Outdoor security

Upon arrival I was informed that she could not give me an estimate for a 2 story house if I wanted hardwired cameras. I told her that If she would tell me what I needed, I could have an electrician do the actual hardwired installation. Nope! She was not ALLOWED to give me an estimate. I was prepared to buy the actual cameras from BB. What was the point of having her even come out?

My New Wall Double Oven Still Does Not Work!

Today the same installer was sent to check it & when the error message appeared declared he was an installer not a Tech & he did not know what the message meant & left.

Didn't get what I needed from him

Then the next day something came up, like why doesn't the whole screen show on my messages and why did my I get message that I didn't eject the time machine right, so I sent him a text and he never got back to us. I hope he doesn't arrive at a house again on a future call. We have had two other techs here and we loved them, just not the last person at all

No feedback from consultant

After emailing her I still never received any response. I have yet to hear from anyone. Granted my mother used your guys for her install and can’t get anyone out to calibrate her system without them trying to sell her a plan. I have had moved my services to someone else that cares about my business.

I was not impressed at all by the presentation.

He gave us basic information but left us with no written info that we could go back to. Referred us to the website. At the time, we were very interested in getting a security system installed. He made no attempt to help us place an order and get installation set up. Would not use this type of service offered by BestBuy again.

Broken Process for in home consultation

Unfortunately 2.5 months later we don’t have a home entertainment center because he has not answered my questions related to the order. Repeat visits to Best Buy to try and move this transaction along have not produced any results. We’ve hit a brick wall and nobody seems to care. Hoping somebody will eventually help.

failed in home consultation. Waste of money

He said that he would follow up regarding the speakers configuration as well as the my stereo receiver. One week later I went into the store the manager of the store pointed the rep that came to my house for the consultation and he was too busy to help me. I am still left with a system that is underperforming.

The in-home consultant did not finish the review

I was also told they would get back to me soon since sales were going on or about to start for some of the items that could be recommended. When I try to contact them got one reply indicating they would get me the recommendation soon. Never heard from them every again and never replied to my emails for updates.

Poor Representative

Then has not reached back out to me since. Very disappointed with quality of service as i was left hanging.

After two attempts I received no follow up quote.

Went back to the store and arranged another consult. The same person called me and we agreed she didn’t need to come back and she would send the quote. Nothing came. I was left hanging. In the mean time the equipment I wanted to buy was no longer on sale.

Waste of time and energy!

The guy that came out, walked around my house and looked around at a few things and asked me a few questions. Left and I never heard from him again. Not even a single follow up call, email or text. Horrible! I hired someone else to come in, they wired all my sound throughout the house and I could not be happier. Needless to say, I will never waste my time with Best Buy In Home consultation again. I'm certain you will not post this review though.

Proyector Installation

The 1st tech by and did not finish installing the new proyector becuase they had to move anchor point 4 inch to the left side. 2nd vist , different tech came by to finish job but said that the proyector could not be installed. I finished the job myself

Pau expected all to be set up and one part brought had a missing piece. Other parts were not there and could not be accomplished. The technician said he needed to come back and a $50 check would have to be made out to him!! He ga e Paul a list of items still needed another cost! The wirews in the back of the tv set up were tangled and so unprofessional.

Consultation never came by or called or emailed

I scheduled this 3 weeks before and can't get any answer as to why no one showed up. Everything was scheduled before the policy changes, and now i'll have to pay much more since they decided to ignore me.

No Follow Up No Contact

My consultant was very busy and could not be bothered with following up with us. Even though we spent about $7000 with Best Buy. I had to initiate ALL follow up contact. Very frustrating. Our account still remains unresolved with no interest in resolution from Best Buy. Best Buy customer service has really gone down hill!
