Services Are Getting Worse With Every Experience

I did not appreciate the attempt to manipulate me into thinking a product was priced less than advertised so the deal was time-sensitive and unbeatable. It will be hard for me to spend my money here moving forward.

Consultant unable to help w/installation problem.

The geeksquad installers also seem more knowledgeable than some of the consultants. But the discounts, product selection and tech help is great.

He arrived on time, and when the tv mount was not needed, he could provide a workaround to get the tv mounted the same day. His problem-solving skills are stellar. He knows how to keep customers happy, ensuring retention of customers.

Disappoints

Wanted a printer set up and it turned into setting up new wifi for a cost, security system for a price, outdoor speakers for a price. Never did get printer set up. Again very nice but to get a printer working meant to cancel ATT and buy a whole new system from Best Buy . Very disappointed and not really sure why I have paid 200 for year membership for geek squad. And still don’t have a printer working. Disappointed.

We are completely satisfied with his service, as well as the installation. His project coordination skills produced the best experience and results that we could expect.

Rough start.

I realized later she didn't sell me cables because she thought I wouldn't need them or the products I bought came with them. Then she wouldn't respond to my texts.

Excellent consultant

Isaiah was patient with us and gave numerous suggestions. We decided on a 75" TV to be mounted on the wall and got a sound bar as well. We were very happy with the consultation.

Home Theater Installation

We sent a text with video to Kelsey a few days ago, but still no response. This was after Geek Squad came to our home twice and said they addressed the issue. The first technician that came to our home smelled so bad I had to light a candle. I definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Would not use any other salesperson but Jose.

He is knowledgeable. No hard sell. Available for consultation after the order was completed. I would not use anyone but him in the future and would recommend his services to friends.

Need communication

I need to be able to have the visit, have a few packages out together to mull over, then be able to let you guys know when I am ready to go. I need follow-up. I would at least like the black Nest Thermostat that learns temperature (expensive one) and a back years camera and front yard/garage facing camera with install please. I’m ready to go now.

We had many problems that took a month to fux

The consultant didn't deviate from his script.

I told him that I had been using a laptop, and it was awkward to move it around in that location. I wanted something more permanent. He suggest a new laptop. I told him that my old video camera had died, and I needed a new one; he recommended a high-end digital SLR, two mini SD cards and a new tripod. I said I wanted to improve my sound recording; he recommended nothing else. I am no better off than before the consultation. At least it was free.

Highly recommend in home consultant service

His prompt response, listening to customer needs, and make-it-happen approach make me happy, and definitely recommend this service. He has provided excellent service, and product advice, and helped save a lot of time with peace of mind.

Discontinuing shopping at Best Buy

After trying get the delivery and instillation ina reasonable time , your consultation 4/13. Initially told a couple of weeks to May, to June 17th. On June 17th I received a “text “ not a call 2 hours before appointment stating they would not be there and to call and make another appointment. I call the home office and cancelled the delivery. They apologized and and returned my money. I was told they wanted to present this to their supervisor and that if I wanted to receive a refund faster for the frame, it was mailed, I would have to return it to Best Buy Bluffton or wait 2weeks and they would have someone pick it up. I returned it and after explaining why I was returning it I was told they couldn’t give me a refund but only a store credit. However she did say let me check with my manager. The manager was told my Dilemma, without a showing any sympathy, no apology said they would do it “this time only”. That won’t be an issue because after years of being a Best Buy customer THAT WAS MY LAST VISIT. By the way, I still haven’t heard from the supervisor in Minneapolis.

A/V Project

We broke the project into 3 Phases and completed Phase 2 the other day and everything went great. Looking forward to completing Phase 3 of our project with Jay and your outstanding tech group.

happy with range ,microwave but not with no call

I left several voicemail messages and did not receive a call back. We changed the model we want to: gfe28gynfs. It is quite annoying and rather rude that advisor never returned calls and has not followed up. I thought he was polite and reliable but have since changed my mind as a result of this. We are thinking about going somewhere else unless I get a call.
