Ismael was very helpful and efficient with my order. I ended up having to exchange the soundbar and called the online help. After being transferred a few times I was referred back to the store. Unfortunately, Ismael was gone but a tech reached out to him and he called me back within 30 mins. This was on SuperBowl Sunday so Ismael is definitely dedicated to customer service. He switched out my soundbar order in a few minutes. Thank you! Andrew and his teammate installed our TV. They were quick and did a great job.

Jay and Best Buy were great, responsive & very helpful. Their 3rd party installers who were supposed to measure and modify our cabinet for our new oven, were not. They didn't measure the actual oven that they had delivered and when I asked them if they would do the modification, they said NO. They left the new oven in the garage and the old oven in place in the kitchen and left. Jay with Best Buy arranged for an electrician to do the modification, if needed, and the install, he was GREAT! If the first installers would have taken the time to actually measure the new oven, (actual measurement was different from the specs), they would have determined the cabinet didn't even need to be modified and could have slid it right into place. We had to pay extra for the electrician to install it, but Jay made it right.

We came into Best Buy with a TV in mind, and turned out that another TV was a better fit. Coming into the store and seeing the TV for yourself is vital. Talking to a consultant even more so, for they're there to answer any questions you have. My only complaint would have to be the delivery time. They gave you a large window (7am - 7pm) and don't give you an exact hour until the day before. Changing it is a royal pain. I wish Best Buy would allow you to choose a smaller time frame for your deliveries.

First, Richard helped us with WiFi issues at our home. He recommended a mesh router and explained all the different problems we could be having and several solutions. He even came back afterwards to check on the installation and to advise us on a smart TV. Where can you find that kind of service?? And from a true professional!! We then purchased the recommended TV nd had it installed. Again Richard came, checked on the installation and patiently walked us through how to use this type tV and its remote. Love him, Trust him, and would hire him in a second from Best Buy if I wasn't retired!!!

Our new receiver install connected the speakers in our media room and the two zone amp to the other rooms in the house and patio. Bluetooth on the receiver was a great addition to our old amp. Playing music off our iPad or iPhone is much easier. We also caught a great sale price on the Denon receiver. Having the Tech Service with our other purchases made this install perfect. Thanks to Bryan and Vincent for a great experience.

They all was very helpful , wonderful, professional honest and very friendly. The gentleman who help me done a very great job in finding me a wonderful 65 inch tv and the device for the tv to be placed on my patio wall. And the two gentleman came out and place in on the wall and explained to me how to work the tv and how to loosen and tighten up the device that hold the tv in place. It was a great experience and I would tell many friends and family members to used them if they wanted to get a tv outside

A+!!! It was awesome working with Zach in Consultant-sales and Kyle from Geek Sq., nicely installing the Receiver and knowledge with the new earc/arc/CEC 4K equipment new to me. Zach was very knowledgeable on the receiver I purchased to build me a nice system. Also, the cool SONOS system too:) . Love re-watching movies in 4K! I'm happy to be a Totaltech member and working with the great team at Best Buy !!!

Tech was on time, little hiccup at the beginning, but Jeff miraculously appeared, and things went great from then on.

Chris was very helpful and advised me, upon request, of the best products that support and enhance my view/listening quality. Chris was very professional and he listened to the goal that I wanted to achieve. All this happenend over the phone and text messages. What a awesome experience. I have recommended Chris to all of my family and friends and hope that they take advantage of his superb customer service.

I have an Apple time capsule wireless router and it has been uneven in terms of coverage in my house despite purchasing several range extenders. The consult focused on identifying areas of signal drop-off and limitations of adding range extenders with my type of wireless router. We discussed the limits of my current type of wireless router and discussion of new technology that addresses my particular problem most effectively. The consultant offered alternative approaches to rectify the problem such as MESH systems, and an offer to assist with set-up of a new MESH router and trouble-shooting how to place range extender units to assure more complete coverage throughout my home. The rep was well informed, explained the problems and solutions clearly, and offered to assist me through the process. This consult was just what I needed.

My in-home consultant was excellent, but achieving a result was hampered by limitations of the equipment from Sony and the URC remote control. It took four installation visits and about five weeks to achieve a stable operating system with a simple set up. The length of time was in part affected by vacations and illnesses of personnel. it was very frustrating and disappointing.

Derrick has assisted me with many items now. I like I have one person to go to each time I have questions. He is getting to know me, has come to my home to evaluate what I have so when I ask about purchases he knows if it will work or I have to change something at home. I appreciate no surprise costs to make something work. If he doesn’t know an answer, he has always found the answer and gotten back to me. I find this way of shopping more beneficial then dealing with the new staff in the store that pretends to know more than they know. Usually I go to the store, for the hands in experience, ask questions, then leave to think things over and contact Derrick with my final questions or questions I did not feel the store staff answered well.

I had pleasure of working with Justin on our audio/video system for our basement finishing project. I couldn't be more impressed with his level of expertise and professionalism. I was on the hunt for an 'excellent – certified' out-of-box TV and learned that one was available at the San Rafael store. On arrival at the store, Brandon Florez was at hand to help locate the TV and check it's contents and condition. More significantly, Brandon was patient and accommodating at checkout, a process I had complicated by wanting to pay for the TV with 6 different gift cards and one credit card. I was in and out of the store within 30 minutes. Thanks for the assist, mate. You're a legend!

From the very beginning of ordering to the very end, it was a personal service all the way through. Everything was explained, ordered, delivered and installed with expert detail. The crew from all the installs explained everything along the way and were quick and professional. TJ handled everything, assuring us that all would be done within a perfect time frame.

My husband and I were interesting in purchasing a larger refrigerator. We wanted to increase capacity but wanted to be careful not to get something that wouldn't fit within our space. We had a couple of options and Victor shared his review of our choices given his personal experience and feedback from other customers. He asked about our budget, listened to our preferences and promptly found us several options to choose from that would fit our needs. Our refrigerator was delivered and installed within the week and is everything that he said it would be.

Working with Matt was a pleasure. He is very knowledgeable and professional. The 2nd installers were great too. Damian did a fantastic job and even spent extra time showing me how to us my receiver and surround sound better than expected. This is our second home to have surround sound installed by Best Buy and the Geek Squad. thanks again for a great experience.

Thomas was fantastic from start to finish! It was a large, multi room job and he was able to not only simplify the process, but made sure I was getting the best deal on every component. I highly recommend him for any of your home theater/ stereo needs! Best Buy, you're lucky to have such a dedicated and passionate employee! p.s. The installers were absolutely amazing as well!

We purchased appliances and tech package (home audio and tv’s) thru Best Buy for our new construction home. Honestly, going into the process, Best Buy was almost an afterthought. Ultimately, we bought thru BB mainly because of the service we received from our Home Expert. He worked with us from deciding which products were right for us thru installation and all of the inevitable hiccups In between. I have since recommended him to other acquaintances who said they had similar great experiences.

I recently had an installation and programming of an integrated amplifier for my Home Theatre. The installer Jason and programmer Alfred were thorough and professional in all aspects, and the unit works wonderfully. I have used Best Buy Magnolia exclusively over the years, and always feel confident that my experience will be top notch. I plan to do another upgrade in the next year, and will call upon the team again when the time arises. Thanks again for the great service. Ron K
