Our consultant was able to fulfill all our needs

The picture on new TV is great!

And having William come to our home to advise us prior to our purchase was just a great service, Thanks so much for always doing things right.

He respected where we wanted to splurge and where to save. Got us great deal on mounts and gave us a great tv suggestion for our living room - the frame?

Excellent advice on second try

The second appointment went well, communication was good, recommendations were exactly what I was looking for. Although I decided not to upgrade to what he suggested, I WAS able to make some changed to my current setup.

Don’t recommend Best Buy

They deliver and hook up damage products, they promise to follow up and they don’t. I have to keep calling and emailing to get answers. 3rd party contractors say one thing and BB says another and they put me in the middle.

One thing I would suggest is do your research on product suggestions and options. I did a little research and was able to save money and design the right look for my home. Items: Smart Home, TV and Sound System
