    I was really happy with the sales people, they were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. There were no mistakes made in my orders. It’s the total tec service that I have issues with

    nothing special like before...no real solutions performed or offered, just some advice and nothing I did not know before having your rep here. Remedied my main problem by buying a new av receiver...from someone else. so, you lost a sale. also no follow up

    In House Consultation

    Christopher came to the in-house consultation on the date and time scheduled. He took a few notes in his cell phone and indicated that he was going to prepare the proposal. A few days later I received the proposal missing items that I had requested. I asked him to update the proposal which took him a few more days. In the meantime, I received a visit of ADT salesman that made a proposal for system with cameras and sensors, items that were part of the request that I discussed with Chris, since I wasn’t able to get in touch with him I signed an agreement with ADT and requested Chris to remove these two items from the proposal. I have been trying to get in touch with him to finalize the purchase but he just doesn’t return any emails or phone calls. Today I just went to my local Best Buy store and purchased the items there and am working myself in the installation. I just want to say that the principle of in-house service is a very good idea but you need to have motivated staff to follow through which was not my experience with Chris. I appreciate everyone else assistance but it was a waste of time and patience dealing with this process,

    My consultant was nice enough but his measurements were off and he didn't offer alternative solutions. I am limited in space for tvs and unfortunately the 2 sets he recommended are very tight and don't allow for any flexibility.

    Visit was a good visit. Good suggestions and brought out points we had not thought. All was good and he was going to send a follow up email with pricing and options. Just before he left I asked if these items just used electric since nothing else was mentioned. Opps his mistake he forgot to ask what wifi server we used. when he found out he said all his suggestions would not work and we needed to switch servers. He never responded with an email. I was open to changing servers. However he was not interested in our situation. What the heck did I waste my time talking to this guy. He did nothing except talk and did not follow up. So the lowest rating I can give is fair or it will not take my review? How fair is that?

    Tremendous service!!! Can't say enough!

    Cannot say enough about the service experience we have had with Tyler. Without documenting the complete story of our dishwasher replacement, suffice to say it was compounded by all kinds of problems, throughout which Tyler was by our side sorting things out, to where we are on the happy side of things in every respect. Awesome support and service -- thank you Tyler and BestBuy

    Did not follow up with me on thermostat

    We purchased a home and wanted to get advice on how to tech up the place. They came by and offered a few suggestions but most importantly were supposed to get back to me about a smart thermostat that would work in my home. No follow ups and no response since.

    Home consultation.?.

    As a former Best Buy employee, Geek Squad agent, and brand loyalist, I was disappointed in this particular instance. The agent felt rushed and like the size and scope of this job wasn’t big enough for him.. While it might not have been a whole house full of AV equipment, getting security cameras and connected services was important to us. I was given follow up times of 24-48 hr which were missed by over a week, Even the feedback on what we were looking for in products similar to what we previously had were completely dismissed when given the final quote. Im chalking this up to just one bad experience..

    Good in-home advice; poor follow-up

    With Roger's assistance, we ordered 2 TVs, soundbar, antenna, modem and router. We had an issue with TV reception, so tried several times to contact him for advice. He did not respond. Once contacted, the Geek Squad returned and corrected the installation.
