Was not a good experience for me

Worst experience!

I was sold the wrong components and also over sold on a simple HDMI cable for $100.00 that I did not need. The entire experience was a complete disaster. I even went so far as to complain to the General Manager of the store where it all originated from, and the GM never bothered to return my phone call

Waste of time.

Didn’t get the proposal within 48 hours as promised. And when I did receive something, which was a month after the visit, it was a price quote, with no detail on the products or services related to the quote.

I wasted my time and energy. I won't use this service again and don't recommend it to anyone who values their time.

Really poor experience!

Absolutely no follow up after asking multiple times. I even went to the store where they promised that someone would get back to me but nothing. It almost seemed like they had too much business to care about a piddly $5000 business. This was by far the worst customer service experience I had all around where even the store manager didnt do anything.

Bad customer service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I asked geek squad to come to my home to give me a price on a home audio system and a WiFi extender system , the tech came out and was very knowledgeable and friendly, he said I would have the quote in a day , so I called the next day and nothing, I waited another day and called again they couldn’t find it , so I went to my local store and they couldn’t find it either, I never got a follow up call, or email. I reached out to another company and they came right out and gave me a quote on site and started the job within the week. Very disappointed in Best Buy.

Not very informative

Awful experience.

Hardly ever responded to texts or emails. My remodel is now completed. I did not receive a $110 mount I paid for. Since I ordered all of my products a couple months ago, I can no longer get a refund or a replacement. Awful service. I requested to cancel all of my installation since I will have someone else do it. Its still not cancelled.
