    We worked with Sarah McFadden - knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. She helped us to make informed decisions and purchase the right products for our home. In my experience, not all consultation brings value to a customer. This home consultation was one of the reasons we purchased the items from BestBuy. With the right consultant, it is a win-win for BestBuy and its customers.

    JOE Vanderslce is so much more than a consultant. He is extemely knowalgeable and helpful in explaining the options avaiilable to create a a high qualityu home theaterfor you at a reasonable cost. In addition, Joe is there for you from start to finish and beyond. If any issues develop, he makes sure they are handked quickly to your satisfaction. Highly rdccomend you give him a try at no expense to you.

    My husband and I purchased a new home and needed several appliances. We were referred to Norma Santos and I’m glad she helped us. Norma really knew the inventory, and was able to guide us to the best options, while staying in our budget. She was fantastic both in-store and afterwards with any questions we had. She made shopping a breeze and handled everything. We will be using her again in the future for sure.

    I've used Magnolia services before to install my network mesh and was blown away with the consistently high level of expertise, professionalism and patience I enjoy with this service. The representative asked me questions that helped to narrow down choices that were in my price range and needs. He explained the whole process and made sure I was fairly knowledgeable about what I was purchasing, but more importantly extremely satisfied,

    Demontron was knowledgeable, and extremely helpful in identifying our options for leaving cable media. very personable and a good listener. The installation was fast and the installer "Johnny" took time to show us the controls and a bit of the navigation once everything was connected and activated, After install we found that the streaming direct to the Samsung tv was not working well. Geek squad sent a tech., who had a look but did not identify the problem. We subsequently learned that the Samsung app is beta and does not work. We contacted the adviser and he confirmed our diagnosis and explained that the Firestick had been recommended for that reason. He took the time to install the firestick, activate it and review the controls. His assistance was outstanding throughout the process. We are now very happy with the equipment. We also signed on for 24 hr tech support and were pleased with the service during our problem. although one technician was not aware of the streaming issue. Recommend that your tech staff be informed and inform customers that the Samsung TV requires another device to allow streaming.

    Fast, Efficient, Friendly Service

    I requested an In-Home Adviser as I wanted to buy a new dishwasher and double in-wall oven. Although I'd made the measurements myself, I wanted to be sure and thought an expert could verify my work and possibly prevent me from ordering the wrong size in-store. Our adviser arrived on-time, measured, walked us through options, completed all of the paperwork and completed the sale in 40 minutes. What a refreshing experience. I would say that the booking system is flawed though as we were initially given an appointment 3 weeks out but were advised to call our consultant after a couple of days. Our consultant was able to fit us in on the day I called, 3 days after making the booking, so he was with us 2 and a half weeks before the reservation system allocated an appointment! I will absolutely be making use of this free service again in future.

    Toni was very helpful throughout the entire process. We needed to replace out KitchenAid OTR Microwave and wanted a new Gas Range included. We were deciding on two different models and Toni delivered the proposals promptly as promised giving us exactly what we requested. As the KitchenAid slide in range we originally chose was out of stock until earliest Sept 2021, we went with the free standing model. Toni sent us another proposal and answered all our questions so we chose to go with that one with delivery of both appliances done within a week of ordering them. Delivery was done today and the installer (Leo) did an excellent job. Thank you Best Buy and ABC Installations!

    Everyone we worked with to upgrade all systems in our home was awesome. Our primary consultant, Genesis was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The installers were all excellent and great at troubleshooting issues to get everything up and running. I would have no problem recommending Best Buy and the Geek Squad.

    Matt was recommended to us to help us select two televisions and have them installed in the house we had purchased and were having remodeled. After selecting the televisions, we changed our minds about how furniture in our living room would be situated. Matt was understanding and adjusted our order accordingly. Matt also arranged for a second Geek Squad team to finish installation of the TV in the living room after the outside installers didn't install it to our satisfaction. We are thankful that Matt was recommended.

    We were trying to decide if we could move comfortably to streaming from cable, and what would be involved. Our questions were about equipment as well as services and connectivity. Our consultation resulted in the purchase of a new TV, audio receiver, WiFi mesh system, and other necessary equipment. We're very happy with all of the information that Will provided, and apprecaited his follow-up throughout the process.

