Very disappointing customer service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased 5 appliances from Dave and 3 of them were not acceptable. It was purchased during construction and specs were provided at time of purchase. There was no follow up measurement when cabinets were installed. When I tried to work with Dave to find resolution, he told me he was too busy to help me at that time. He also indicated there was not a solution to my washer/dryer issue ( reversible door swing needed)which wasn’t true. As far as the wall oven not fitting, I had to solve myself by cutting cabinet to proper dimension. I am disappointed in Dave’s post purchase service and the lack of support when the issues occurred. I felt he didn’t care. In choosing to find a new tech, Killian has been amazing, caring and very willing to find resolve.

Paid too much for items

Unprofessional Customer Service

The gentlemen who installed the equipment were great, but more than a month after installation, the refund for unneeded products still has not been issued, and "I moved to a different position" is an unacceptable excuse!

Amazing Customer Service

New refrigerator......excellent service

Consultation was a waste of my time
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.He didn't take correct measurements of the area where my tv and soundbar would be mounted on the wall, thus selling me a 65" when in fact only a 55" would fit. This caused the installers to have to go back and exchange for a smaller tv, which delayed installation, making the appointment much longer than should have been if the consultant had done his job correctly. It was very disappointing since I was looking forward to having a 65". When I called him to tell him that the 65" would not fit, he said he took the correct measurements and that it would fit. He was very flip and did not own up to his error which I find very unprofessional. I would not recommend him to any friends or family.

Shop around if home consultation needed.

After being transferred to many Best Buy departments I was finally able to speak to someone who helped me order the microwave and trim, and schedule delivery.

In Home Consultation - Be Cautious
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Consultation offer was great, but tech wanted to push a particular product for significantly more and didn't want to entertain the concern over price or present other options. Went to store with techs suggestion and they presented other options as well as more reasonable ones. I definitely recommend an in home consultation, but just be cautious. May have just been a bad experience with the tech sent to us.

Still mesh network issues

The eero network still does not perform, not even to minimum standards. My TV frequently doesn't work due to connection, my phone on wifi still has poor connectivity, and the eero app shows devices connected to nodes that don't make sense. I asked for the consultation to optimize the eero setup and it clearly isn't optimized. This is not a ISP issue, it's how it's set up.

good stove at reasonable price.

The installation was on time and the installers were very helpful. The stove looks great and works very well. The elements heat up quicker than our previous stove. The stove is very easy to operate.

Poor Consultation on Frame TV

Our primary questions at the 2nd visit when we purchased were about the one connect cord, size of the one connect box and running the chord in wall to our cabinet. The rep advised the Tech squad would be able to run the chord if we had everything ready, i.e., tech tube. He also mentioned another service that was more expensive but could do the work drilling through the wall and running the chord to our cabinet area. The rep never told us the wire was not in wall rated neither did the rep show us the chord so we could understand the size of openings needed to run the chord through the wall. This resulted in wasted time with the geek squad members who were great by the way.

Very Disappointed

I initially contacted Best Buy to have an In-Home Theater Consultation. I was looking forward to getting guidance on buying a new OLED TV and receiver that met my budget and have them installed. The Home Depot Consultant called me the day of the Consultation and said he was sending someone else because he was detained south of my area. The person he sent was from the “Magnolia” department. He was unprepared, unprofessional and was no help at all. He didn’t have any materials, product information, nor an order form. He couldn’t answer the questions I had regarding the TV or a receiver that would support today’s technology.. He tried to sell me 2 new speakers and a very high end receiver, even though I already had a good set of surround sound speakers. His general responses were “I’m not sure” or “I don’t know.” The second Best Buy survey I completed on this matter asked if It would be ok if a Best Buy representative could call me. I checked “Yes,” and gave them my phone number. I still haven’t heard from them......

Great service, knowledgeable help

We've had 5 different people come to our house and each one has been extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Plus any issues we had they were easily able to fix for us. Highly recommend !
