    We came from another store to Best Buy. Shopping experience was completely night and day. The store staff approached us quickly to check in and see if we had any questions. He was knowledgeable about the products and we were able to make a decision within minutes. He was awesome walking us through available protection plans, and what to expect for the delivery process. He should be training staff on customer service! It was an expensive purchase but we felt more comfortable just based on his service.

    Great recommendations for upgrading receiver

    My advisor Kyle provided very good recommendations for upgrading my 10 year old Onyko surround sound system receiver to a Denon or Marantz surround system with a Sonos Connect WiFi. I chose the Marantz SR6014 9.2CH 4K receiver along with the Sonos Connect. I'm extremely happy with the enhancement of 4K upscaling to the Samsung 65" 4K TV which delivers an outstanding TV picture regardless of sports, movies, streaming, etc. The sound quality is awesome coming out of my Proficient Audio in wall surround speakers and subwoofer. Jay the Best Buy Geek installer stated that he was really impressed with the picture on the TV as well as the surround sound quality. I'm looking forward to watching the upcoming NFL playoffs and enjoying watching movies as well as music DVD's on my new system.

    After having major issues with our Wi-Fi system, BB came to my house, did a full and thorough evaluation of my situation and recommended a new MESH system. It’s now installed and I have perfect reception throughout the house, garage and surrounding areas. Three different people came to the house led by Cameron. Can’t remember the other 2 names but all 3 were professional and great to work with. Also, Best Buy Total Tech is well worth the price. It’s like have your own personal Tech Advisor available 24/7. I highly recommend their service.

    All New Appliances

    I wanted to remodel my kitchen and get all new appliances. From other family members’ recommendations, I went with BestBuy. Dave was awesome to work with and was extremely helpful/great to talk to. He is great at his job and I’m appreciative for that! The only downside was the dimensions for the oven on the BestBuy website were incorrect, but Dave helped me figure that out!

    We planned to update our kitchen appliances and were impressed with the attention to detail and general efficiency that Savanna brought to our search. We eventually placed our order with Best Buy and Savanna handled all the details. Follow-up and general support were excellent. We would definitely use Savanna and Best Buy again.

    Christopher was terrific. He helped evaluate the fit of our new appliances. We had some reservations about our tight space for the washer/dryer, but with his help we were able to get what we wanted. It’s so nice to have such great customer service from everyone involved with our purchases. Installations done by Jose and Danny were great as well. Thank you all!

    First, Richard helped us with WiFi issues at our home. He recommended a mesh router and explained all the different problems we could be having and several solutions. He even came back afterwards to check on the installation and to advise us on a smart TV. Where can you find that kind of service?? And from a true professional!! We then purchased the recommended TV nd had it installed. Again Richard came, checked on the installation and patiently walked us through how to use this type tV and its remote. Love him, Trust him, and would hire him in a second from Best Buy if I wasn't retired!!!

    We bought a larger TV but more importantly we needed update for sound due to hearing deficit. We went through 2 systems and are settling in with the Sonos sound bar and the extra speakers. Rikardo went above and beyond researching the system that would work best for us, and made the exchange seamless. Scott came twice to do the set ups and he was very patient with us! I would give this team 10 Stars if I could.

    I must thank, Rod. He helped us, with all of our appliances. We had a lot of problems. He went above and, way beyond to rectify them. He responds, quickly to all our calls and questions. He's amazingly, wonderful,knowledgeable and patient. If it wasn't for Rod, we truly would have went elsewhere. Thank you, again Rod. They really should clone you. You're a true, gentleman and very respectful.

    We had a lightning strike that took out our TV and other electronics. We talked to Mike Swiader, home expert. Mike was very knowledgeable and helped us decide on what we needed to replace. He took the time to explain new technology so we could understand it. We had some questions after the delivery and set up of the TV and Mike was very helpful and sent his best nerd out to help. We are quite happy with the service and knowledge Mike provided and of all employee's that helped us.

    Needed help with 4K HDR+ capable system to ultimately play Playstation5 on with the newest games and high resolution. I needed help with Projector, Screen and compatible Receiver to run the whole system end-to-end. Cal and Ancil were friendly, helpful, extremely knowledgeable, gave great suggestions and ultimately came up with a great solution for my space. I would highly recommend visiting them at the Colorado Blvd store if you're looking for real experts in the space.

    Joe provided superb service throughout the process of several complex orders of new appliances for three properties from product selection through delivery and installations. His service went well beyond consultation. He stuck with the orders after the sale, helping to manage backorders, navigate changing delivery schedules, and facilitated exchanges when necessary. It wouldn't have been possible without his personal attention throughout the (coordinated support of the Best Buy team in Traverse City).

    Billy and his crew did a fantastic job it was difficult to figure out what was needed for a new entertainment system TV's and speakers in several rooms and Sonos. scheduling was a little slow section by section it would have been better if they came and didn't leave till it was totally done but that's a corporate issue. The installers were very nice and did a great job cleaning up their mess and not damaging anything. It's nice to have a new system that is easy to operate and sounds great.

    I needed help in selecting a sound bar for my living room TV. I was not so much concerned about the volume as I was in the clarity of dialogue while watching TV. It was great to have an expert, Carl Kearse, come to my home, take a look at the size of the room, assess the acoustics and make a knowledgeable recommendation. This is a GREAT service and helped tremendously in my shopping experience at Best Buy.

    My wife-Kathy and I were helped by your employee-Gibram Diaz-Gutierrez. He was excellent. He was very knowledgeable regarding the various tv's, speakers and the new 4K receiver that would best serve our tv home theatre system. He took the time to come to our home and after seeing the location of our tv, he suggested a size a tv and the size that me and my wife love. He is an asset to your company.

    Best Buy's home theater expert was instrumental in selecting and designing the right solution. He came to our home, and then demoed a couple of solutions in the store. He was always available for questions and made the whole experience very enjoyable.

    I was looking for new AV components for my new home, specifically the basement where I wanted to hook up 2-CD Jukeboxes, turntable and PS4 Race Simulator. Matthew from BestBuy came in to scope the job and provided a detailed plan to comeplete it. This required connecting my PS4 to the race monitor and splitting the signal to a much larger TV on another wall for others to view while the "driver" is racing, which required snaking a 100ft HDMI cable through the ceiling and walls. It all works tremendously and was fully connected in under 4 hours. I highly recommend Matthew and the Geek Squad.

    Derrick has assisted me with many items now. I like I have one person to go to each time I have questions. He is getting to know me, has come to my home to evaluate what I have so when I ask about purchases he knows if it will work or I have to change something at home. I appreciate no surprise costs to make something work. If he doesn’t know an answer, he has always found the answer and gotten back to me. I find this way of shopping more beneficial then dealing with the new staff in the store that pretends to know more than they know. Usually I go to the store, for the hands in experience, ask questions, then leave to think things over and contact Derrick with my final questions or questions I did not feel the store staff answered well.

    Help with a tricky TV hanging. Needed to be accurate hung regarding height ....plus or minus 3/16th of an inch "window". BB team stuck it out and spent the time it took to get it right and then made sure I could operate the new set. The deserve a bonus...both the Michael Curran in the store (for answering many questions and addressing some that would make the install go smoothly.... and the team on site!!
