    The tech did a great job and also spent time getting me familiar with how to get the most out of the sound bar with the app. Etc. Very knowledgeable and efficient.

    The guys came to install my new 65” TV and sound system and were on time, very professional, and did a great job putting things together in a streamlined/clean way! They set up all my online services and made it so simple for me to plug and play! Excellent service!

    What a disaster.

    We purchased a TV and receiver in early November, as well as installation by the Geek Squad at Best Buy. We have had trouble since the very beginning with operation of the units. I have sent multiple texts and emails to try and get a tech to come out and make the necessary repairs/adjustments with little or no response. We also were told they would come out and install a universal remote, which never happened. At this point the project manager won't return my messages.

    I thought this guy was going to do the right thing, but after he made the sale he just disappeared without following through with what he said he would do and he won't return my phone calls. Typical sales guy. Make the sale and run. Not at all happy.

    Taylor was great until the day of installation. My whole order was rescheduled without bothering to tell me. The time and money that I lost, the mounting frustration with each conversation pinnacled with a too little too late apology and promise for a free year of total tech from team leader Kiki . She talked and talked and I didn’t get the membership. Best Buy failed Taylor, who would have had many referrals and 5 stars; and they failed me at every turn. I will never order anything from them again. At this point , I should bill them.

    I received very good advice to upgrade my TV to an LG 65" set and upgrade my Sonos home theater sound system. Installation was flawless and just what I wanted.
