Really disappointed

Was told there would be a think clear cable if the cable couldn’t be buried in the wall. Instead there is ridiculous plastic tubing running along our mantle, which now looks like it belongs in a college apartment. Also the people who came out to do the consult were to even there when the work was done. Just a poor experience overall and very disappointed with how it turned out. Hired Best Buy so it wouldn’t look like I did it myself. And it does.

Our advisor was unable to visit our home

Lousy service.

The second one gave me a proposal, in which I agreed to and then he got lauded off. The rest were not familiar with security Cammeras. I took off six days from my work for nothing. Just wasted time. I wouldn’t buy anything from you guys anymore.

Pleasant experience, but absolutely useless

He was very friendly, we had a nice visit, we chatted for at least 45 minutes. Then he said he would have a proposal to me within an hour or so. I never heard from him again. I had his card, but I figured if he was that unreliable, I was not going to chase after him.

THIS THE WORST EXPERIENCE !!

So I have not been able to watch TV at all. Also , the clicker isn't working well to move around to choose what you want to watch .I tried to call today and could not get anyone on the phone . I am going to the Best Buy store in person.

Poor poor customer service

He never came back to finish the job three weeks later somebody else contacted me. They asked if I was still interested and I said yes that the first guy never showed up and he disappeared too so I’ll be going elsewhere. On top of that I went to your store to get a closet installed another bad experience

In Home Consultation

The consultant barely looked at the system I had, simply asked me what needed to be fixed or replaced. After this I was told he would email me a quote on the cost of the items and the labor involved. I never received an email so I went to the store, ended up buying everything there and set a date for the installers to come to my house. The installers were fantastic!! I highly recommend skipping the in home consultation and just going straight to the store. In the long run it cost less and was less of a hassle.

Never again

Lack of communication between sales and delivery company regarding the fact that the refrigerator was going to a second floor. I even called before to make sure it was in the notes. After 3 unsuccessful deliveries went somewhere else and within 3 days had the refrigerator installed.

COVID19

I wish I could get a response

Very disappointing experience

I told him we would disconnect the living room and use only 2 zones, family room and outdoor patio. He sent a plan for 3 zones with extra equipment for getting it to work. I sent it back, eliminating equipment required for extra zone and asked if he concurred. Never heard from him again, tried e-mail and text to no avail. I can only assume he didn't like to be corrected or thought the smaller job was not worth his time. In any case it was a waste of time, I will use a different company to do the installation.

We tried it for a few days and then emailed him our feedback and concerns. When we didn't hear from him in a few days, we called and left him two voice mails asking him for alternative solutions. He responded by saying he had been very busy and would get back to us soon. We never heard from him again. We solved our living room issues ourselves using an IR connection for the cable box for far less money in a very timely manner. We moved on and are very happy we did so.

Total indifference to my situation

Delivery crew wouldn’t set/level the appliance. When I called to complain, they sent the crew back. Crew still didn’t set the appliance. My rep was NO help. I had to hire someone else to come out. They did it in 5 minutes. Had to pay for something Best Buy was supposed to do. NEVER AGAIN. WHAT A WASTE!
