innacurate labor quote
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the advisor who came to the house was very polite and professional, seemed to be knowledgeable. this was for a home sound system. he estimated a $3000 labor cost. we then met with the advisor in the store to look at various systems. using the same information as we gave the first fellow, the in store advisor estimated the labor installation to be $7000. quite the difference. not knowing which was an accurate assessment of the work to be done, we have elected to go elsewhere

Awesome TV

It was one in home consult after another and they were not good about emailing me back in a timely manner. It took a month and a half for installation and for us to enjoy our new TV. It was a horrible experience. I would recommend the TV but not your installers. They act like they don’t know what they are doing.

Non stop problems
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had non-stop issues with my install and a poor experience trying to get help. My consultant and my installer have the same days off so I went online for my total tech support. I attempted to use the online chat and they could not help me. I then called the 800 number and got transferred twice then hung up on. The installer came back out to finish one job and the products he brought were defective, so I still don't have a working tv in my master bedroom. So far my experience with Best Buy has been a total let down.

Poor Analysis

The technician then advised we needed a universal remote, suggested the home theatre system, and proposed the new TV. However, when it came to install day everything was a fluke. The TV couldn't be mounted on the current mount, the remote could only be used for certain functions, and in short was a big waste of time.

Not much help

No communication
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Came to my home and went over what I needed and he never followed up to let me know that the day I was supposed to have my items installed they would not be there because the items had not yet arrived to the store, so I took off from work for nothing and then he still never followed up again. I canceled everything. I know with Covid things are much more difficult to get, however to pick up the phone and communicate there is no excuse for this.
