    Rahim never followed up with me. Bad Experience.

    Experience with Heather was great. She did the initial purchase. She left Best Buy though and I followed up with Rahim. Speaking to Rahim on the phone he sounded like I was a bother the entire time he spoke to me. Rahim advised that I could add the extended warranty to the appliances within 30 days after delivery of the gear. The equipment was finally delivered and I left Rahim both a voicemail and sent an email to get the pricing on the extended warranty. I was never responded to and now I've missed the 30 day window waiting on Rahim. Again - experience with Heather was great - sorry she is gone. I cannot recommend your services based on my experience with Rahim though. I don't know if there was some sort of commission that Heather got that Rahim didn't so he simply didn't care about me. Not sure what happened. Terrible experience though.

    We needed help with our home Wi-Fi and tv set up. Mimi’s was extremely helpful and professional in his work. I had a great experience with him and his work force Project was completed in a timely and professional manner Would highly recommend using this team of professionals.

    It was determined my turntable would not work with the receiver, however, I do not believe I was told if the receiver would work with the current receiver. Do not want to buy both if unnecessary.

    The tech support team was very knowledgeable and helpful. However there was a lot of miscommunication between what they were told versus what i needed done.

    This service provided by Best Buy was Great! The consultant not only advised me how to improve my wi-fi while he was here; he also looked at my tv and came to the same confirmed what I thought was wrong with it. We then sat down and ordered what was my wife and I picked out to fix the problems, and set up a delivery date. Everything was explained very well and all our questions answered. This is a WONDERFUL service!!!

    George McGill is a top-notch Consultant - Home Expert. He is personable, knowledgeable and recommends what you need and balances it with what you want. George represents himself well as well as Best Buy and the Geek Squad. I would recommend George for your next consultation.

    I explained the specific specs of what I wanted for our home theater system. I wanted a 5:1 with a relatively high budget. He gave me a quote for a 7:1 system $1500 above the budget I gave. He didn’t seem interested in showing me what I wanted but kept stressing he wasn’t on commission. I don’t really care if he was, it doesn’t excuse the lack of listening or respect. I’m in sales, don’t alienate the customer. I will no longer be buying this from Best Buy and I’ll suggest others go elsewhere if asked.

    Wasted 3 days

    My refrigerator died. I went to Best Buy for a new one because I wanted an icemaker/water dispenser that I did not have plumbing for and they offer the service for a fee. Talking to the salesman, I explained that my area for a fridge was exactly 36" and I needed a new water line run from my basement since the fridge is not at the end of cabinets. He left to talk to someone else and came back to tell me that I needed an in-home consultation. He set it up and the first available was 3 days later. My fridge was dead, I knew it would probably be a week after ordering before delivery, but he said they could deliver within 2-3 days of order. So I agreed. The man who came was pleasant, but not from our area. He measured the opening on top, but not the bottom. I had to point that out since I was sure I would need to remove baseboard from the sides to fit the fridge I wanted. He told me they don't install waterlines from basements, I let him know that it states online that they do. Apparently, in his local area they don't offer plumbing services at all. So he had to call someone to verify. He left, called later to let me know that it could be done, and someone else would call to take my order and set things up. They did, my fridge came 8 days later, and the waterline scheduled 5 days after that. I was not called back with that information as I was told I would be. It took a week and 3 calls before I was called back with the information. I could have ordered in store 3 days earlier to get delivery quicker. Instead, they wasted those 3 days to have someone come to my home and not know what I already knew.

    Brian Roy is one of your best employees I’ve worked. He knows his stuff. Explains everything so you understand. Very articulate and very friendly. He exemplifies the very best of Best Buy. I’ve been a customer for over 20+ years and today he’s the best I have worked with!

    Glad I got the 65" TV, but disappointing that the sound does not always work when watching TV. I hope the problem can be found. Marantz SR5013 seems a bit user unfriendly, complex.

    Great help for an odd request

    I needed help purchasing a projector for delivery to Michigan to be ready for a home theater build while I was living in California. Gerald was extremely helpful and found a way to make it happen for me and kept me updated on the status of the shipment. Thank you Gerald!

    Consult mis-measured wall, TV and sound bar would not fit on wall, did appreciate the advice and different options. Went back to store and got table mount. Rec'd fast credit.

    I was basically told that I cannot use best buy support to implement my home cinema, or TV. the Advisor recommended an AV receiver, which I purchased. am happy with the machine.

    poor system. I had a consultant come to the house and make recommendations. I never could get a detailed report of what his recommendations were. I expected a list with prices of the possible tvs, wall mounts and installation costs. All I got was a link to 1 tv and a mount that I had asked about. Was no help at all trying to decide on a tv, 2 wall mounts, dishwasher, and maybe a sound bar. Would not use again .

    The tech arrived on time and was very helpful. Was promised to get a return call if I requested. I have done so multiple times. Ive been promised a return call now 5 times. Of course the last time was promised for Thursday. No call no message no apology. Nothing!!! I even made a special trip to the store about 20 miles from me and they set up a call with the tech that he missed. Very disappointed in this service. Unsure if I will ever pursue this again

    Michelle was easy to work with and had extensive knowledge about what would work for our living room space. She also took into consideration our budget, personal preferences about sound quality, and placement of the components. We're really pleased with what we got.

    We wanted to automate several lighting functions but we needed an understanding of the options available. Our consultant seemed unsure of how he could do this with what Best Buy had to offer. He recommended an overkill because Best Buy did not carry alternatives for our needs. After at least a couple of clarifications and delayer responses, we gave up and I went to the Internet and bought what I knew would work and had it installed by an electrician and myself. Other consultations went just fine...not this time.

    Working with Zac C. and the entire Best Buy team has made me feel like I'm their only customer. Zac especially went out of his way to ensure we got what we needed for our new home. Having Total Tech membership made this a smooth, inexpensive way to tech out our home.
