    The advisor came in, reviewed the space and asked us what we wanted. Would have been nice if we were given best options for our price range with the space we had.

    The expert was very informative. He took time to listen to my vision and found the perfect product to use within my budget. The product he suggested was the beginning of building my complete vision of which I will seek his guidance again.

    Our consultation helped us make the right choice

    Our 26 year old built in electric oven was totally destroyed, as the glass door shattered. Chuck came to the house, measured the space precisely, and discussed the choices. We chose the Whirlpool and are delighted with our new oven.

    I am dissatisfied since I never received the final recommendation for the equipment we discussed in my home!! I would still like to know what they came up with!

    Magic Jack not fully connected yet.

    Can make outgoing calls, but the Magic Jack system has not been fully installed where I can recieve incoming calls. So can't make a complete evaluation at this time.

    Destinee Peratos is awesome

    Love Best Buy's free home consultations. Destinee Peratos came to our home to field measure for our new cooktop. She made me feel very comfortable with my choice. Cooktop came early, installation was painless. Great job by all.

    Appliance mismanaged, arrived damaged, not on time

    The expert did not follow up with us, we had to keep contacting him, he would do what we asked with scheduling but did not follow up about the product and helping us get it set up. We felt dismissed when the first product arrived damaged and the delivery of both products was mismanaged. We felt patronized, not valued.

    Our sales advisor has been an invaluable resource to us with helping us with purchases for our new home. He has been fantastic - from expert advice on model specifications, purchasing ease and coordinating deliveries/installations.

    Equipment installed but not happy with assistance

    I had to leave before equipment installed. I called Best Buy to ask for call back that day to have explained how to use Apple TV; today two days later I went to store to complain and was told installer would call me; five hours later still no cal! I have figured out basics but I spent $1,000 and expect better service than install and then no explanations!

    nobody got back to us about price said he would send called two weeks later told desk to contact person and send pricing nothing came

    Ande was personable, knowledgeable, and friendly. He didn't push anything, but asked questions, and then answered mine in a professional manner. When asked, he made recommendations and then was able to explain himself articulately.

    Dustin came to our home the same day we contacted him, reviewed our needs and suggested a new TV and sound system. The Geek Squad showed up later, on time, efficiently installed the new system, and carefully explained how to use it.

    Tv too small, needed universal remote, surround sound expensive and not great, consultant not available after sale, geek squad appointment times inconvenient.

    Peter Leon stopped by after several prompts to inspect two Samsung TV which need replaced. Very good meeting where I thought we had a positive path forward but have not heard back for more than 2-3 weeks. On prior occasions had scheduled service on problem with Sonos system which was resolved after 2 separate service calls since first call was with a technician unfamiliar with Sonos products.

    Chris installed our Epson Perfection V600 Photo Scanner; demonstrated how to use said scanner and most importantly, answered numerous questions, pertaining to the scanners usage for photos, slides and negatives. Superior service.

    Installations were stress free as the technician were knowledgeable and helpful. They were very friendly and patient with me. They were all very considerate as they made sure that was kitchen was clean after the installation as.
