    I wanted to see the best way to put up a home theater in my family room. He looked at it really didn't give me any ideas except the ones that I gave him. Didn't measure anything no suggestions on what I could use for speakers where they should go what size TV I should have. It seemed like a complete waste of my time.

    The Geek Squad did a great job with installing the wall bracket to hang our tv, set and connecting the stereo.

    The consultant sold me items that later thanks to the installers of my bestbuy t.v. told me i didn't need. It was apple T.v box. I found out that it doesn't have altice.i need that cuz if cable importance.

    The consultant had poor knowledge of the products and installation procedures. The entire purchase I want to return as they are not suitable

    We requested an in home consultation for mounting a new TV - "Shane" came to our home, promised an engineering report & sugestions for mounting and installation within the next 2 weeks. We received nothing & no follow up.

    Dishwasher does not dry glassware. Requested help as installation person was a contractor who was not helpful. Had an appointment today but person who showed up was an installer and not a Geek squad person.

    The guy that showed up was knowledgeable but was a very aggressive salesman. I ended up canceling some of the things he signed us up for.

    Consultant came over an hour late , not knowing much , never came back with an estimate and I have to call him 5 -6 days later to ask for it !

    While I was trying to get feedback on a mesh internet system for my home, I continually felt as though the focus was trying to be sold additional items for a future date.

    The guy never measured to see if tv mount would fit in the entertainment center. So when the guy arrived to install he couldn't. I had to return everything.

    Terrible wattage, old style buttons

    Terrible experience. Told by consultant to order a microwave and a matching trim kit which did not work. They don’t even make a trim kit for my model! Now stuck w trim kit.

    From the day you and your partner came to my house, I have had nothing but trouble. The installers did not show up. I went to the burbank store and bought the product I wanted there, The installer was late. The product is not working properly and I am waiting for the installer to come again today.

    Sold a broken laptop, would not return

    Best Buy sold me a broken product that did not shows signs of irregularities due to the nature of how electronic components can withstand heat for a certain period of time. Which happened to be after the 30 day return policy. Apple replaced several components to knclude a Logic Board, touch display bar, and battery. Best Buy told me they could give me less than a 3rd of the price paid. I will never shop there again.

    Field manager and filed agent both were worse. First got the open box item though we paid full price. Second time nobody showed up even after passed 8 hours window we waited from 2 pm to 11 pm. Field manager who was assigned to us very irresponsible. After all this hassle she was asking to take 75$ of gift card even after we bought 8 k worth of stuff. Shamelessly. They keep pretending that first refrigerator wasn’t open box even though their own notes says it’s open box item. Very bad experience.

    Your local guys were ok but the magnolia team was horrible. I went with a local company who offered much better gear such as savant at a better price.

    Horrible nightmare experience

    Did not know what they were doing. Called last minute to change consultant. Ordered a microwave that would not fit and then said I needed a custom kit from another company. Could not cancel order because consultant did not call me back until the next day to cancel even though I was told that she would return call right away if I had any questions or concerns. Called Lowe’s after and had everything done perfectly.
