Seth Maser from Best Buy resolved all of our issues concerning our wifi signal, our SONY TV repair, converting from Roku to Apple TV and calibrating our SONOS Home Theater system. The installation of the equipment went very smoothly. The technicians were very knowledgable and meticulous in their work. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with everything and would highly recommend the Best Buy Team to others!

Joe provided superb service throughout the process of several complex orders of new appliances for three properties from product selection through delivery and installations. His service went well beyond consultation. He stuck with the orders after the sale, helping to manage backorders, navigate changing delivery schedules, and facilitated exchanges when necessary. It wouldn't have been possible without his personal attention throughout the (coordinated support of the Best Buy team in Traverse City).

Experience has been good, very knowledgeable and friendly. At times, follow up communication could be improved. We have experienced some delays, sometimes there appear to have been legitimate reasons for the delays. Advisors should always use their out of office replies when out of office. Causes me to wonder how many accounts these advisors can realistically handle. We had some issues with our Sonos system and the installation of our Nest Yale lock...these are now resolved. Sonos not easy to work with directly. We did not proceed with a TV calibration and should have received a credit for $49.95 which Best Buy claims we received 5-22-2020. We did not receive the credit. Not happy bout that. Calling involves long wait times and transfers to other people in attempt to get resolution. Don’t know anyone who can show us we received credit for the amount. We have reviewed our statement. Now Notified our advisor...we’ll see if he can handle.

My wife-Kathy and I were helped by your employee-Gibram Diaz-Gutierrez. He was excellent. He was very knowledgeable regarding the various tv's, speakers and the new 4K receiver that would best serve our tv home theatre system. He took the time to come to our home and after seeing the location of our tv, he suggested a size a tv and the size that me and my wife love. He is an asset to your company.

I went in the store to find out what size TV would be the best for he area I wanted to put one. Jacob came out and was very helpful. He recommended to take the one I had in the Livingroom for the bedroom and get a new larger one for the Livingroom. That made sense to me. I had other work going to be happening so he scheduled the delivery and installation to work with that. I was also impressed that he did a follow up call to be sure all was good. Not just made the sale and disappeared. I am very happy with both the new one and the one that was moved.

We had a lightning strike that took out our TV and other electronics. We talked to Mike Swiader, home expert. Mike was very knowledgeable and helped us decide on what we needed to replace. He took the time to explain new technology so we could understand it. We had some questions after the delivery and set up of the TV and Mike was very helpful and sent his best nerd out to help. We are quite happy with the service and knowledge Mike provided and of all employee's that helped us.

Billy and his crew did a fantastic job it was difficult to figure out what was needed for a new entertainment system TV's and speakers in several rooms and Sonos. scheduling was a little slow section by section it would have been better if they came and didn't leave till it was totally done but that's a corporate issue. The installers were very nice and did a great job cleaning up their mess and not damaging anything. It's nice to have a new system that is easy to operate and sounds great.

As usual, Andrew was very knowledgeable in his suggestions. Someone mentioned the Eero to me when I was complaining about losing WiFi in the distant parts of my home, but they didn't tell me all I needed to know. I contacted Andrew and explained my situation. He made the recommendation, told me how it would work, and saved me some money by explaining how easy it was to set up. Since COVID-19, I have dealt with Andrew a few times, and he is ALWAYS helpful, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I have medical issues that I have to be very careful not to be around others right now, and with my in home consultant, I feel very comfortable with any suggestions Andrew makes. Hey Andrew....thanks a bunch.

Absolutely great, my husband struggled with making a decision, the memory of the perfect stereo system from the 70's, and what is available right now, and what would work with what we already have. So when the Best Buy rep at the store told us we could have a consultant come to our home, seemed like the perfect idea. I was able to get an appointment within days, the consultant was very knowledgeable, and that day with him at our home, we purchased the speakers and receiver that stayed within my budget, and fulfilled my husbands life long dream. We got the speakers and receiver a little over a month ago, Best Buy Geek Squad installed them and hooked up what we already had, explained everything simply til we understood, and now you can't tear my husband away from his sound system!

Needed help with 4K HDR+ capable system to ultimately play Playstation5 on with the newest games and high resolution. I needed help with Projector, Screen and compatible Receiver to run the whole system end-to-end. Cal and Ancil were friendly, helpful, extremely knowledgeable, gave great suggestions and ultimately came up with a great solution for my space. I would highly recommend visiting them at the Colorado Blvd store if you're looking for real experts in the space.

We need more help in getting system to work. I need complete written instructions can’t get system to play.

Christopher Nelson was the gentleman who came to our home for the in-person consultation re: needed materials for installing 2 TVs. He understood the tasks and discussed the variables and materials needed for this considerable sale and installation. He was efficient, well versed in all the components, considerate and realistic of our personal needs for viewing and listening, Chris is a fine representative for Best Buy. We were most impressed with both the in-store (East Hanover-Lionel) salesperson and Chris. Chris produced an estimate and proposal ahead of his stated schedule. His whole performance is 5 star and commendable.

This was the first time we used BEST BUY consulting services and we are glad we did. Andrew was extremely courteous, friendly and punctual. We were replacing 3 appliances and he came prepared. First, he listened to our needs, measured the space and offered an informative narrative as to what appliances would be the best match for us. He is an asset to the BEST BUY consulting team and if we have any future BEST BUY purchases that require a consultation, we will not hesitate to request him.

The "new to us" in-home consultation service from Best Buy was introduced to us by a relative who recently used the service In the Dallas area - and was very satisfied. The items we were looking for were "smart speaker's", new cell phone & new laptop. The smart speaker features were of high importance as we wanted the ability to make and receive phone calls with it and our new cell phone. The in-home consultation was extremely effective as we felt at ease talking about these items in the comfort of our own home. No pressure, no stress, no unanswered questions. What a concept! Many thanks to our consultant, Firman Saldana – great job of keeping in touch via email with more information about the products in our initial in-home consultation. So far everything is working as well or even better than our expectations.

Anthony was very helpful with helping us with our purchase. We needed a new refrigerator but were limited to size because of the space it needed to go into. He was able to find us exactly what we wanted but still fit in our space. We also had him help with a new TV and sound bar for our family room, we are very happy with that as well. I would highly recommend Anthony and this very helpful service to anyone who is looking for customized service and product selection for their home.

Alec was great. I went with his suggestions on appliances and I am extremely happy. I will look for him in the future. He really knows his products!

I was unsure if a 30" double oven would fit in my cabinet so I went to the Best Buy Store to look at the oven and ask questions. To my surprise I learned Best Buy would come to my house for free to make the determination. I was able to get the 30" and was able to ask a lot of questions and get recommendations. I loved the service and my new Kitchen Aid oven.

I needed help replacing several appliances and TVs, from purchasing through to installation and haul away. I did a virtual consultation with an expert - my home advisor was expert in putting together all of the parts I needed for installation as well as the documentation of purchase and scheduling installations. This saved me a lot of time and allowed me to plan my schedule around this project. I plan to continue using this service as more needs arise, it's much easier than doing all of this on my own!
