    Christopher would not return multiple messages left on his phone. During the in-home consultation he offered only one product and did not give me any alternatives.

    What a joke. Sat with salesman, he put us on a list for a stand up freezer we wanted and then had us fill out paperwork for this in home consulting. Guess what? That was months ago. No freezer, no phone call, nothing, a big fat zero from Best Buy. I would suggest you shop somewhere else if you actually want some type of service or product.

    I COULDN'T BE MORE ASTONISHED AND DISAPPOINTED THAT THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO WAY TO PURCHASE THESE APPLIANCES WITH A SIMPLE BANK CHECK. I HAVE TO SCRAMBLE NOW AND SERVE THE DEBT-PEDDLING BOTTOM FEEDERS TO FINANCE THIS PURCHASE JUST BECAUSE TAKING A CHECK IS TOO COMPLEX FOR BEST BUY TO NAVIGATE.

    Just absolutely horrible horrible horrible. I went in got persuaded to get a Best Buy gift card so I did. I have been really wanting this new stovetop. Got scheduled a home consultation and had someone come out to my house and promise to get things on track. And nothing. I was never followed up and I didn’t hear anything from my representative .

    Our consultant did nothing but tell us to look in the app for the appliances and tell him. We could have paid for the appliances through the app. The consultant didn’t even show up to our home for our two installations. We had an issue with the appliances after delivery, we emailed and called him and didn’t receive any word back. Horrible experience.

    Sony TV is what I expected. Great picture. Sony sound bar is a little disappointing. Still deciding if I will return it.

    Job NOTCompleted - Cameras Have NO function

    We used Best But based on record. Sales person came in to consult and when techs came they said they couldn’t reach certain areas and had already removed our system. Moreover 2 cameras have zero function and have had no follow up as they said the run might be too long. Wasted money on cameras that don’t “work” and disappointed in follow up from techs. Never returned calls.

    Lost Confidence in Best Buy

    I canceled my order because I have been misled for the last time by technicians flip-flopping on recommendations and Home Consultant not taking my calls to respond to questions regarding my ticket. I stopped by your store and was given the runaround on getting the same tech that visited my home last and was told that was not possible.

    Such a hopeless consultation experience

    Very poor followup. I wasnt sent a qoute almost a week after the consultation. Hope reaponse time if a question was asked over email or sms. Ths guy who came never answered or returned my calls. The qoute he shared is 100 percent opposite of what was discussed. I haven't ordered my stuff but he didn't care to check back. Hopeless customer service.

    Good concept poor follow-through

    The consultant was very knowledgeable and had a lot of great ideas but failed to ever give me a print off of suggestions or things I needed to buy so I could make my home into a smart home. I feel that I ended up wasting afternoon and still have not received anything or any help from it. I may try this service again just to see if it was a consultant but I have contacted the consultant 5 times with no response.

    How do you measure everything wrong?

    I scheduled a home consultation because I didn't want to chance ordering the wrong appliances just for the best buy consultant to measure everything wrong. When my appliances showed up of course nothing fit. Experience was totally discouraging and frustrating to say the least.

    Consultant I would not recommend.

    I went to the store and made an appointment the individual came out and we discuss what I need. I ask for written estimate of cost for merchandise and installation never received anything. I went back to store and was told he was the only individual doing estimated. I tried by leaving messages on the individuals cell, he never called back....

    Initially a good meeting but no follow thrrough

    The advisor recommended a manner of installation but the installer did not follow it. Upon finding numerous scratched and errors in the install I reached out to the advisor. The local store manager finally came up with a solution that hopefully will take care of the issue. The advisor told me that the installer did not work for Best Buy and therefore there was nothing he could do.

    Multiple experts could not answer the questions.

    We had 2 different consultations because the original agent couldn't answer all the questions. The second didn't have the expertise to answer questions about drilling through masonry, and a third expert was needed. We decided on a different course after the second meeting.
