    I was looking for creative solutions for mounting a TV over my fireplace. What I got was someone who wasn’t as interested in coming up with ideas as I was. Zero passion for the job and minimal effort. I was also told that what was discussed would be emailed to me. I never received that communication. You get what you paid for, I guess. What a lost opportunity for Best Buy.

    I needed help setting up home speaker system throughout the house. The consultant and sales person both came out but neither followed up. No phone calls were returned. And now the event had to be canceled as this was over two weeks in the planning.

    I had an in home cosultant come over on 6.22. There were items that I wanted to take off that were unneeded, Office 360 which I already had and needed to make sure I had other products like a Webcam, keyboard and mouse, as well as a light. This message and call was made on 6.29 an again today around 1PM with no response (Currently it is 4:27PM.)

    Although the technicians that arrived were very professional, they had to be asked to return to reinstall a dishwasher correctly. They also failed to install a microwave because they could not interpret the instructions. I had to have a private contractor install the unit, which I was told would not fit, which it did.

    Person didn’t show up on the day we had scheduled. Manager at Best Buy fort Myers is worthless he gave me his card for a follow up and didn’t follow up. So disappointed.

    Your expert failed to show up for two appointments and this was after I had complained IN PERSON to the manager of the Pasadena store that I had tried to order a monthly service and a home music center. I will never set foot in a Best Buy store again It was frustrating and inexplicable.

    The recommendations Ethan made did not work according to the Geek Squad technicians. I called and left Ethan 2 voicemails and sent 2 text messages to talk with him and he never responded. This is totally unacceptable and inconsistent with past service from Best Buy.

    in home consultation guy was trying to sell me everything that was only in stock and for high price. When I asked him if he could price match with Nebraska furniture mart, he stated go buy from them. Finally I got my Tv and sound bar from Nebraska furniture mart for lot less price with free delivery and free mount and installation I found Nebraska as one stop shop.

    Outdoor projector

    I was looking to setup an outdoor projector. Person that came was super nice and friendly. However, after he left my house I never heard back from him and I tried contacting multiple people over the phone for guidance and help. I am very disappointed with the way this consultation has gone and I hope to have a better experience next time.

    If there is 0, I would love to give it zero. Customer service was horrible. Took over 3 months to get someone to come, came over, and the price was just verbal rough estimates, no official proposal. No follow-up. Called several times, no response. All-around worst service ever!!!

    The initial meeting with Best Buy in-home advisor was good but after the purchase it was terrible. When I tried reaching the in-home advisor via cell phone and/or via their e-mail they would not respond to date they have not responded. I was totally shocked that this was the type of service I was receiving from Best Buy in-home advisor. I still do not believe the poor follow-up service I received from the in-home advisor.

    There has been no follow up for 8 days although i reached out with a voicemail, an email and a ps email shortly after the visit.
