    Matt was recommended to us to help us select two televisions and have them installed in the house we had purchased and were having remodeled. After selecting the televisions, we changed our minds about how furniture in our living room would be situated. Matt was understanding and adjusted our order accordingly. Matt also arranged for a second Geek Squad team to finish installation of the TV in the living room after the outside installers didn't install it to our satisfaction. We are thankful that Matt was recommended.

    TV Mount Installation

    We are very disappointed on how everything went after the home consultation. Some of the product needed for the installation was canceled and then sent to the wrong store for an installer to pick up. The first installer did not have an accurate address, did not clean up very well & did not have anything to vacuum up the drywall dust after drilling. So it was left behind for us to clean up. It was hard to see the drywall dust on our lightly colored carpet in a picture so I did not include one. A picture is included on what was left on the mount. The first installer was about to leave and decided to come back upstairs to take a picture. On his way downstairs after the picture we realized he had his shoes on without any shoe covers. It is very hard to believe our little job would get messed up and it would take two visits to complete. We replied to a follow-up email received from the home consultation representative & included the store and no reply or phone call was received.

    The tech was able to not only resolve the issue I was having with Zone 2 of my system but showed me a much easier way to utilize the area. He also gave a couple other useful tidbits that will be helpful in the future. Great service and very professional.

    Breanna Bass, She was extremely courteous, polite, and professional! Someone who really seemed to know a lot about a lot. She was able to answer all of my questions and concerns without hesitation an with confidence. I took her professional advice and I couldn't been happier with the decision. The TV I chose for my front living room is the perfect size and the quality is outstanding. Neither would have occurred without her professional advice. I would have gotten a TV much too big and nowhere near the high quality. Super excited about this purchase and the outcome. Thank you so much for your time, great work ethic, and professional advice Breanna Bass.

    We wanted to upgrade our TV and didn’t know what other components we needed. Newton, our in home consultant was very helpful. Before the visit he kept us informed regarding his arrival. He patiently answered questions, provided options, and did not pressure us to buy anything. He looked at what we had, asked us questions, and discussed what we could expect if we bought a newer TV. We gained the information we needed through his consultation to enable us to make a purchase. We are pleased with the new TV. If we need another in-home consultation, we’ll request Newton.

    Miguel is the Man!

    Stopped at Best Buy to purchase a large screen TV… Miguel introduced himself to us and asked what we were looking for…Miguel took the time to show us several units, was detailed in his explanation of features for each unit, had relevant insight into several of these units and was extremely helpful with our purchase. He did not push the most expensive nor the cheapest unit, rather, he steered us towards a product that best suited our viewing needs… It was a pleasure meeting him and I would not hesitate to seek him out again for our next Best Buy purchase…

    Trainee disappointment

    First of all my installer was great,but he is a trainer for possible future techs which takes longer than if he just did it himself. In total , I believe there were 4 different trainees that didn't have a lick of potetial that I could see. Way to much time was wasted trying to train instead of install. Everytime I added something I would have to wait another 2 weeks. The last time he came he never finished. After calling the salesman he said he would set up a date for the same installer to finish, but after 2 weeks passed I still did not have a call back. I called the store & miraculously the salesman called back. He personally came out & did some trouble shooting & solved some problems , but never set a date for the tech to come back outto finish. I then called him again & did not receive a call back until after I called the store for 3 days.I was able to speak with a manager the first day I called & then the salesman called again. I did not want to deal with him anymore after not getting the results I wanted. Another few days went by & the manager never called back. So , he had another manager call me back & set a date for 3 weeks later. It is just a few simple things. You would think that after you spend $40, 000 that you would be able to get a tech from the geek squad out here a little sooner. I realize that I made some changes & numerous upgrades over the course of the whole process,but I just want this whole thing to be finalized & all I can do is wait. If your going to use best buy your best bet would be to tell your salesman that you only want a full time geek squad tech without the trainee,because it takes much longer.

    We came into Best Buy with a TV in mind, and turned out that another TV was a better fit. Coming into the store and seeing the TV for yourself is vital. Talking to a consultant even more so, for they're there to answer any questions you have. My only complaint would have to be the delivery time. They gave you a large window (7am - 7pm) and don't give you an exact hour until the day before. Changing it is a royal pain. I wish Best Buy would allow you to choose a smaller time frame for your deliveries.

