We wanted to update and improve our home technology and started with our internet and WiFi systems. We are pleased with this part of the update. We will eventually pursue additional suggestions that Ross gave us. We felt it was most important to start with internet and WiFi systems.

I didn't know about the home consultation service that Best Buy offered. I will definitely use the service again and would request that Brandon would be assigned. He was prompt, communicative, knowledgeable, provided several suggestions that fit my budget and preferred style and was very friendly. He kept me informed about the process throughout the scheduling, order, delivery, installation and follow-up. I am very happy with the product and the service!

We busted moved into our new home in Kissimmee, Florida and of course, had to re-establish everything. One of ethos things was setting up our AV system. We are very particular and approached Best Buy. Denise and I have worked with Best Buy, living in several states and most recently Canada. Wow have always been happy with the service, especially the Geek Squad. Here in Kissimmee, we were pared up with Randall. What a great guy. Let me put is this way. Randall, went above and beyond, even our expectations. That you you Randall, and we look forward to working with you in the future!

I was shopping for kitchen & laundry appliances by going to stores and comparing difference brands/models/features - which was great, but the one key element missing was making 100% sure they'd fit in my home, and that installers would easily be able to deliver/install them. Having the Best Buy Home Expert come out for the free consultation was a huge benefit just to know I wasn't about to spend a few thousand dollars and not have the stuff fit! Measurements were done quickly, and I even got some advice on future TV size/placement while he was here. Highly recommend having someone come out just to make sure any appliances you have in mind will work in your home - especially since there's a wide range of fridge sizes and kitchen layouts!

I needed two replace two large TVs limited by an entertainment center in one case and on a high wall in another. I had measured the areas several times and was stymied. A friend mentioned this service and it exceeded all expectations. The consultant made an appointment on a timely basis, was knowledgeable and explained the options, then concluded the purchase and set up installation. I could not be more pleased or recommend this more highly.

Taylor was absolutely amazing with helping me pick out the right gaming laptop that meet my needs! Not only did she compile a list of different options that she thought would fit but was also super knowledgeable and patient with me! Taylor definitely deserves a raise or a promotion, I could definitely tell that she went above and beyond, while taking good care of me! I will only be buying from her for now on =) ! I had worked with Juan Hernandez In The past buying a full set of kitchen Appliances and he was knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. He followed up calling me with delivery information which was extremely helpful. So when it was time to make my next purchase at Best Buy, I made sure to seek him out. Again he made my experience smooth as silk. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family and give him a five star review. Top notch!

Danial is very knowledgeable in both the equipment and it’s abilities! He explained in detail how to deal with my situation. If anyone out there has an old fashioned TV niche, he explained very clearly their process of how to hang a TV over the niche using 2X10 birds to anchor the TV and cover the niche leaving room for the boxes that supply the service such as AT&T as well as Roku. That ugly niche bothered me for years. Best Buy has the solution! The actual folks who do the work are careful, respectful, and accurate doing the actual installation. I’m a very happy customer and so are several of my friends.

At first my journey started off in store looking for surround sound speakers. I had no clue what I was looking at because this was an unknown market for me. The sales rep recommended home consultation. This was a great way for a Best Buy consultant could come out to me house and see the room that I wanted my speakers to be in. I was set up with a meeting with Adam Colvin and he was awesome to work with. He communicated very well, was on time for the appointment, stayed later than expected and never acted like he was in a hurry. We went over my needs and wants such as brand, sound, style, and price range. We were able to figure out the best deal for me. To a customer this is very important. He even made the phone calls and ordering and I was able to pick up my product in store the same night. This was a great experience and I would definitely recommend home consultation to anyone. We were in the market for a washer and Dryer and Brandon Beers was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He answered am every question I had and got us set up with the model we were looking for. He made the entire process so easy and we've had our washer and dryer for about 2 weeks now and love it. Will definitely be working with him in the future for any big purchases.

The former owners of our house left parts of an old home theater system in the family room and we wanted to upgrade it and start using it. We weren’t sure what components we needed or if we could use the wiring that ran through the walls. We had a virtual home consultation with Lindsey and she was able to see everything in the room and make recommendations for equipment and all the cables that we needed. She recommended a special converter so we could use all the wiring. She also had me measure the distance from the projector to the screen and the size of the screen so she could determine the throw distance for the new projector. It was so good to have an expert opinion right in my own house. It would have been very difficult to figure everything out everything myself.

We went to Best Buy for a new television. We were introduced to Jesus Romero Urquiza as someone who could help with our home theatre needs. He came to our house and analyzed our situation and came up with a plan forward. Jesus went to the next level to help us out in selecting, ordering, and getting installed the equipment necessary. He answered any questions we had, came up with options based upon our wants and needs. He was always very responsive whenever we had questions. We're extremely pleased with the results of our consultation with Jesus. The results are even better than expected. As an added plus, Jesus was always very friendly as well as helpful.

I've used Magnolia services before to install my network mesh and was blown away with the consistently high level of expertise, professionalism and patience I enjoy with this service. The representative asked me questions that helped to narrow down choices that were in my price range and needs. He explained the whole process and made sure I was fairly knowledgeable about what I was purchasing, but more importantly extremely satisfied,

We were trying to decide if we could move comfortably to streaming from cable, and what would be involved. Our questions were about equipment as well as services and connectivity. Our consultation resulted in the purchase of a new TV, audio receiver, WiFi mesh system, and other necessary equipment. We're very happy with all of the information that Will provided, and apprecaited his follow-up throughout the process.

We needed help on getting a tv for our living room. Christopher was great during the virtual appointment by giving advice. After the tv was ordered Christopher identified a problem within your ordering system that affected Best Buy’s fulfilling their commitment to their promised services. Christopher commenced an investigation in how the problem could be solved and even came to our residence to take pictures of the perspective location for the tv. Egg bff en after several days of research and emails with Best Buy associates, he was unable to correct the problem so we had to ask for a refund. We have to say Christopher was relentless in trying to get a resolution. He was always kind professional and responded immediately to my questions. He is a true asset to your organization.

Our in-home advisor is someone we have used before, and he is one of the reasons we did not even look anywhere else for a new dishwasher. He helped us pick exactly what we needed, arranged for the delivery, and made the payment process a breeze. We feel very lucky to have discovered this service last year when we were building a little cottage on our property with two apartments, and needed all of the appliances. That experience was totally amazing as was this more recent one. Everyone needs to take advantage of this very cool service.

Had a great consultation. I went into the store to purchase some of the items in the consultation, and asked multiple times if our rep Bill was going to receive credit. I found out a few weeks later by following up with Bill personally, he was never contacted, he was never made aware, and he did not get paid anything. I called and spoke with Customer service 2 times, the last time seemed like I was getting it squared away but then I was placed on "hold" or basically sat on the phone with no response for 14 minutes and hung up. I loved the consultation, the information, and I went ahead with several of the plans that we had discussed. I am happy with the process on my end, but was disappointed that Best Buy didn't take care of their own.

Aaron, He was fantastic. He is very professional and knowledgeable about Best Buy products. He listen to my requirements and found the perfect products to meet my needs. I would definitely use him again and will recommend him to my friends. Also, he set up the Geek Squad to install and take away my old systems . The Geek Squad installer he used, Joseph Goldenberg was outstanding. He arrived on time, did the work efficiently, cleaned up, removed old systems and patiently instructed us on how to operate the new equipment. Overall, a great experience form start to finish.