    I needed to get a new Sound Receiver for my TV, Blu-Ray and iPod. The consultant asked me questions about what I was looking for, how complicated I wanted the setup to be, what I would be the main purpose and what my budget was. The he explained the options available for me and a top line option as well as a mid line option. I was able to decide what options I wanted, purchase the equipment, and schedule the installation all in a single visit. The consultant measured all the spaces as well as provided detailed instructions for the installation crew when they arrived. It was all so much simpler and convenient than visiting the store. I can't imagine ever going back to wandering around a store again!

    We wanted to upgrade our TV and didn’t know what other components we needed. Newton, our in home consultant was very helpful. Before the visit he kept us informed regarding his arrival. He patiently answered questions, provided options, and did not pressure us to buy anything. He looked at what we had, asked us questions, and discussed what we could expect if we bought a newer TV. We gained the information we needed through his consultation to enable us to make a purchase. We are pleased with the new TV. If we need another in-home consultation, we’ll request Newton.

    Appliance Delivery

    Jacob was a lifeline for me when trying to get my appliances delivered to my new house. After 3 failed attempts, he was finally able to arrange for my washer and dryer and refrigerator all to be delivered on the same truck. The previous trucks had gotten lost due to the fact that my address does not come up in GPS yet, but Jacob was finally able to give them directions to get here. He also got a manager involved in the situation, which was a very big help.

    Over the years i have had a few different experiences with home consultation visits. Most where professional one or two were very disappointing but once I met Joshua Bloom things went very smooth. A professional demeanor and patient with an old school ROCK and ROCK DISCO era music lover. I am not up to date nor do I understand today's world of tech and language, Once Joshua explained to the point I was able to understand my music world changed I now get to listen to all my collection of personally made CD's from around the world that I have gathered during my life. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE !! Thanks JOSHUA BLOOM

    I needed help on what type of a household refrigerator might be better for the space there that is available and what may be better to choose. The Home Expert answered all my questions on an online consultation. He was very knowledgable, and his advice was helpful. I had some questions about top freezer refrigerators, if they need some clearance around them or how much, and what would be a better electrical rating, for my case, in an apartment. He told me that some refrigerators spend less energy than others. I asked him about amperage of refrigerators, and he said that 15 Amperes, or maybe 20, might be good. Someone had told me that their amperage relates directly to how many watts they use. His advice was really helpful.

    Stopped at Best Buy to purchase a large screen TV… Miguel introduced himself to us and asked what we were looking for…Miguel took the time to show us several units, was detailed in his explanation of features for each unit, had relevant insight into several of these units and was extremely helpful with our purchase. He did not push the most expensive nor the cheapest unit, rather, he steered us towards a product that best suited our viewing needs… It was a pleasure meeting him and I would not hesitate to seek him out again for our next Best Buy purchase…

    Great recommendations for upgrading receiver

    My advisor Kyle provided very good recommendations for upgrading my 10 year old Onyko surround sound system receiver to a Denon or Marantz surround system with a Sonos Connect WiFi. I chose the Marantz SR6014 9.2CH 4K receiver along with the Sonos Connect. I'm extremely happy with the enhancement of 4K upscaling to the Samsung 65" 4K TV which delivers an outstanding TV picture regardless of sports, movies, streaming, etc. The sound quality is awesome coming out of my Proficient Audio in wall surround speakers and subwoofer. Jay the Best Buy Geek installer stated that he was really impressed with the picture on the TV as well as the surround sound quality. I'm looking forward to watching the upcoming NFL playoffs and enjoying watching movies as well as music DVD's on my new system.

    We needed help on two issues. The first was to maximize the sound system regarding a new TV we purchased-a Samsung - 85" Class QN900A Series Neo QLED 8K UHD Smart Tizen TV. David Scaini came to the house and provided outstanding advice, as well as fixing some of the sound issues that had been left unfinished during the initial installation. The second issue was to consult on maximizing our outdoor sound system. Again, he provided outstanding advice and provided thorough instructions to the installers to ensure everything was connected accurately. He provided outstanding customer support.

    We were in the market for a washer and Dryer and Brandon Beers was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He answered am every question I had and got us set up with the model we were looking for. He made the entire process so easy and we've had our washer and dryer for about 2 weeks now and love it. Will definitely be working with him in the future for any big purchases.
