    I needed help with hooking my locks up to my nest system. These guys, especially Michaeljuan, were first rate and fast. They fixed my entire system and even made things I already had work even better.

    Not Impressed!! Lost touch for Closing the deal

    Estimate was confirmed and the salesman gave an estimate, then lost touch after to continue with the work.

    Disappointing Experience

    I was looking forward to this in-home consult, after the Best Buy store tech suggested it, indicating that they would be able to evaluate my needs and provide solutions. But, that didn't happen. Instead, after scheduling an appt. two weeks out, I received email confirmation from tech #1. Later, I got a 2nd email from tech #2 indicating a change had been made. Later, I was called by tech #1, who seemed totally bewildered. She referred me to tech #2, who called me because tech #1 said I had some questions. Apparently, they had no interest in coming to my house. Total disappointment and waste of time, especially because I was hoping to finally get some good advice about best products for my situation.

    excellent service! great, awesome, wonderful.... not sure why I HAVE to insert minimum 50 characters & can not move past this screen unless I type 50 characters or more?! hence.. all the adjectives!

    Had an excellent experience with Eli Pujol. He worked so seamlessly with me to make sure I got all my appliances on my time frame. I would recommend Eli to work with anyone I know. He’s the best.

    The worst part of my using Best Buy

    After the man left I thought WOW! What a great service they have. But then I waited to hear from him & didnt. Then I was afraid the sale would end. Finally my salesman said these were his recommendations which were exactly the same 3 that I had already said I was interested in. The only difference was I had come in with what I had measured myself & picked out the ones I knew would fit. Now they had his measurements so we chose off of those. My refrigerator was delivered that before they even put the doors on I said Wait that’s crazy big. It’s 1/2 way into the middle of the kitchen. It was so obvious that the installer measured my refrigerator when he took it out because he didn’t think this was even going to fit before I said a word to him. That’s how obviously wrong this size is for my kitchen. Same problem with microwave. For 2 weeks I lived with my old microwave & my new one in my living room because he never looked above it to see that the new one would need wood above where the old one never did. It was DEFINITELY THE WORST thing of my whole experience at Best Buy & would never use it again even if it is free it cost me plenty.

    Worst experience of a lifetime

    We needed full help with video and audio in front room of house. The representative came as scheduled and was pleasant. Was promised an estimate by email and never received. I called the next day to find out the person was now on vacation for a week. Two weeks later still no email. I went to the store and the representative apologized, but insisted he had tried to send the email. He then sent it in store and it came right through. Unfortunately he said because of the time they no longer carried the receiver he had placed in the estimate and stated they didn’t have anything comparable. For the inconvenience of that and the delay in receiving the estimate he offered to take a minimal amount off another product. He then said he would email with the new estimate. I never received it, and never bothered to go back to the store. Long time Best Buy customer, but will never have them come for home installation again. Will stick with private companies that actually care about my time and orders.

    Professional but needs more training

    She was professional and courteous, but her measurements were off. The tech came to my house and measured my built-in cabinet for a double oven. The tech measurements were off and I had to return the wall oven I ordered.

    What happened to my consultant?

    I had one phone consultation with Kelly that, I thought, went very well. She sent me a proposal, but I had add’l questions. Sent several messages & left several voicemails, but cannot get any response whatsoever. Very disappointed.

    The Tech's summary was thorough but offered no discount for the size and expense of the total system which was valued at over $10,000

    The consultant helped figure out my sound problem and helped me choose the proper amplifier. He helped me order and in a few days I had the right system. All with a minimum investment of my time

    Was a waste of time tbh. Always had a great experience working with in store associates but didnt have same experience with consult. Price match was only good part.

    Adam spent approx 2to 3 hours reviewing what I wanted for the house. Then called and txt and emailed to get me to pay. When the service people arrived there were NO NOTES, they had no idea what they were supposed to do. When I explained and they made calls, they realized Adam was wrong and that it would not work with the receiver Adam ordered. They had to order completely different amps, then I had to return all the wrong parts myself... then issues with this instalatation and a carera installation... Adam wasnt answering his phone or txt and then basically told me to call amd figure it out myself... 4 screwed up attempts by Best Buy to get the camera up and the sound fixed. An incredibly stupid short optics cable leaving 6 inces out of wall!! Then finding out that was all wrong from the group that came the second time (they got it all straightened out and thanks to them!!!) Adam was useless, take the money and run. He is NOT to be in my home again nor will the rest of his plan even be considered. I would want either a different company or different Agent to come and design the theater room as there is no way I am going through that mess again.

    Ted Croy was awesome to work with. He was very responsive, helpful, offered great ideas, and explained trade offs between options well. The installation team was quick and kept the space clean.

    Geek consultant visited my apartment and picked out the TV for my wall (using an existing wall mount) and talked me into getting a sound bar ($300, plus bracket to attach to TV). Ok. But guess what? The sound bar and/or bracket is incompatible with the TV. It’s sitting on the floor, waiting for someone to finish the job (whether that’s a new bracket, sound bar or both I don’t know - I assumed these Geeks guys would know what would work). This was 2 weeks ago. I call the consultant 4x since then and no response. Am now on hold with Best Buy’s national office (phone call to the local store bounced there b/c no one answering). Cannot believe the ineptitude - and, worse, who treats paying customers (I spent $1,200 for this) this way? What an incredible disappointment.

    The experience is worth it because it's free. Even if, it was terrible it's still free. You can't beat that.

    The consultant didn’t seem to listen to me as I explained our needs and wants. The focus seemed to be on what he wanted us to have more than what we wanted/needed.

    Many of the products recommended were over priced and not needed for what I was asking for. I ended up getting more help in store and finding better deals and more useful information for products on Amazon or from sales on alternative products from bestbuy website. I felt that many of the service costs were over priced and the consultant didnt appear to be that invested in what I wanted overall.

    Best Buy is my go to store since the purchase of our refrigerator, from the in-store staff to our own personal tech Thomas Monaco. He was absolutely the best, with his diligence and follow-up
