Christian was eager to help us but also helped another salesperson we were speaking with to answer out questions. He also helped with the info we were receiving about time of delivery ( BB needs work on delivery info , we had 5 different times relayed to us by your service over a 24 hour period causing us to change plans several times - the website , emails , and phone calls ALL gave different times . Yr driver and Aris were terrific. It seems BB personnel know this poor data on delivery info so this was not an exception and therefore strange that its not better)

I had so much faith in my consultant I had him come to my house before the studs were up to show them the plans and then come back once they were ready to drywall so that we could get all the pre-wiring done from there he picked out with me all of the sizes and sound expectations. We wanted for each room. He was absolutely amazing and knew his product inside and out I would recommend them to anybody.

I am love in BestBuy Store, due to the excellent service and experience we got from the Home Experts - Joe Westlake and Arthur Ramirez. Joe and Arthur provided us recommendations based on our requirements, and gave us transparent feedback of pros/cons for every decision we made in terms of buying. This made our buying experience so enriching in terms of knowledge gathering from the experts, and they won our hearts, and made us feel like a special customer. Kyle came to our home and helped us decide on the type of appliances we needed. We had to replace three defective appliances in our kitchen. He was great. A problem with Best Buy's computer system created a 4 week delay on installation of one of the appliances. It had nothing to do with Kyle, but he tried to help resolve it. When everything was finally installed, Kyle helped arrange a significant refund on part of the purchase price of the delayed appliance, because of the inconvience their system had caused. We appreciated all he did for us.

I’ve been building a family room audio system that can deliver high quality sound for both music and movies. Philip Pickett has been providing great support from the in home consultation to continue to recommend speakers two years later. I do appreciate that he remembers me and what we’ve installed so far. He was also very helpful when my son started his home theater construction. It’s great to have a go to person by the name.

We needed expert help with some of our technology and needing to update, router and make sure that we had the best set up for our Apple products. Our consultant was very nice and when he left he assured us that we would get our recommendation very shortly. We really liked him, but after 10 days of not hearing from him, we contacted him. We had not been in a hurry, but I don't believe it should have taken that long. Then after we received the recommendation there wasn't any info that was given us so that we could compare what we might could do on the router for example. And we did not hear back from anyone to followup on our visit. Not sure how I would rate the service. A yes or a no? I will say yes, because I do no that Best Buy will work with their customers and the store manager is very helpful.

Two knowledgeable young men. After tv installation there were no questions unanswered Felt perfectly confident with their simple but complete operating instructions. With ease they connected to my speaker system. As a senior somewhat technologically challenged they were patient in assisting me til I was confident with everything. Knowledgeable, professional, extremely personable, and they worked seamlessly together as a team. All in all a pleasurable experience. Quickly they diagnosed issue with ring door bell and itceas resolved. Could not beca more satisfied customer

The home consultation is a great service that Best Buy offers. I wanted to put a 75 inch TV in my living room & wanted to make sure it wouldn't be too big for the room. I originally wanted to mount the TV on the wall but our consultant Patrick, went over the pros & cons of drilling into a plaster wall, so we went with a large TV stand instead. Patrick measured the room, checked the lighting & made recommendations for the TV, sound bar & TV stand. We're very pleased with everything. I highly recommend this service as well as our consultant Patrick.

I built a new home and Austin assisted me through the entire process. We talked prior to the build to discuss specifics on wiring necessary for what I wanted in the home. He helped me with all of my appliances, TVs and routers. He was available by phone and email and was always very responsive to my calls/emails. He provided exceptional service and truly went above and beyond the usual customer service. He was very knowledgeable about all technology and appliances. I would highly recommend using Austin for any services you need through Best Buy. He is the best.

So awesome the expert that came into house for my home consultation was amazing he was very knowledgeable and professional he knew exactly what he was talking about he even went into my attic just to make sure he could run the speaker wire and then after he left not even a week later he already had a proposal for an amazing theater system that i am going to purchase and have installed i couldn't be more happy with how everything is going this is why i always go with Best Buy when it comes to TVs, home theater gear, computers anything electronic cause when they set you up with a professional they actually know what there talking about and doing another thing that i love is that he actually has a home theater system as well and i can not wait to get it installed.;

We started our search for all new appliances by starting at the big box stores like most people do. From there we went to smaller, more specific appliance centers. We NEVER walked in to a Best Buy. I saw an email regarding Best Buy's FREE in-home consultation and called immediately. Chris came out within days, measured our spaces and suggested things we had never thought of. We knew what we wanted having been shopping prior to his arrival but he pointed out so many critically important issues, even suggesting things we had not thought of. We ordered ALL appliances through him as we could see he would "own" the sale with follow through service. Chris stayed with us every step of the way, even calling to make sure the delivery went well. The delivery men were polite, clean and eager to please. We could NOT be more happy with your service, product and delivery. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! You made what could have been a stressful time easy and convenient!

We worked with Sarah McFadden - knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. She helped us to make informed decisions and purchase the right products for our home. In my experience, not all consultation brings value to a customer. This home consultation was one of the reasons we purchased the items from BestBuy. With the right consultant, it is a win-win for BestBuy and its customers.

Andy Kruse provided my wife and I and get us a good recommendation on a Ring video doorbell that would fit the current area where the old doorbell was located. He also assisted us with TV options, gave us recommendations on TV mounting products and answered questions regarding my existing WIFI router (in regard to a smart TV that we were planning to purchase and the coverage in the front yard area).

Gavin Smith is the best. He has helped us set up our home theater and TV’s throughout our home. We are very pleased with the outcome and it was really great having one person to communicate with, that handled everything. From assistance with choosing the right equipments and devices, to scheduling and installation all the way through to completion, he made it a smooth process and the communication was A+. I definitely recommend Best Buy Tech support to my friends and family, and will always choose Best Buy for all my electronic needs.

My wife and I needed help on our decision for a large TV. Jason was able to answer all of our questions about the different sizes, models, brands. Most importantly he explained how each one created their picture, including positive and negative aspects. He was patient with our repeat questions and made sure our understanding was correct when we made our decision. Jason was always informative and pleasant to work with. We are very happy with our wall mounted TV. Jason was always there to help even after we left the store. He always called back if I needed to leave a voicemail.

It was my first time to have an in home consultation, it went very well and is a great experience. Sameer Mehra is very helpful (from the time I went to Best Buy store on 1960) and knowledgeable. He makes me and my family feel very comfortable with how he communicates, like he is an old friend. I did not feel any pressure at all but rather he answers my questions and concerns honestly. We are enjoying our Whirlpool refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. I will definitely recommend Sameer to my friends for their future projects. JOE Vanderslce is so much more than a consultant. He is extemely knowalgeable and helpful in explaining the options avaiilable to create a a high qualityu home theaterfor you at a reasonable cost. In addition, Joe is there for you from start to finish and beyond. If any issues develop, he makes sure they are handked quickly to your satisfaction. Highly rdccomend you give him a try at no expense to you.

This was the first time that it was suggested that an income consultant would be helpful as I needed an accurate measurement for my purchase of a new refrigerator and the consultant would be able to help select one that would, have the features important to us and at a price that would be affordable.
