Hard to get in touch with our advisor.

The trouble was hearing back from him in a reasonable amount of time. Completely unacceptable. All he did was sell me a credit card and equipment, then it was on me.

Magnolia smart home estimate

When a $20,000 estimate was above budget I was told that they would get back to me with a less expensive option. I've never heard from them since.

My consultant abandoned me!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The actual consultation was fine and even helpful; however, the consultant (Holly) did not leave me any paperwork or even her contact information so I had nothing official, just the notes that I had taken thank goodness. Then I never heard back from her, despite really wanting to buy two TVs and accessories. I twice went into the store and they emailed her to contact me. Then I got her cell number from a store clerk and left messages a few times to no avail. I just don't get it. The store clerk confirmed that she was still working there. ? Got me? I've yet to buy my TVs. I've always bought at Best Buy but I might just go elsewhere.

The professional consultant comes and measures all the needed dimensions and offers a wide array of choices. We even completed the transaction from the comfort of our home.

Disappointed in final set up

The biggest problem is I now have a sound bar sitting on top of a counsel table, when I was told it could be attached to articulate with the tv. Apparently the sound bar is too heavy for the mount. I am overall disappointed with the final look. No mounts were ordered to mount the rear speakers. I ended up having to negotiate that over the phone for in store pick up to finish mounting the next day. My expectation was for a professional solution to my in-home theater needs, but ended up with something that I feel could have installed myself. Very disappointed.

Good visit, poor communication

Could not make a purchase decision while the consultant was there, so I took his contact info and did more research. All attempts to contact the consultant failed after the visit. Was disappointed that my questions went unanswered.

Rocky consultation that went nowhere.

We Han an appointment for Friday from 2-4. My husband left work early to be here. At about 2:30 I received a message that our appointment was canceled. I called the number that was provided. About 45 minutes later the technician called and said he would come out. When he came he was very knowledgeable but everything he suggested was not in stock. He was going to do some research that evening and get back to us the next morning. Still haven’t heard from him.

He said what we needed done couldnt be done

He said that there was no reason for him to come out. So he canceled the appointment. At least he called us and talk to us about the situation.

Great initial visit and guidance; poor follow-up

Spoke the consultant about additional products where he was supposed to quote us prices. I never got a call back, called the consultant back, and have still yet to hear from him.

Need line item quote

The appointment was made in a timely manner and the consultant arrived within the time window. She surveyed our current equipment and made verbal recommendations and indicated the quote would be received within 1-3 days. We received the quote however the quote did not contain any line items, only a Miscellaneous Total. Emailed the consultant back asking for a line item quote and 7 days later, no response. I cannot make a purchase for such a significant amount of money without knowing what I am paying for.
