    Took measurements but could not deliver installati

    Home needed enlargement of wall cutout, BB tried to have installer perform, he said he would but never scheduled an appointment for performing, after 3-4 weeks had to cancel my order. Will purchase oven at a different retailer who can also perform the enlargement work.

    Home theater project

    Installation took two separate all day visits. They did not have the flat wire I paid for on the original appointment and completed the install with standard round wire they had on the truck. It was easily felt under the carpet as you walked across it. The finished result feels more of a do it yourself result rather than the pricey professional installation I paid for. The expensive equipment I purchased deserves an equally top notch professional install. I was not shown how to use any of the equipment or it’s settings options. The system was not calibrated for the room. Guess I spend a day reading the manuals, exploring the setting options and optimizing the sound myself.

    I had a new TV and VCR.. The smart TV applications were difficult to maneuver. I would have liked additional training on getting the apps to function.

    Tv in livingroom was hung to low. Touches Sonos bar. I have to raise MY HAND IN THE AIR FOR THE REMOTE TO SEE THE LITTLE CAMERA TO CHANGE THE CHANNEL. Would like it fixed.

    Reyna was really informative and gave good advice. The receiver I purchased is difficult to set and difficult to make two zones of music. Overall, I would rate Reyna a 5 and the Danin receiver a 2 star. I will have to hire geek squad and waste a lot of money to get everything set.

    I needed help boosting the wi fi in my two story home after trying to do so myself. Best Buy advised on the equipment I needed to buy after consulting with me over the phone, helping ke to test areas of the home. Daniel met me for in store purchasing and made sure I got my trade in discount. Geek Squad came out to install and test the equipment. It was very easy and convenient. Thank you, Best Buy!

    Our Kitchen Installation for 3 New Appliances - Microwave came Damaged - The Double Oven was not measured Correctly and over an hour was spent cutting our cabinets and dust everywhere. The dishwasher was damaged on the front when the installer dropped a rack down across the face.

    I went in with a purpose - either the 75” tv or the 85 “ NEO QLED. Chose the 85”. With Allan’s assistance, got the set, the geek squad set up yo deliver and am sitting here with my daughter and a friend watching college football ) Yea U W Huskies and The Fighting Irish of Notre Dame win their games and am looking forward to the Ohio State vs Georgia game. Thanks for keeping your promise, Allan!!

    I'm not sure which In-Home Consultation review you're asking about as we had 2 In-Home Consultations. I'll will however give my review on the In-Home Consultation for the Appliance! The In-Home Consultation was ok, however a very poor follow-up.

    Not the right products

    My in-home Advisor was very nice, however I am not happy because he recommended all of the wrong products. We have Echos and Fire tv’s in our home and we were looking to purchase products that were compatible with Alexa. I am a caregiver for my elderly parent and taught My Father how have to Alexa assist him with the tv’s, lights etc. We followed the home advisors recommendations and purchased the nest Yale lock(incompatible with Alexa) nest home doorbell, nest thermostat, and Wemo light switch. These products except for wemo have limited compatibility with Alexa. Now we will have to purchase a google home assistant and a chromecast. It took a lot of time to teach my father how to utilize Alexa and now we will have to spend more money because we trusted the home advisors recommendations.
