Very satisfied

The first was to maximize the sound system regarding a new TV we purchased-a Samsung - 85" Class QN900A Series Neo QLED 8K UHD Smart Tizen TV. David Scaini came to the house and provided outstanding advice, as well as fixing some of the sound issues that had been left unfinished during the initial installation. The second issue was to consult on maximizing our outdoor sound system. Again, he provided outstanding advice and provided thorough instructions to the installers to ensure everything was connected accurately. He provided outstanding customer support.

100% Overall Satisfaction!

We needed to replace out KitchenAid OTR Microwave and wanted a new Gas Range included. We were deciding on two different models and Toni delivered the proposals promptly as promised giving us exactly what we requested. As the KitchenAid slide in range we originally chose was out of stock until earliest Sept 2021, we went with the free standing model. Toni sent us another proposal and answered all our questions so we chose to go with that one with delivery of both appliances done within a week of ordering them. Delivery was done today and the installer (Leo) did an excellent job. Thank you Best Buy and ABC Installations!

Out-of-box TV deals is the way to go!

On arrival at the store, Brandon Florez was at hand to help locate the TV and check it's contents and condition. More significantly, Brandon was patient and accommodating at checkout, a process I had complicated by wanting to pay for the TV with 6 different gift cards and one credit card. I was in and out of the store within 30 minutes. Thanks for the assist, mate. You're a legend!

Bad to great

Our sales rep basically left us high and dry while our system was grossly under performing. I got the name of his boss, Jimmy Elevazo, and reached out to him. Jimmy literally saved our project. He advised me on the route that should have been taken in order to meet my expectations. Jimmy is fantastic. The review is a 4 because of him and would be a 5+ if he was on our project from the start. I would also like to note some of the great workers after Jimmy took over, Robert, Steven and Jacob.

Great In Home Service

To my surprise I learned Best Buy would come to my house for free to make the determination. I was able to get the 30" and was able to ask a lot of questions and get recommendations. I loved the service and my new Kitchen Aid oven.

Kiss the Store Goodbye - Say Hello to Home Comfort

The consultant asked me questions about what I was looking for, how complicated I wanted the setup to be, what I would be the main purpose and what my budget was. The he explained the options available for me and a top line option as well as a mid line option. I was able to decide what options I wanted, purchase the equipment, and schedule the installation all in a single visit. The consultant measured all the spaces as well as provided detailed instructions for the installation crew when they arrived. It was all so much simpler and convenient than visiting the store. I can't imagine ever going back to wandering around a store again!

Trust your needs with Best Buy Magnolia

The installer Jason and programmer Alfred were thorough and professional in all aspects, and the unit works wonderfully. I have used Best Buy Magnolia exclusively over the years, and always feel confident that my experience will be top notch. I plan to do another upgrade in the next year, and will call upon the team again when the time arises. Thanks again for the great service. Ron K

Purchase of LG washer/dryer

The buying process went smoothly with a knowledgeable seller representative. The washer/dryer we bought is working out very well. We had a longer wait to have the item delivered, but it was well worth the wait for the Geek Squad to set it up. They were also very knowledgeable, efficient, and personable.

The installation of the equipment went very smoothly. The technicians were very knowledgable and meticulous in their work. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with everything and would highly recommend the Best Buy Team to others!

Great experience

Honestly, going into the process, Best Buy was almost an afterthought. Ultimately, we bought thru BB mainly because of the service we received from our Home Expert. He worked with us from deciding which products were right for us thru installation and all of the inevitable hiccups In between. I have since recommended him to other acquaintances who said they had similar great experiences.

The Home Expert answered all my questions on an online consultation. He was very knowledgable, and his advice was helpful. I had some questions about top freezer refrigerators, if they need some clearance around them or how much, and what would be a better electrical rating, for my case, in an apartment. He told me that some refrigerators spend less energy than others. I asked him about amperage of refrigerators, and he said that 15 Amperes, or maybe 20, might be good. Someone had told me that their amperage relates directly to how many watts they use. His advice was really helpful.

Home adviser Demontron was excellent
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Demontron was knowledgeable, and extremely helpful in identifying our options for leaving cable media. very personable and a good listener. The installation was fast and the installer "Johnny" took time to show us the controls and a bit of the navigation once everything was connected and activated, After install we found that the streaming direct to the Samsung tv was not working well. Geek squad sent a tech., who had a look but did not identify the problem. We subsequently learned that the Samsung app is beta and does not work. We contacted the adviser and he confirmed our diagnosis and explained that the Firestick had been recommended for that reason. He took the time to install the firestick, activate it and review the controls. His assistance was outstanding throughout the process. We are now very happy with the equipment. We also signed on for 24 hr tech support and were pleased with the service during our problem. although one technician was not aware of the streaming issue. Recommend that your tech staff be informed and inform customers that the Samsung TV requires another device to allow streaming.

Great Home TV and Sound System on a Budget

Not only was Jordan knowledgeable he was also helpful and advised me on what would work best for my specific needs. The whole experience was great and I LOVE the way my new TV looks and sounds. Good installers needed!

Their 3rd party installers who were supposed to measure and modify our cabinet for our new oven, were not. They didn't measure the actual oven that they had delivered and when I asked them if they would do the modification, they said NO. They left the new oven in the garage and the old oven in place in the kitchen and left. Jay with Best Buy arranged for an electrician to do the modification, if needed, and the install, he was GREAT! If the first installers would have taken the time to actually measure the new oven, (actual measurement was different from the specs), they would have determined the cabinet didn't even need to be modified and could have slid it right into place. We had to pay extra for the electrician to install it, but Jay made it right.

Always ask for a consultation
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We were looking to add in ceiling speakers to take advantage of Dolby Atmos effects with movies, shows, games, etc and while I knew there was access above the desired room it is always best practice to have a member from geek squad to complete a consolation to ensure there are not any additional concerns or hidden cost. Fortunately for us there were none and the team was able to arrive install the in ceiling speakers and do so respectfully. Would for sure recommend this team again for future work.

Best in-home consultation

We wanted to increase capacity but wanted to be careful not to get something that wouldn't fit within our space. We had a couple of options and Victor shared his review of our choices given his personal experience and feedback from other customers. He asked about our budget, listened to our preferences and promptly found us several options to choose from that would fit our needs. Our refrigerator was delivered and installed within the week and is everything that he said it would be.

Fast, Efficient, Friendly Service

Although I'd made the measurements myself, I wanted to be sure and thought an expert could verify my work and possibly prevent me from ordering the wrong size in-store. Our adviser arrived on-time, measured, walked us through options, completed all of the paperwork and completed the sale in 40 minutes. What a refreshing experience. I would say that the booking system is flawed though as we were initially given an appointment 3 weeks out but were advised to call our consultant after a couple of days. Our consultant was able to fit us in on the day I called, 3 days after making the booking, so he was with us 2 and a half weeks before the reservation system allocated an appointment! I will absolutely be making use of this free service again in future.

Great Service, Highly Recommended

I told him what I wanted and why, he took notes and came back with a report breaking down each of my needs and the recommendation and price- analysis for each solution. He was very professional and provided guidance and recommendations based on our conversation which resulted in a better overall experience than I could have come up with on my own.
