    Seems like a nice guy but always hurried throw explanations. I am not even sure if I got what I paid for.

    Weslee did a fantastic job helping us pick out TV's, mounts, and a new wifi router system for our new home. Was great to have an expert to turn to throughout the process.

    TV Antenna solution may not be good for you

    Could not find a suitable position in the living room for the antenna to pick up all the local channel stations.

    In-home consultation was scheduled mid-May this year. The initial process was easy to schedule and the consultant arrived on-time according to the scheduled time. We spent about 40 minutes discussing all the possible solutions to the different needs that we had and also discussed about the final budget to be approximately $1500 to start. I don't know if it was the budget being too low that disappointed the consultant; although he did not mention anything at the meeting, he did not follow up with ANY proposal either following the visit. Yes, indeed I learned about some options of what we could've done, and it would've been nice to see a proposal from BestBuy In-home Consultation program, but because of the lack of response, I ended up purchasing parts and items from various stores including Best-buy.

    I recently had a home theatre setup and I was very impressed with my service from start to finish. Everyone I interacted with were very friendly and knowledgeable. All of my questions were answered and when it came time to install everything they arrived in a timely fashion.

    I did alot of research on the TV I wanted to purchase. When I came in to make the purchase the expert (Doug) was in support of the decision and raved about the TV as well.

    Sameer was very very helpful, helped me decide what was best for my new house appliances and tech to have at my new house. If I could I would definitely give him 20 stars!

    Great TV and Sound Bar

    Consultant offered great suggestions for type/size of TV and TV sound bar for our family room. We purchased his suggestions: a LG TV 65" OLED and LG Sound Bar 2.1-Chanel Hi-Res and really like them! He also gave us good suggestions for mounting a smaller TV in our kitchen.

    Customer service on 800 number geek squad is TERRI

    I called the 800 number for Best Buy geek squad and could not understand anything yhe 2 representatives I spoke with were saying…no help at all!!

    We purchased LG tv that needed to be mounted on the wall. The two home expert installers were knowledgeable and did a great job. Second time we used the same gentlemen.

    Wrong brackets were ordered for surround sound speakers. Had to build a custom holding unit because speakers were not designed for my needs. Was not told of first date for walk-through before installation. Installation still is not complete it’s been a month. Need to take another day off to have installation completed. Communication sucks design knowledge sucks

    Great conceept, poor execution

    I am 92 years old and confined to home. I wanted a DVD & CD player plus a sound bar connected to my tv, After two months of inaccurate orders. and unreturned calls and mails I finally had the components installed. Unless you are homebound go to the store.

    Measured microwave trim kit inaccurately. Then didn't know how to resolve this issue. No return calls back for 2 days. I had to call the store team to get the advisor to return my call. The Product Manager has to help the advisor resolve this issue. No resolution, yet.

    Worst Retail Experience Ever

    Our 'In-Home Consultant' mis-measured our existing wires, tried to overbill us for 4 components when we only needed two, initially arranged for a series of piecemeal shipments instead of one delivery, sent us a proposal that included setting up a Sonos system in our bathroom (most definitely did not ask for that), agreed to reduce a price for the TV because it was reduced at the store, but then tried to recapture the reduction by overbilling us for other components, told the installer on the phone to splice our wires when it was learned that he mis-measured our wires, and told the installer not to tell us that what he recommended (fortunately the installer did tell us, and said we should not use spliced wires) and cancelled our delivery the night before it was to occur (luckily, the installer checked with the store directly and made the delivery. This truly was the worst retail experience I have ever had. Would never, ever use Best Buy's In-Home Consultants again. If 'zero stars' was an option, I'd use that.

    Consultant not representing Best Buy

    The Consultant whom came to my house to measure and determine if the dryer I want would fit (which it did), was not very professional and not Best Buy friendly, I was so disappointed in him. He was more concerned with get me as a at home customer. I always shop at the Riverdale Utah location and I always will. This person will NEVER set foot in my home again.

    Dillion was very helpful. We walked the property together and discussed various options that fit my need. As a result I made a great outdoor entertainment purchase.
