||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We were first being helped by a associate and then somehow Carl took over and assured us our open box tv had everything in the box but when we got home to open the box there was no stand for it. When I called him and left a message he never returned my phone call. Very unprofessional and seem to just want to make a sale.

No communication since home visit.

Initial impression of representative was good. Follow up by representative is very disappointing.

He was supposed to call me the day after installation and he was supposed to make certain that my installer had my complete bill of sale of which neither one happened. I have called him and I have emailed him with no response so far.

Creepy Big Brother vibe

Problem is, I never requested a "consulatation", nor did one occur. THIS IS EXACTLY WHY I NORMALLY DON'T GIVE MY PHONE # OR OTHER PERSONAL INFO TO RETAILERS. PLEASE STOP DIGITALLY STALKING ME, WORST BUY!

Started off great, ended in disappointment

I had to go to an entirely different store to get what I wanted. I have used these services before and came back specifically because of my experience. The ball was seriously dropped on this one.

I see no benefit

Never received follow up even though I called and asked questions and was ready to order products. I did go to Best Buy and purchase recommended product though. I see no improvement in connection speeds. It was supposed to help my camera which I put on my garage so I could see friends picking me up. They are here and at the door before I know it. Very unhappy with product and hyped consultation service

Very poor customer service with salesperson

I have spent over 1,000 for my security system and will not use this salesperson again. Yes man that does not follow through on what was discussed and agreed during consultation.

This creates a problem if there is a problem with installs interacting with other installs. Store personnel have no control over install except to reschedule over the net. Poor appliance process

Website said must order in store but store said must order from rep who needed to come to my house. I told them kitchen was to be gutted so what was he going to measure. Plus took 2 weeks to get appointment. I made appt but came home and ordered on phone at another appliance store. Was disappointed at Best Buy process.

In home consultation could not have been worse
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I visited a store and it was recommended that a Best Buy employee come to our house to see where we wanted to replace a built in microwave. That employee then arranged to have sub-contract ors come assess/measure. They all disappeared. First employee's manager told us that we needed to go to a "Pac Store" that has specialists. Drove an hour and the specialist told us that they do not have a microwave small enough to fit the space. We will never buy anything at Best Buy again.

Beyond disappointed

The first instillation didn't happen because there was a missing part, as a result the set had to be returned. The next appointment had to be scheduled weeks later much to my disappointment. This time the representative didn't even show up . At this point I will cancel my order. I have been let down by Best Buy on all levels.

Just swing by your local Best Buy with the products and your order number, and we’ll get that return processed for you. Consultant Good, Process Bad

The messaging app in the website has been crashing since I started with it over a year ago, and not fixed. Best Buy has a great concept here but the execution is really bad.

Best Buy has been most disappointing to me lately

It was critical that I be able to drop off my old computer and my new computer for you to clone and I needed to know when I could get it back. I didn’t show up for my meeting because I couldn’t take the risk of you’re keeping it for too long because I work from home. So I went to another place and have the work done

Horrible Transaction

Customer service reps (multiple contacts, all documented) have given and contradictory delivery information. Geek Squad showed up for install but had no product. Very dissatisfied....

I"m going to give it a star to post.!!!
