    Met with in Home tech. Was looking to buy TVs, hang TVs, connect computers, buy nest cameras, install and purchase smart home systems all for new home. Was given a text on the spot of this 1 Full Motion Mount $199 40 or 50 inch TV - $649 1 Tilt Mount - $99 1 Eero Pro Router -$499 1 Doorbell Cam -$249 Lutron Smart Switch 2 - $350 Hue Ambient - $ $200 / 23 per bulb 2 Ring Flood Camera - $500 36x77 inches for wash dryer bay Wall 29" depth NEXT STEP: Conference Call Monday, July 16 7pm Really. No model numbers, no product information, no options. And to boot never called me. Thanks for wasting my time.

    My in home consultation was extraordinary. Erin was professional and so easy to work with. Because of him I have continued to purchase items from Best Buy

    The new Microwave is very good. The install service as excellent. The Microwave we purchased is awesome. Very quite but has excellent heating capability.

    Washer and Dryer were scratched

    The people that dropped off our washer and dryer scratched both when they put them in Laundry room.

    We purchased products we didn’t need (bracket) that cannot be returned upon the advice of the Sales Geek Squad representative. The techs were pleasant and helpful but the Soundbar offline within minutes of their departure. Now two weeks out with no help from Best Buy, awaiting second appt (first request and appt shelved because they sent the wrong g type of tech). Currently on call > 30 min to have scripts read back to me

    This was the second rep assigned. No results. Sold useless surge protestor, inferior to the one I had, made promises that receiver would be installed, changed date next day to months later to day after Christmas. Never returned calls, have never heard from him, I cancelled the service and returned worthless product.

    Your web site and support have been awful. We have a large TV pickup/haul away that continues to get cancelled and we cannot reach anyone to find our how to get it done. Tried to reschedule the pickup yesterday that was supposed to be done on April 19th and instead of rescheduling the pickup, it reschedule the remote setup that also still needs to be done. I am totally frustrated and need someone to help set this up and get our large job done!!

    This has been the worst experience of our lives. We still are not finished and it has been going on for over 2 months. We spent A LOT of money and it was a huge mistake. The wrong equipment installed: but the installers caught it after I asked them to check when they got back and there was a mistake. The SONY products they sold us are the worst. This was purchased through their Magnolia custom part of the store. I am asking for a refund on everything. Complete waste of time and money. Never again.

    Came out for consultation and never heard back

    We went to Best Buy and scheduled a in home consultation for a home security system and smart thermostats. The technician came out and spent a good hour with us giving us his suggestions and we were told he would go back and figure out the price of different systems that he thought would work well for us. He told us he would email us back in a couple of days. Never heard from them. This was way before the Covid 19 quarantine. We feel a little uneasy after showing someone through our whole house doors and windows that could have been vulnerable.
