He did come and took the actual measurements of the spaces 2. Based on the available spaces, he sent some recommendations. 3. When asked about one more Samsung's Model on the floor, he never replied back.

Good visit, poor follow thru

However, the follow through was significantly lacking. I was expecting an email to provide suggested products to consider, as well as a contact at the local store to complete my selection and purchase. None of these were provided and ended up working with Magnolia associate

Great beginning....poor finish

The lights worked out but that's it

I wanted to add lights and TV remotes to control with my echo dot. My in-home advisor assisted me with getting my lights, but fell short in the remote area. I did most of the research myself ultimately. He never followed up to see how my install went. A bit disappointed.

Consultation was ok

The Tech seemed to be knowledgeable about different system options however the follow up was terrible - I end up running into him at one of the stores. I purchased all of the components he recommended but end up taking them back due to lack of follow-up.

consultation for measurement

The tech showed up as promised, took measurements, and said he would get back to us with an answer. That's the last we heard from him.
