    As far as the technician he was great your scheduling timeframe stinks' I purchased over $3000 television expensive earphones, Sony and a Harmony remote you people came out on March 18. Earphones didn't work. The harmony was out of stock I came into your store paid for the harmony updated the earphones and you made me wait for March 18 until April 5 to come back and install those items for me. I wouldn't recommend your service to anyone and anyone I can tell how bad you stink. I will now don't get me wrong, and don't misquote me the technician was great did a super job the rest of your operation stinks

    Nemo was great for in home consultation. Carlos & his partner did a great job of installing and explaining

    Best Buy is the worst!

    When I arranged for a home consultation, the rep who met with me vanished before he could make product recommendations. When I joined Total Tech Support, bought three new air conditioners and paid for installation, the rep who was supposed to make sure there would be no installation problems never showed up. The store manager then persuaded me that such a visit was unnecessary. However, when the installers arrived, they said the installation was 'non-standard' and left without installing or making other arrangements. I immediately emailed the store manager to complain; after a week I still haven't had a response. Best Buy has proved to be incompetent and unreliable, and they have a lot to prove before I could recommend them for anything.

    The home theater consultant JR at the chesterfield Boone’s crossing store in MO, was extremely unresponsive. Unavailable because he always had something going on. I had to hound him down.he was away on training or had “family stuff” going on. He seems to be the only person there so a huge single point of failure. When we finally was able to get his attention, he showed me a $24,000 system when I had specifically asked to keep it within15K. It’s like he was not even listening. He almost made me feel guilty for not splurging as per his picks. We then asked him to send us the list so we could look it over, it’s been a week and no response from him. If this is the case before we buy, I shudder to think the lack of service after we’ve bought it.

    My basement have restrictions to set up a projector screen and UST projector. But instead of working with me to get the project done, the consultant was very offensive…he wanted sonehow prove his point that my basement is not good enough for the screen and projector. Also he was throwing just some cost numbers to make me feel not to go ahead. First said 15k then said 30 k…..for these amounts we can actually build an entire basement and not just the home theater

    Horrible service! Had a “senior rep” come out to take measurements and mismeasured, he ended up ordering the wrong size oven and we didn’t know until they removed my old one and was trying to install the new one.. and then told me they could not reinstall my old one, what they took out! They told me to contact someone to reinstall it.. ridiculous!! Then told me they wouldn’t be mad if I cancelled my whole order! (Fridge, wall oven, warmer, dishwasher, cooktop and microwave) This is the WORST place to order appliances from.

    I had problems with items not fitting

    Was really no help at all. Sales person told me I should have the representative come out and pull my old appliances out and measure. None of that was done and as a result my cooktop didn’t fit or my range hood. Waste of my time and theirs.

    The person who came had me convence to go ahead and start getting the project done but when I was trying to reach out to him email wasn’t working called him and no answer texted him and never got a response back so I went somewhere else to get it done

    Megan came and sold me a Ring system for my home. I had a few problems and tried to call her 5 TIMES AND LEFT A MESSAGE EACH TIME!!!!!. She never returned even 1 call and all I was looking for was a recommendation of who to speak with. She made the sale and then ghosted me! She should be fired or at least reprimanded for being such a poor rep for Best Buy!

    I had a consultation with a gentleman providing material for the smart home. Everything was OK until he never got back with me to buy some more items. I had to go to the store and talk to a manager about the items that he was supposed to order and never did.

    Don’t waste your time

    This was such a waste of time! We signed up for the consultation in store. He called me the day before giving me a two hour window. The two hour window had passed by ten minutes and I receive a phone call. He asks me what the consultation would be for and how he could best help. I told him that I wanted to figure out how all of my smart home products could work together and what other options are out there that I could purchase. His response was that he is in sales and that it sounds like we have everything we would want and he does not want to waste his time coming out to our house. He was extremely rude and never actually showed up! A complete waste of a Saturday afternoon waiting for him to only be treated so rudely.

    Best Buy installers

    The Bowflex VelCore bike was set up by Best Buy installers on 1/3/23 and seemed to be fine. However, after a few days of use, the bike has developed a rear wheel noise once you’ve been on the bike for 10 - 15 minutes. Very disappointing. Not sure if this issue is related to the installers or bike. We purchase Totaltech for the bike, so hopefully this can be resolved.

    The guy was knowledgeable . When he sent a proposal it had three options, high - mid - low end solution. Great so far, When you clicked on the link it only allowed you to buy all three. When I emailed and called the guy he didn’t respond (fired ?). As the proposal price offered was better than the online price I couldn’t just buy what I needed online. When i called customer service I was hung up on 3 times when being “transferred”. Spent an hour on hold only to speak with someone with poor English who said they wouldn’t honor the price. (Proposal guaranteed it for 30 days). The experienced sucked
