Agent came and never contracted me again
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The agent came, I described what I wanted, including product recommendations and he said he would contact me with suggestions. I never heard from him again. I used to love and recommend Geek Squad, but employees are now usually rude and overwhelmed and phone access has been dramatically cut back. I have been a Total Tech member for years, but will not be renewing my membership.

A complete debacle

I was extremely disappointed with your lack of ser

I was given a delivery date, unfortunately your delivery dates kept on changing. After I was given a fourth delivery time I cancelled my order.

Not able to scan using my new printer.

Not what I asked for

Then when I told her what I wanted, she gave me a proposal for things I didn’t even ask for (I wanted a movie projector that wasn’t on the quote and then quoted me to mount a TV which I didn’t need). When I emailed her back to tell her to quote me what I asked for, I never received a response. Best Buy lost my business on this one.

It is always important that we are living up to our company standards as well as our customers' expectations. It sounds like you were misinformed on the time your advisor would arrive as the 2 hour window is an arrival window, not a specific start time. I apologize for the confusion. As far as your proposal, the TV mounting service encompasses projector screen mountings as well. I apologize that your advisor didn't explain this thoroughly. Waste of time!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was led to believe the in home consultation would give me all the necessary particulars to be able to purchase all of the equipment needed for TV, and appliances. Instead never received any feedback! I ended up going to another store to purchase 7 appliances for my new kitchen, I still need 3 TV s and equipment, however after the experience I have had with Best Buy I might just consider other stores.

If only he would follow-up on the Consultation

Now he said he would follow-up with me and see all the sound system equipment that I already have, when he comes back July 1, 2019. So I email/called and went into the Bestbuy in Summerlin, NV to which no response from him at all.

terrible experience

Disappointed

The sensors are going "offline" randomly and 2 of the sensors were installed backwards. We've contacted Best Buys multiple times to have them come back and fix the problem. Although, we've been told they will schedule an appointment to come back out, no appointment has been scheduled yet. Very disappointed.

Horrible Representative!

After that, I never heard from him. I called and sent emails, but no luck. The worst was to find out, he is the only representative in my area! Finally, I received a one sheet proposal, that was incomplete & incorrect. I can only hope, he is no longer with Best Buy; or I will never be able to have an in-home consultation.

Great consult, then terrible service :((

Then things started to go downhill when I had to chase Kevin for the proposal a week later. Then things went poorly; called, texted and sent emails confirming that I want to purchase and can NOT get a reply. Literally chasing Best Buy to get them to take my money.?!

Horrible service. Unacceptable from Best Buy

Unacceptable service. The recommendations were all inaccurate and caused major problems with delivery and returns unnecessarily. Extremely inconvenient.

The tech never called me.

After about 1 hour and a half of waiting for him to call I called him to find out what happened. He didn't answer. Instead he sent a text saying he will call me. Up to today (about 3 weeks ago) he hasn't called. So, I would have to say that it was the worst construction. Not professional.
