Was advised yesterday that they would look at it on the spot the day of appointment. No one even tried to see if the could do anything. All they did was check the computer in and took an description of the problems.

Still have problems with internet connection but I don’t think it is this products fault

Very negative experience. 6+ months of agony. Lots of no shows/no calls (5 or more) from your team. When they did show up, some Installers were incredibly rude and at times, loudly argumentative, 'unruly' and behaved totally unprofessionally. Best Buy Home Advisor (Anthony Devlin) mis-represented many aspects of my project causing over and unnecessary expeditures for me. Including, not installing my Nest Thermostat. He promosed to make it right and never did. He and head installer, Rickson Francis, simultaneously just began not responding to my emails, phone calls and text messages. Also. Devlin was supposed to change out the printer he recommended, and still has not. I do not have a working printer to this day. Over the years, I've spent plenty good money with Best Buy including on this specific project. I am TOTALLY DISSATISFIED! What is Best Buy going to do to make this right and give me the service I paid for? Would appreciate a response from someone with decision making authority to see this through. It's been pending for over a year. Would appreciate a prompt response. Michael M.

Quick and professional job to replace defective sound bar

We were looking for a new TV and to have an existing one mounted on the wall. We had a Best Buy home consultant come in to go over our options. Terry Pearson came over and gave some options and ideas. After talking about different products, we selected and scheduled our install. It only took a week to have everything installed. Great Service, Installation was outstanding and we are very pleased. Would recommend this service to friends and family.

I was able to express my needs in my own home and found a good solution.

Sales man was awesome first guys delivering won’t finish the job and all my frozen meat went bad about $400.00 second team to deliver came out 3 days later they were great
