    This was a bad experience from the beginning. I have someone come and measure the space I have they didn’t come when they said. And when the day came to order. I told them not before 10 and they called and said they were out front at 8:30. Then they said they could drop it off in my garage. I paid for installation and removal. This was horrible. And no one ever returns my calls when I had questions.

    Wrong consultant was scheduled at the store. I learned this from the consultant the day of tfe appointment via text messsge. It was a waste of a day for me.

    Kelsey was professional, experienced, listened with intent and followed up throughout the entire process. I'll never buy anything without going through him again! Good job Best Buy!

    Consultant Mike Wallace had good ideas but he never followed up our initial meeting. I had other questions but he didn’t contact me to address them. I chose to go with another company.

    Initial day of the consultation the consultant never showed up. Had to reschedule to the next day. Consultant seemed knowledgeable but when the project started a 3 day project turned into 6.

    Superb, friendly, well-mannered pair of Geeks to explain how my evolving system will fit and how to manipulate the new Sonos system to my best benefit. Installation went perfectly.

    I am highly dissatisfied. The individual came to my home, walked through, asked me what I wanted to do, then said he would call me the following Monday. No call. I called and texted the contact, with no return response. It took me an amount of 3 weeks to get in touch with someone who could find the individual and only then could they tell me that they could send someone else out to my home to discuss my wants/needs again. No thank you! When asked if getting an in-home consultation is worth it, I can say no, not if you're considering Best Buy for it!

    I can see where this service would be benefical to someone who needs help verifying sizes of appliances prior to ordering. I saved hundreds by NOT ordering through him, but by doing my own comparison shopping research and then ordering in the store.

    The Best Buy in home consultation team came to my house to identify a issue with poor WiFi signal. They were very knowledgeable and recommended a product that fixed my problem.

    It has been frustrated tryin to do this project. For the last several months different techs has been giving me different advice with different estimates, every time more expensive of course. I have been wasting so much time in appointments and returning wrong orders back to the store. At the end I canceled everything. Best Buy even send my this survey thinking that they complete the project. JA, JA, JA

    Unreliable, unprofessional, incompetent

    Over a four month period dealing with Best Buy, I have encountered a range of technicians and sales people, some very good, others very bad. As a whole, however, the experience has been extremely frustrating, especially with regard the main person assigned to my account. Not only is the sound and TV system I purchased for $4000 dollars unstable, but my attempts to request help are largely ignored. Dozens of phone calls and weeks of waiting for a response may yield a temporary solution, only to have the experience repeated all over again. If I knew then what I know now, I would not choose Best Buy.

    Shockingly poor experience. This gives the entire Best Buy brand a horrible name. The consultant was rude and only interested in our business. He made it clear that he would only assess the needs if we agreed to. It from him. We made it a point not to buy from Best buy because of his attitude.
