    Phillip was awesome. Best experience we have had with a consultant. Friendly, helpful, never felt like he was pushing anything on us. Genuine, good person.

    Modernized My Home Theater/Media Room

    I needed to upgrade my audio + video in my media room. Best Buy consultant (Michael) and team were phenomenal. I’d definitely recommend him and this service.

    Josh and crew were great, they arrived on time installed my TV on the wall, hooked up sound bar and remoted speakers and made sure all was working properly.

    Home Theater Install - Audio

    It started off good with picking the items I needed for my home theater. However, the consultant didn't follow up with the install. I had issue with getting the products delivered and each time the installers showed up, they didn't seem to know what was going on. Finally, after several months of calls and delivery's, the products were installed. The guys set me up, showed me how to push a button on a remote that should start everything up, and I should be good to go. Well, the "push" the button isn't working and because they didn't spend the time to help me understand the set up, I have no idea how to fix the problem. Now I have an expensive room that isn't being used. I've called several times to have someone come out to help but no one is returning my calls. Guess its good to take the money from the customer but no one wants to follow up on their products.

    Great security system. I like that you can pull up a live feed. The only thing I don't like is that Best Buy does the install and the batteries are dead!! You have to order the replacement before the system is installed because you don't have much juice.

    Knowledagble but didn’t understand my system

    After having to chase the consultant just short of a week, I eventually had to return most of product connection material to store given my request wouldn’t work as originally proposed. Fortunately the installation tech was on the ball and knew what had to be done. He was very good. I am recommending with prejudice only because of the installation.

    I wanted to confirm that fridge we were buying wil fit. There was no follow up from the consultant regarding additional items we discussed or about the fridge. Sales person at the store was amazing. Poor customer service wil impact survival. The only reason I bought from Best Buy was because I have BB credit card.

    I can't believe after five times and for geek squad guys come over my house you still can't accomplish or suggest something for me I'm just getting frustrated about everybody coming out making the appointment and it seems like wasting everybody's time

    Are consultation madeus feel unhappy.

    I was very unhappy. When they came to do the consultation they didn't Measure my stove in refrigerator correctly and ordered me the wrong sizes, so had to return everything.

    Our in home consultation (and subsequent Geek Squad installation) was very efficient and we got exactly what we needed. The recommended products and solution for an improved in home WiFi experience (Mesh system) has been super in addition to the new TV.

    Worst experience. Changed the schedule twice and when I reached for my appointment at store, I wanted for about 45 min and left as consultant unable to with me. He said he will send the quote on that day and sent after two months. When called before the meeting he said the quote coming under 8k for indoor and above 12k for out door and we will discuss at the in-store appointment.That’s the figures we discussed when he came to visit my house. In the quote he sent to me, he sent above 12k and said it’s for Indoor. He came to my house for outdoor quote and he sent one with outdoor prices discussed and said it’s for when indoor when asked about indoor quote also. He supposed to give two quotes one for outdoor and one for outdoor. I am very disappointed with the service.

    Ordered a new clothes dryer and it was delivered and installed by work crew. They did an excellent job removing the old dryer and hooking up the new one.

    I went to the Best Buy store to look at double wall ovens to replace our GE Monogram, and the salesperson recommended that before spending time considering different models I should have a Best Buy “advisor” come to my house and measure the cabinet cutout to determine which models would fit. When the advisor, Daniel, arrived he merely looked at the model number of my oven and said he’d be able to determine the cutout dimensions based on that information alone and would e-mail me a list of oven models that would fit the space. I told him the features I wanted and emphasized that I would not consider another Monogram because ours had frequently needed repair. Two days later I received an e-mail from Daniel with his proposal — for a Monogram. The trip to the store and the in-home consultation were just a waste of my time.

    I made the appt. The consulted came and said I would receive the report the next day. Nothing happened...he dropped off the face of the earth. I tried to leave a phone message, text, and email. Finally when I contacted our local store the General Mgr called me and I explained what happened...then I received a contact.

    Was lied to.

    Can not recommend Alex Curtis as he lied to me. Stated he would make sure the shipping cost of the wire ($45) was reimbursed. Have emailed him three times and he has blown me off. The cost of the wiring job through Geek Squad was over $1,400. Little to no integrity here, hence the poor rating. People need to be held accountable for their own words. If he did this to me, it will happen again. Better to be warned than scammed
