointments to accommodate the fact that my sound bar and sub wolfer were delivered after the main part of my purchases for my new TV system. Mr. Albert Street, who is an approved Best Buy / Geek Squad outside vendor, did an excellent job. He looked out for my best interest. He installed the balance of the system like I was hi favorite old 80 year old Uncle Joe. His ideas were creative, attractive and money saving. He made it so I definitely feel good about returning to Best Buy for more purchases and installs.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had so much faith in my consultant I had him come to my house before the studs were up to show them the plans and then come back once they were ready to drywall so that we could get all the pre-wiring done from there he picked out with me all of the sizes and sound expectations. We wanted for each room. He was absolutely amazing and knew his product inside and out I would recommend them to anybody.

Happy with final product but Service had friction

The rep was on time, very polite, listened intently on what we wanted and provided a thorough proposal. No issues at all with this and would recommend. The not so good. I came into BB to purchase stereo equipment a few days before our appointment. I was not looking to have a consultant involved, but the BB store did NOT have any equipment that I was interested in (receiver and speakers) and the AV manager pushed me to have a consultant involved. I agreed but at no time was there a obligation mentioned that I had to purchase equipment through the rep. So after reviewing the proposal and looking at the BB online stores, I could not find the receiver or a version of the speakers that was recommended (all out of stock or not carried). So I purchased the receiver and speakers directly from the manufacturer. Again, not knowing I had a obligation to buy from the rep. I did purchase the other remaining equipment outlined in the proposal from BB (outside speakers, center speaker and selector switch), And when it came time to have BB support come assist with setup, the rep was not very concerned with my request (and told me that since I went around and purchased myself, she did not have an obligation to assist going forward). At that point, I was fine with this and just went to BB directly and scheduled a Geek Squad team to assist with the install (which they did and I was very pleased with their work). Anyways, I am happy with my purchases so far but I feel like the rep should had made clear what my obligations are as a buyer if I use this service (again, I did not seek this out, I was pushed into it via the AV manager).

TV Mount Installation

Some of the product needed for the installation was canceled and then sent to the wrong store for an installer to pick up. The first installer did not have an accurate address, did not clean up very well & did not have anything to vacuum up the drywall dust after drilling. So it was left behind for us to clean up. It was hard to see the drywall dust on our lightly colored carpet in a picture so I did not include one. A picture is included on what was left on the mount. The first installer was about to leave and decided to come back upstairs to take a picture. On his way downstairs after the picture we realized he had his shoes on without any shoe covers. It is very hard to believe our little job would get messed up and it would take two visits to complete. We replied to a follow-up email received from the home consultation representative & included the store and no reply or phone call was received.
