David was outstanding on our new Mac Mini installation & data migration from our old iMac. He jumped a hurdle related to our WD NAS device and successfully completed our install. He listened patiently to all of my questions and answered each one of them. Couldn’t be more satisfied. Hopefully, we can get David to help us with a new MacBook Air laptop later this year!

I am grateful for the professional help that I have received from the Total Tech Care staff as they assisted me in "cutting the cord" from the big Internet/TV providers who continued to over charge us while making it nearly impossible to get to a "human" to make changes...It has been SO worth it! I especially appreciate Alec who came all the way from Roseville to help with a few issues on short notice. He even emailed me to follow up after, answering a few extra questions...He needs to be PROMOTED! :) Thanks again to all of the agents who help us "less tech savvy" people make the transition!

The In Home Consultation program is so perfect for us. It gives the consultant the opportunity to see the setup in our home and make recommendations. So much easier than trying to explain something to an Associate in the store. There were 3 items we discussed at our consultation: WiFi improvements; Ring doorbell & camera; new laptop. We purchased all the recommended items, with the latest purchase being the laptop. The Consultant met me in the store and paired me with an Associate, and between them, I feel very confident with my laptop purchase. They spent considerable time explaining the options available and kept my budget in mind. We purchased the Total Tech Support program at the same time as the laptop. This program should pay for itself and makes me feel like someone is always available to “hold my hand” as I encounter any technology issues. Thank you, Best Buy, for offering these services!

This was the first time that it was suggested that an income consultant would be helpful as I needed an accurate measurement for my purchase of a new refrigerator and the consultant would be able to help select one that would, have the features important to us and at a price that would be affordable. David H. was my consultant and was so helpful and considerate! I can’t say enough good things about him and the experience. Thank you David and BestBuy !

Anthony Fatigate was my in home consultant. He was exceedingly professional, helping me design home theatre solutions for both my living room and basement. I bought everything right from the comfort of my own home. A big shout out to the Geek Squad team of installers. They are second to none in setting up equipment and explaining how to use everything properly.

Needed help to install 5 TVs onto wall mount in different rooms, ranging from 65 to 85 inch. Connect subsequent SONOS Play bars, ARC and in some rooms up to 2 Sonos Subs, and rear ( ONE Play) speakers. It was a mix of old and new equipment. The team did a fantastic job, inclusive nice cable management.

I didn't know about the home consultation service that Best Buy offered. I will definitely use the service again and would request that Brandon would be assigned. He was prompt, communicative, knowledgeable, provided several suggestions that fit my budget and preferred style and was very friendly. He kept me informed about the process throughout the scheduling, order, delivery, installation and follow-up. I am very happy with the product and the service!

Mike was AMAZING...he helped me so such to shop for the right appliances for my new home. Without his expertise and consultation, I would have bought items too big for the space and would have to go through the hassle of exchanging everything. Mike is professional and made the consultation process fun - it was like shopping from home but with an expert in front of you to assist. Once done, he was able to order everything that we discussed right in my kitchen including setting up the delivery & installation date.

Marie did outstanding work assisting me on selecting appliance for my customers. She consistently went above and beyond to provide the ultimate support and solutions to everything I needed. Marie makes the appliance purchase process stress-free. I’ve been truly blessed to have such an amazing professional on my side. She is very efficient, effective, and provides consistent communication. Marie instills confidence in what she does and I fully recommend him.

We would highly recommend a Best Buy in-home consultation with Hannah. She is very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. She checked out our current system and helped us upgrade to the A8F Sony 65” OLED Smart 4K TV with a Sony 4K HD Blu-Ray player while moving our existing equipment to another room based on her advice. After her visit, we made the decision to move quickly and she had everything ready for us the same day. During her in-home visit, she also asked how our appliances were doing. They were fine and then a couple weeks later our dishwasher stopped working. :-( We called Hannah who met us in the store to discuss our options. We purchased our new Bosch dishwasher through her too. We love it! In the future, we hope to continue to work with Hannah on other upgrades and purchases based on the wonderful experiences we have had working with her so far.

Rendee at Best Buy has helped me choose all my appliances, she has sorted out any problems and always contactable. This was absolutely the best service

Taylor was absolutely amazing with helping me pick out the right gaming laptop that meet my needs! Not only did she compile a list of different options that she thought would fit but was also super knowledgeable and patient with me! Taylor definitely deserves a raise or a promotion, I could definitely tell that she went above and beyond, while taking good care of me! I will only be buying from her for now on =) ! I needed two replace two large TVs limited by an entertainment center in one case and on a high wall in another. I had measured the areas several times and was stymied. A friend mentioned this service and it exceeded all expectations. The consultant made an appointment on a timely basis, was knowledgeable and explained the options, then concluded the purchase and set up installation. I could not be more pleased or recommend this more highly.

I had worked with Juan Hernandez In The past buying a full set of kitchen Appliances and he was knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. He followed up calling me with delivery information which was extremely helpful. So when it was time to make my next purchase at Best Buy, I made sure to seek him out. Again he made my experience smooth as silk. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family and give him a five star review. Top notch!

We were interested in a Samsung Frame TV for our kitchen but had many questions for the in-store salesperson. A home evaluation was suggested. Joe Good came to our house, evaluated our space and sold us the TV. He scheduled the installation as well added other tasks to the installers list. The installer, Keenan, came to the house as scheduled. He communicated excellently prior to and during the visit. He did all the tasks we asked of him and made sure we were comfortable with working the TV. Overall they did a great job!!

Breanna Bass, She was extremely courteous, polite, and professional! Someone who really seemed to know a lot about a lot. She was able to answer all of my questions and concerns without hesitation an with confidence. I took her professional advice and I couldn't been happier with the decision. The TV I chose for my front living room is the perfect size and the quality is outstanding. Neither would have occurred without her professional advice. I would have gotten a TV much too big and nowhere near the high quality. Super excited about this purchase and the outcome. Andy Kruse provided my wife and I and get us a good recommendation on a Ring video doorbell that would fit the current area where the old doorbell was located. He also assisted us with TV options, gave us recommendations on TV mounting products and answered questions regarding my existing WIFI router (in regard to a smart TV that we were planning to purchase and the coverage in the front yard area).

We were interested in a new refrigerator and we were up til now unaware of the home consultation service offered by Best Buy. Now that we have used it I only wish we had known before. Dave was amazing. He helped us with everything about the refrigerator, and then proceeded to help us decide on some home theater things and a washer and dryer. He was so knowledgeable about everything and really made the whole experience a breeze.

Beat Buy was so easy to work with. We recently moved and wanted to get security cameras and TVs wall mounted in a couple of rooms. Travia came out at our convenience and provided good advice and recommendations based on our needs and budget. He helped us to schedule both installations on the same day. He kept in touch through the process. I recommend getting Totaltech and having a consultation. We are so happy with our choices!
