    2 no shows & 3rd Appt, didn’t have equipment!

    So disappointed! We set up an appointment because the 5 year (or older) old Directv box stopped working. They gave us a time slot of noon to 4. No show! So we “rescheduled” it and they didn’t show up to that one either! I called halfway into the window to make sure they would be there and they assured me someone would arrive. Nope. Today, they didn’t have the cord/ cable they needed to upgrade our box. Seriously?

    Techs are not knowledgeable

    Demontron was great. The techs that came out initially did not set my audio system up correctly. When I called back to have new techs come out I was charged $140. The new techs said the first techs did not set the system up the correctly and they fixed the issues. They said someone would call me regarding a refund. No one called me.

    we bought washer and dryer hooked up wrong by installer installers who came back a 2nd hook up wrong but did not hook up drain pipe at all.i also bought a dishwasher who was installed by sosos bros plumbing. as they were there at the same time the hooked up our units the proper way without a fee.

    He was supposed to show up in the first 2 hour window of the day. He called with 10 minutes left in window and says he can still come but won’t be there for another 30 minutes. Well he never showed or even called back to reschedule. Very unprofessional and I’m very disappointed with the way Beat Buy hasn’t even reached out. I have submitted a couple reviews since and human contact has been attempted by them.

    Nice enough but I think prices quoted were high. I even purchased the plan they offered for better prices and that didn’t help.

    No installation even after to 2 visits, 4 calls

    First delivery day Monday- installation not complete -just dropped appliances in our garage and left. Reason not enough crew Need to book second appointment for only available Friday- today they did not turn up, need but I need to provide feedback. Also booked next appointment for Wednesday…. My agony continues…but nobody is there to care…

    Worst 3rd party consultation ever!!

    The person who came to my home was not of geek squad. But he was in and out of my home in 3 minutes. He did not even listen to what i had to say about what happened. He just turned the tv on, said "I cant fix it." And left! I tried to ask if it can be fixed and he just kept saying "no." I even asked if I were to buy the parts, can it be done? He said "I cant fix it."

    Not what I BARGAINED for

    Consultant was nice and informative when he arrived. then I didn't hear from him for 10 to 14 days. then he emailed me a proposal that did not include the discounts that I expected. when went to the store to voice my displeasure, cancel and ask for a refund , I was told that was not possible. the only thing that Iwas satisfied me (so Far) is the 3 internet security suites of which I used 2. I feel that when I did not purchase products from the initial consultation...Iwas PUSHED to the Side.

    In the past 4 weeks, 4 EXPERTS came to my house! The first two experts had absolutely ZERO knowledge about the home audio systems! The third expert, suggested "Receiver & Amp" and I bought them based on his suggestion. I was told that both "Receiver & Amp" should be installed by an expert. As you can imagine the fourth expert came to my house. Long story short, I ended up paying $180 for installing 4 pairs of wires! Tomorrow, I am going to return the amp because it was NOT properly chosen!!!

    Jacob doesnt answer the phone or call back. He applied me for a credit card without giving me the opitions for which promotional i would like. He came into the house saying eveything will work out when it did not. There were measurements error and the water hose could not be connected due to cabinets.

    Worst customer service sold me a2,000 dollar stove only for it to be delivered and missing half of its things and for me to keep calling back and no one seems to be helping me oven is broken too

    Very poor. I had a consultation for home security and he never followed through. I also asked him for assistance some time later with my home theater. He made promises then that he also never followed through with.

    Demetrius was awesome to work with. The scheduling and availability to deliver and install my products was unacceptable. Over a month after taking payment to get my purchases and several reschedules.