    Ismael was very helpful and efficient with my order. I ended up having to exchange the soundbar and called the online help. After being transferred a few times I was referred back to the store. Unfortunately, Ismael was gone but a tech reached out to him and he called me back within 30 mins. This was on SuperBowl Sunday so Ismael is definitely dedicated to customer service. He switched out my soundbar order in a few minutes. Thank you! Andrew and his teammate installed our TV. They were quick and did a great job.

    They all was very helpful , wonderful, professional honest and very friendly. The gentleman who help me done a very great job in finding me a wonderful 65 inch tv and the device for the tv to be placed on my patio wall. And the two gentleman came out and place in on the wall and explained to me how to work the tv and how to loosen and tighten up the device that hold the tv in place. It was a great experience and I would tell many friends and family members to used them if they wanted to get a tv outside

    The In Home Consultation program is so perfect for us. It gives the consultant the opportunity to see the setup in our home and make recommendations. So much easier than trying to explain something to an Associate in the store. There were 3 items we discussed at our consultation: WiFi improvements; Ring doorbell & camera; new laptop. We purchased all the recommended items, with the latest purchase being the laptop. The Consultant met me in the store and paired me with an Associate, and between them, I feel very confident with my laptop purchase. They spent considerable time explaining the options available and kept my budget in mind. We purchased the Total Tech Support program at the same time as the laptop. This program should pay for itself and makes me feel like someone is always available to “hold my hand” as I encounter any technology issues. Thank you, Best Buy, for offering these services!

    I needed all new appliances for my kitchen. After checking the website, I went in to the store to ask a few questions and place the order. They were able to assist me exploring all options and answer questions. The shipping date was scheduled at the time of purchase and arrived on time. Everything was quick, easy, transparent, and correct. Products are undamaged all work well.

    A+!!! It was awesome working with Zach in Consultant-sales and Kyle from Geek Sq., nicely installing the Receiver and knowledge with the new earc/arc/CEC 4K equipment new to me. Zach was very knowledgeable on the receiver I purchased to build me a nice system. Also, the cool SONOS system too:) . Love re-watching movies in 4K! I'm happy to be a Totaltech member and working with the great team at Best Buy !!!

    Over the years i have had a few different experiences with home consultation visits. Most where professional one or two were very disappointing but once I met Joshua Bloom things went very smooth. A professional demeanor and patient with an old school ROCK and ROCK DISCO era music lover. I am not up to date nor do I understand today's world of tech and language, Once Joshua explained to the point I was able to understand my music world changed I now get to listen to all my collection of personally made CD's from around the world that I have gathered during my life. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE !! Thanks JOSHUA BLOOM

    Gerald - sales rep goes to any length in helping!

    Gerald is an asset to BestBuy. From the beginning this helping tendency was something that I haven't noticed in any other sales rep. When I got stuck in the buying process, he even visited our home and went through the order and set it right. Though the installation team messed up few times, Gerald was kind enough to guide me and get things right. I was even able to call on his personal mobile - something I haven't heard of!!

    Russ designed our in-home theater and whole house audio system and we love it. We has a deep understanding of what equipment will in different applications. More importantly with Russ leading your Best Buy team installs are convenient and exchanges or upgrades are hassel free and if there is an issue he is there to help - well after the sale. I highly recommend Russ Mcneish for any type of A/V project you have in mind.

    We would highly recommend a Best Buy in-home consultation with Hannah. She is very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. She checked out our current system and helped us upgrade to the A8F Sony 65” OLED Smart 4K TV with a Sony 4K HD Blu-Ray player while moving our existing equipment to another room based on her advice. After her visit, we made the decision to move quickly and she had everything ready for us the same day. During her in-home visit, she also asked how our appliances were doing. They were fine and then a couple weeks later our dishwasher stopped working. :-( We called Hannah who met us in the store to discuss our options. We purchased our new Bosch dishwasher through her too. We love it! In the future, we hope to continue to work with Hannah on other upgrades and purchases based on the wonderful experiences we have had working with her so far.
