Dissatisfied
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best Buy sent a consultant to my home to measure and recommend a refrigerator. We needed a french door and also wanted a mini fridge. He measured both areas and told us both of these refrigerators would fit perfectly. When they were delivered, the french door stuck way out and i couldn't open my cabinets above. The mini fridge was about 2 inches wider than the space it had to fit in. I called the consultant and texted twice. He never responded. I'm very dissatisfied with my experience.

Won't buy from best buy again.

We had problems with our first samsung french door fridge blowing circuot breaker constantly. Was impossible to contact best buy by phone. We had to go to the store to get something done. They exchanged the fridge over 2 WEEKS LATER. This one has a problem making sufficient ice. I have called the number given to me by the sales person and no luck getting something done.

A real mess.

The Ring Doorbell Pro was not compatible with my digital doorbell AND it was not compatible with the Level Lock for my front door. The installers stated they could not install the sprinkler controller. They broke my front door hardware trying to install the Level Lock. They broke my doorbell or chime trying to install the Ring doorbell. They drilled through my stucco to install a keypad when they already knew the Level Lock was not working. I have wasted several days and countless hours only to end up with not-much-new and my original home products now broken.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I went into Bestbuy specifically to set up an in home consultation for a wireless printer that wasn't communicating with my desktop AND on how to set up a 2-3 monitor workstation. I explained everything I wanted in detail and an associate set up my appointment. I asked if there was a charge and was told no. I thought that was weird but didn't question it. The associate who was going to come to my home called to verify what he was coming over for and told me he doesn't do things like printer fixes or computer networking. Said it would be done by geek squad and would come with a charge and then asked if I had any TV or sound system setups I needed help or advice with. I said no and he then canceled my appointment that I waited two weeks for and took the day off for. The ticket for his service even laid out what I wanted and he said they set me up wrong. No "I'm sorry here's something for your trouble" or anything. Was terribly upset and I won't even attempt this service ever again.

Suggestions were driven to high end solutions

Probably better to do a phone call description of needs first and then have a consultant out to the home with an installation team to get a more accurate understanding of optons across the implementation and pricing spectrum.

Nice looking TVs

Good advice, but poor installation experience.

Feel that the two delivery men were not adequately trained for the job and had to call in for support. It was much more difficult then it should have been.

Expectations were not met

The first visit went well as the Consultant detailed options and products. However I felt that the Consultant lost patience with me as I was making changes based on additional research I had done. We finally got it figured out and the process was moving along rather smoothly. Until we ran into some problems. The first issue was the Blu-Ray player I bought and "stored" at Best Buy. Ultimately the player was returned and refunded. Fortunately the Blu-Ray was still available and was repurchased. However a few weeks later I received notification that the Blu-Ray was going to be returned unless I picked it up. I picked it up rather then losing the item. Finally on the day of the install, I received a call from the Consultant that there was a problem with the install. The problem was that my 75" 6Q television had been sold. I was devastated. The issue was resolved, and even though I got another model for the same price, the experience was not good.

Not a satisfied customer

But when I placed my order, it was canceled. I reached out to my consultant and he redid the order and updated my info. For some reason that order was canceled again but I was never notified. So when I called the 800 number to find out why my appliances weren’t delivered, she told me my order had been canceled. So I redid the order FOR THE THIRD TIME, and when they delivered my appliances they only had notes to install 2 of my 3 items. So I had to schedule another appointment, miss work AGAIN, due to all of these issues!

Waste of so much of my time. Need help.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was so happy to finally have home consultation and recommendation for purchasing TVs & mount for bathroom and kitchen so I did not have additional wires and cable boxes. However, TVs sold to me are not compatible with Spectrum so now I have four additional holes in my wall and they expect me to return the TVs & mounts. Now I have no TV in either room. Best Buy needs to Remove and pick up TVs. I also have a bill That needs to be credited. I have made numerous calls and I’ve also gone to Best Buy and I’m getting no results and have wasted days and hours on this project. First home consult did not know what to do so wasted another day. Second consult seemed nice and helpful but clearly sold me something that does not work in my home. I have spent so many days and hours on this and have waited for servicemen who did not show. So disgusted.

But, it only focused on one that I had happened to be looking at in the store. The info during the consultation I already knew by reading the box. The one helpful aspect was was seeing the clarity of the video through the camera the consultant actually owned.

Geek Squad TV Wall Installation
