Didnt give me any information to help me.

He was very nice but really didn't give me info about what would work in my kitchen. He just suggested I see someone in your Princeton store. I believe that is your store that has a specialist there. I really didn't need to wait a week for an appointment and nothing was accomplished. I was also told by the Freehold store that there was a decorator store in Edison and was not correct. I really got more information by looking on line myself.

Waste of time

Also wanted Him to raise a tv mount that was previously done by geek squad. He told me he would take care of scheduling that on return to office. This still has not been done. Representative I spoke to prior to consultation indicated he would be able to move tv for me on site visit. Visit was total failure!

Poor service

He said he would send me an estimate 3 days later. I still haven’t received the estimate, two months later. I texted and called with little success. This was a total waste of my time. So I went to Home Depot and 90 minutes later ordered all my appliances. The total bill was $6000.00. I will be shopping for electronics soon and I’m not sure I will use your company. Very disappointed.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The home visit appeared to be good and the consultation was encouraging, promising help with a contractor and specs, measurements etc, etc were promised. That was the last I heard until I contacted the person, and finally received an answer, telling me there were no contractors available and the only help at that point offered was to help with finding the right microwave. Since then no further contact has been received.

Installation never happened

The consultant took 10 minutes to review what we wanted then made recommendations on what we should buy. We purchased the TV and receiver and set an installation date 1 week later. On the day of installation I was contact and said our installation would happen between 4-6 pm that day. At 5:30 pm I received a call from the installer and was told the TV was not in stock yet. Ridiculous. I cancelled my order and got a refund.

Canceled and No Contact

We decided to look into home automation after talking with someone at Best Buy, and my research. I wasn't sure what security system I wanted to use, or the different options for cameras. I was excited when I got the confirmation email that my in-home consultation was scheduled for 12/22/2018. Well the excitement was short lived, 6 days later I was send a cancelation email. No explanation from the Evvon Boxill why, just a number to call to reschedule.

No follow up
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Met with 2 individuals for in home new media consultation to implement plan for major home renovation. Shortly thereafter I got essentially a "wish list" with pricing. Fine so far. I asked for the equipment to be dialed back for a phase 1 approach and never heard back on final quote. Was told it was coming for a couple weeks. Keeping in mind my "phase 1" would still be $1000's of dollars and I'd very likely also be upgrading a tv or 2 on top, was surprised to not at least get the revised quote.

Detailed Bids Are Intellectual Property?

After not hearing from anyone, I called back and am told someone else would perform second visit. I speak to this individual about process, agree to give deposit up front, but he refuses to provide a detailed proposal citing his work is his intellectual property. Thanks, but I want to know what I am paying for. Moved on to professional installation company, night and day difference between them and “Best Buy.”

No Follow-Up From Advisor

Although we were very pleased with the actual in-home visit the follow-up so we know what to purchase was non-existent. We emailed the advisor directly asking for the information approximately 1 week after the in-home consult and have still never received anything. I wasted my time scheduling a consult.

Never showed up to install the second TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We ordered 2 TVs to be mounted and a desk to be built. 1 of the TVs never showed up but we couldn’t install it. It took about 3 weeks to get the TV delivered and no one will even talk to me about installing it. I’ve messaged Tyler at the Naples Best Buy and he doesn’t respond. I spoke to his boss who said he would deal with it. It’s been 2 weeks and nothing. I’ve ask Tyler to give me a credit for the installation but nothing so far. Worst service ever.

Failed to Measure - Washer / Dryer Too Large

My consultant came and recommended two LG units; when they arrived, the units were too big for the space. The installation folks said the consultant did not measure and make necessary considerations about hookups. Long story, I had to wait weeks for a second attempt at installation after having part of a wall removed. I don't think the consultant knew much about installing a W/D.

No Show
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was scheduled for an AppleTV installation between 7am and 1pm on Tuesday, June 22. At 12:45 that day I received a call saying that it would not happen, and I rescheduled for Friday, June 25 between 7am and 1pm. At 10:45 I received a call saying that they were running late, and would arrive between 2 and 4. No one ever showed up. That was over 3 days ago and I still haven’t heard anything from Best Buy since.

I received a message shortly before my scheduled appointment that my consultation was going to be cancelled. No reasoning or explanation. Complete waste of time for me to set up the appointment and arrange my schedule for it. Worst service I've experienced from Best buy

Terrible experience with my consoltant

I had a lot of issues and damaged items which they promised to compensate but never fulfilled them and each time I called and text the call center and the agent , he never replied
