    We need help with a system setup. I was told we would receive a quote on the material and labor after about a month—the guy who showed up a little late. We were waiting on the estimate.

    Mario did an excellent job reviewing options for adding a subwoofer. Answered all our questions. New subwoofer was excellent.

    My credit card application was rejected because Best Buy system did not work, which delayed the initial installation date of 5 Dec to 12 Dec. The installation staff made a hole on the ceiling in the wrong spot. Best Buy then messed up the delivery of one set of speakers did not arrive on that day, and the installation got delayed till after Christmas and got delayed again. Because of this, I wasted one whole day when we were hosting guests from overseas because someone has to be home when installation is in place. My account manager was not responsive at first until I told him I might be forced to speak to the management. One would expect a much better service when one pays $7k.

    seemed not interested in the job.... said I would get proposal next day... next day ... nothing.... after two voicemails... two weeks later got a email which I did not understand... got the feeling he did not care so I did not follow up.... and he did not either

    Great product, terrible consulting service

    Derek came to our house. A week later got a quote. Was never able to get in touch with him again. Numerous phone messages and emails. Nothing back. Called Best Buy in home consultation number numerous times. Waited forever. No answers from them. Said they would contact supervisor and get back to me. No one did. I bought the Sonos products eventually from the Fredericksburg store and installed myself. Sonos products themselves are wonderful. And I might add I ordered $3000 in equipment over the phone. When I picked up in Fredericksburg the guy was too lazy to even help me to the car. I am a very capable female but it was a lot of boxes and a little assistance would have been nice. Pretty poor Best Buy employees start to finish accept for the gentleman that took my phone order. He was quite professional.

    I asked my sales rep if I could get an installer to guide me on what I needed to do for a wall oven replacement; he signed me up for a Best Buy account so I could get the expert help I needed. The guy who showed up said he was really in sales, but he looked over the oven and told me what we needed to do. Turns out when the oven and installers arrived, there was much more (and different) that needed to be done, and the installation is now delayed while I arrange for the extra work removing the old oven. Really bad communication from Best Buy about what I was getting. Screwed things up royally.

    Soundbar and Sub Woofer

    Our purchase of these items fit exactly with our needs for our HD TV. So happy we have them. Enjoying the sound we now hear so much better than what was coming out of the speakers that are built into the TV.

    The representative came to the house we had great interaction ordered a lot of stuff! Then it all died, when it came time to place the order nothing happened. We had a scheduled call and nothing happened. Still would like to have the items and services. Hope that time comes.

    Needed installation of TVs & WiFi improvements. Great smiles & fluff until you commit...then it takes forever to actually get equipment and hardly ever any communication...no call backs, and lots of excuses if someone does return a call.

    We needed help with our sound system and later to buy a 77 inch oled tv. I questioned the proposal and was very specific about what I was looking for. Did not get any respond . I thing maybe what I am looking for is not possible
